• Simon (6/5): It's a conveniently located hotel, but be aware that single rooms are really tiny. - Great location very close to St.Pancras station. The employees are very nice and friendly. The room is very clean, My room was in the basement, and so tiny I wasn't able to move around in it. The noise from above in the hotel is quite loud, and so are people walking outside on the street.

• Julian (7/5): A clean value for money room a short walk from St Pancras station. - The location was excellent as we needed to be near St Pancras station to travel on from London. The hotel had obviously been redecorated relatively recently. Our room was small but clean. The staff member on reception was very friendly and welcoming. The garden square which the hotel faces across the road was quite pretty, although when we stayed there were road works and barriers in place in the surrounding streets. There were flights of stairs to our room which were quite narrow and relatively steep when carrying luggage.

• Charlotte (6/5): - That it was very quiet and the staff was very nice. We had a room with two twin beds and the beds were so narrow and very hard. We didn't find them comfortable. Also, the bathrooms were deceiving on booking.com. The bathrooms were way too small. We have no issues with small bathrooms but my husband, who is a larger person, found it challenging even turning around in the bathroom! The sink is so close to the toilet, it's hard to st yourself down without hitting yourself on something. It was ridiculous.

Bagage mag gestald worden als je te vroeg aankomt of nog moet wachten op je terugvlucht. (Gratis op dagen van verblijf, elke extra dag tegen betaling) De zeep in de douche rook heerlijk, en de waterdruk in de douche was heel goed. De badkamer was erg compact; kon niet opstaan van de wc zonder de deur een beetje te openen. (Ik ben best lang, mogelijk heb je dit probleem niet als je kleiner bent)

One room had the bed raised so room for bags / cases underneath which I thought was good. Very quiet too. Know that the rooms are small, very small and you won't be disappointed.

• Dušan (10/5): - The location is great, the room is not as small other reviews suggest. Everything is clean, room service changes bed linen and throws away thrash every day. The bathroom is sufficient, everything functions, everything drains. In May, the rooms was not too hot, not too cold. The mattress could have been better, but it was not a disaster. The lack of elevator is compensated by the fact that the higher floors are quieter in terms of the noise from the street. Although the window is good and closing it blocks the potential noise effectively. There is no wardrobe.

• Floor (7/5): Prima maar met kanttekeningen - Locatie dichtbij St Pancras station. Voor ons een goede uitvalsbasis bij aankomst in Londen (met trein) en goede plek om vanuit hier de stad te ontdekken. Vriendelijk personeel en kamer was schoon. Let op: De badkamer is heel klein (lees wasbak op schoot als je op het toilet zit). We zouden het niet aanraden hier langere tijd te verblijven, want dan verwachten we dat je de kleine badkamer snel zat wordt. Er is geen airco in de kamer, dus ook bij warm weer zouden we de kamer niet aanbevelen. Voor ons was het begin mei heel goed te doen.

• Maria Àngels (8/5): Una buena experiència ! - Me gusto mucho la atención del personal de recepción, en especial la Srta. Duda, que nos atendió muy bien y con mucho interés y ganas. La ubicación también està muy bien, muy cerca del centro, el baño y la habitación pequeños, pero muy limpios, te dan agua gratis todos los dias que está muy bien. La ubicación es magnífica, está a 5 minutos de King's Cross que tiene prácticamente comunicación en metro con todas las líneas principales de Londres, de 15-30min en metro llegas a todos lados y eso es un puntazo. La zona de King's Cross tiene mucha opción gastronómica también. La habitación es bastante pequeña y apenas cabe una persona en el baño pero si lo que buscas es más un sitio únicamente para llegar, dormir e irte es suficiente, nosotros estuvimos cómodos. No ofrecen desayuno como tal de buffet/cafetería pero todos los días te ponen unas pastas y tienes nescafé y té para poder disfrutar de eso en el desayuno. La recepción 24h y lo amable y agradable que fue el personal también nos encantó. No es una zona ruidosa así que dormimos bien, las camas eran cómodas. La habitación es bastante pequeña y apenas cabe una persona en el baño pero si lo que buscas es más un sitio únicamente nosotras estuvimos cómodos. Fica a duas quadras da estação Kings Cross/St Pancras, com tudo ao nosso redor, farmácias, restaurantes e paragem de ónibus. Não oferecem café da manhã mas o quarto possui uma chaleira para água quente e alguns saches de café solúvel e leite, o que achei muito cuidadoso. O quarto era limpo, extremamente organizado e confortável. O staff foi muito cuidadoso organizou um quarto pra nós antes do nosso horário do check-in e pudemos deixar as malas no check-out, especialmente a recepcionista Duda que foi um amor conosco nos dando dicas sobre a região. Com certeza voltaríamos. O quarto é pequeno, padrão londrino, mas ideal para quem viaja com pouca bagagem.

I was in a room at the backside. The 'folding' door to that part was next to my room and the hinges need some oil.

• Alexis (9/5): Je recommande - L'emplacement est parfait, proche de King Cross. Le personnel est bien et la chambre est faite tous les jours. Propreté exemplaire contrairement à d'autres hôtel. Les serviettes étaient incluses et changées chaque jour. La salle de bain est très petite, nous le savions et cela ne pose pas de soucis mais attention aux personnes un peu plus corpulentes qui risqueraient de ne pas être à l'aise (1m de largeur environ). L'isolation phonique est quasi inexistante, mais nous étions prévenus et cela ne gâche en rien le séjour (bouchon d'oreilles) !
