• David (9/5): - So close to the water… Nice views back to cityscape. And I believe Motel 6 is the best value for the money … no frills .. just clean rooms and friendly staff. The HVAC in the room was not in good condition.

• Adreanna (4/5): Worse than good. - The views were beautiful and staff was nice. One of our rooms was replaced upon arrival due to them being booked out and one of the rooms didn’t have AC or a working TV. There was also a cockroach and towels were dirty.

• kathy (1/5): I did not feel safe in this area. - view is very good. hot water. quite place The room was very small, and the bathroom was extremely small. There was only one table and one chair. My family has five people, and this was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The AC cover was missing, and I could see inside the machine. People were smoking in the hallway, and the smell came into the room. The pool was closed. Only two small bars of soap were provided for five people — liquid soap would be better. There was also a police car parked in front of the office, and a man walked by saying he could not find his wallet and bag. I did not feel safe in this area.
• Gloria (3/5): I made it work but I don’t see me going back 😩😩😩😩😩 - The staff was excellent. Especially Isabell. I paid extra for the executive suite- includes microwave and refrigerator. I check into a room that the microwave and the refrigerator was sooooooo rusty and frightening looking that I never put anything in them under any situation. I reported my concerns. I asked for the extra cost back. I was told I couldn’t have a refund for the extra I paid. I was offered another room. That room had a better refrigerator so I took it. But the microwave was too rusty to use. Mattress was too lumpy.

• DePre (2/5): Great until - I was cool with everything until paying online and left for dead outside I'm a declarated veteran who enjoys going there for a piece of mind, but on a quick return visit I was put on a DNR which I just learned what it meant and don't know what or what I didn't do to deserve that type of treatment while paying online as usual and had to stand in the cold. I did break a bottle liquor and asked for broom to clean up but was told maid got it

• Glenn (7/5): This motel is located in the ghetto. The "EBT" community is strong here. - The room was decent and clean. Both ice machines didn't work. No morning coffee because the lobby was perpetually locked up.

• Odom (1/5): Don't stay here - Homeless people sleep on the property in a tent with a dog barking all night all day the rooms are moldy it's REALLY TRASHY IN OAKLAND I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY STAY HERE OR IN OAKLAND
• Manuel (7/5): Quiet and with a beautiful view - I got a room on the second floor at the back, and the view of the pier was incredible. The room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke; there weren't enough towels, and the ones that were there didn't look very clean—they were a bit dingy from use, I suppose. Furthermore, the reservation stated that the room included a mini-fridge, but in reality, it didn't have one.

• Jessica (10/5): Always a comfortable and welcoming stay. - This is always my go to place when I come back to visit in the Bay. The lady who checked me in and out is the nicest, sweetest, most professional worker I have met at a motel in general. The room smelled very strongly of smoke, but otherwise it was very clean, and thats not the motels fault that someone smoked in the room. The TV, microwave, and fridge all worked great. The room had a nice water front view. There is also the little pier you can go hang out on. Very quiet. My dogs always like coming with me and enjoy the stay too. It's alot cheaper than any of the other motels in the area. Everytime I visit, all the other people that are staying are nice and respectful. The smell of smoke bothered me the most.

• Hope (6/5): Good location and good value for staying with a dog - Great location on the water and close by Jack London Aquatic Center and Jack London Square, and no extra fee for my dog to stay. Room on side of morel facing parking lot had a lot of late night noise from the parking lot, and others coming and going. No fridge or coffee maker in the room.

• Jimmy (1/5): Most expensive 1 1/2 hour stay - I liked nothing about it People who had no rooms at the motel were hanging out around my vehicle looking inside and looking towards my room until police showed up and they all scattered. Property management did nothing for the first hour and a half. Not sure they the ones called police. But as soon as they left, I grabbed my belongings from my room and drove back home. So the $200 I paid for reservations for 2 nights was a loss. I wasn't about to lose my vehicle also had I stood. I know now to get reviews of surrounding businesses before I reserve another room anywhere. That was the most expensive 1 1/2 hr stay

• Cory (8/5): - Everything was good The staff was good cuz I've been at certain motels motels that I try to check in they are very rude sometimes they wouldn't even accept my credit card that has my name on it and it's mine Go figure but motel 6 very very professional and nice they let me stay an extra 30 minutes after I liked everything.
• Pamela (5/5): Clean but very aged. - The location was very convenient from highway and parking was ample. View was beautiful--on the water with a pier. However, when we got there things went downhill. My sister and I have walking difficulties, so I had asked for a first floor room with 2 beds with microwave, TV, and refrigerator--which we got. However, the room was extremely warm when I entered it and the cooling/heating unit didn't work (and was falling apart). I reported the problem to the front office but they said they would get maintenance to fix it in the morning. We couldn't sleep with it like that! They had no more rooms on the first floor. Then he offered a single queen bed on first floor, which we took. Therefore, there was no microwave or refrigerator. The only 2 electrical wall sockets didn't work and we had to unplug the TV modem to use one plug for our phone charger! No closet, no carpet, Motel very aged. We stayed 2 nights and I reported the issues when we checked out.

Definitivamente fue una experiencia fatal por falta de servicio a la habitacion y el tener microondas oh nevera al menos pequeñita para los huespedes que nos alojamos por mucho tiempo y , Definitivamente no volveria a hospedarme en este lugar a parte muy caro senti el precio para tan mal servicio.
