• Drori (3/5): Good for a night, if you’re passing through. wouldn’t stay any longer. - Great for quick stay. Front desk associate was great. He found us several rooms to give us a pleasant night. We had to switch the rooms several times. One wasn’t cleaned (including bedding). Another seemed still under construction with no lights in the bathroom but a box full of lights. The third one had a mattress (not from hotel) and box full of stuff. The last room was perfect…

• Joel (1/5): See above... in short.... simply crappy ! - There was no breakfast.... nice and close to gas stations, freeway, fast foods, grocery and other stores had to ask for bath towels for three not 2, tried to report SMOKE DETECTOR had been removed only to find out cord to rooms land line phone was missing, booking showed pool but it was closed.... the pool was the main reason for choosing this 1-night stay.... should get a refund of some sort ... for wrongful advertising (very disappointing for Granddaughters 9th birthday celebration 3-day vacation with pool fun), there was no hair shampoo, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Turned on ac only to get cigarette ashes blown throughout room... the ashes were on top of the wall AC where the vents are... apparently missed during clearing. Called said to be owner HajiAmbu 415 827 3668 left message requesting a call about what is happening at his Motel 6. Never got call back, apparently owner is indifferent. So reported missing smoke detector to State Fire Marshals Office and fill this survey out concerning what I wanted to inform the owner about. Very disappointed with Motel 6 owner and Booking.com.

• Chloe (2/5): Terrible place worst I’ve ever stayed in all motel 6 - The location of it was great with lots of things around Dirty room, floors were unswept, bathroom walls were falling apart while floor was still dirty and shower and sink had hair in it. No microwave or fridge

Not to mention the amount of roaches that they have. 🤮 I wanna try to bring it to their attention. They blamed to the person who had the room before me. But but I had to stay there before, and they were also in the other room. …. It was completely disgusting. Do not recommend.!!

The staff was never around. The phone system is nonexistent! No refrigerator and no microwave!! It takes about 30 minutes to get warm water! It never did get hot. No amenities whatsoever!!!! Nothing was working. I wanted a room that had hot water but, most of the rooms were “out of order “!!!

• Ulanday (1/5): Overall it’d be best to stay at a different location for a few bucks more. - There was crumpled up dollar bills underneath the mattress when I took out the blankets indicating it’s not regularly cleaned. The blankets also have holes in them and the lock for the door is sketchy.

• Casey (2/5): - Single female traveling alone. Usually trust motel 6 properties. This was BY FAR the WORST property that I have stayed at in the US in the last 30 years. I was driving all day from AZ to Portland and it was late when I checked in. Door to bathroom rotted out from water damage. Bugs everywhere. Mattress so gross I slept in clothes in my sleeping bag. I checked the mattress and it looked like a stab wound to the cover on top of having stains. I took MANY photos. If I was not so tired from driving I would have gotten a refund and slept in my car.

Smelly, dirty, run down, homeless people on the property, etc. I’m not a prude but this place was so bad there was no way I could stay there. And I was tired and it was midnight. I had to go find another place to stay which cost me a lot of money. If I didn’t find another place, I would have slept in my car. That’s how bad it was. Should NOT be offered on Hotels.com!!! The only positive is that the reception refunded my money.

• Aurora (4/5): - I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all — there were pubic hairs in the bathroom and even on the towels, which was absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bed sheets were stained, and the floor was visibly dirty too. This lack of cleanliness made it really hard to feel comfortable during my stay. I expected basic hygiene standards to be met, but sadly, they were not.

• Brandon (2/5): - I’ve stayed at many Motel 6 locations, but this was by far the worst experience. The floors were filthy, and we had to share the room with roaches. There were even dead bugs on the walls, and the overall condition of the building was extremely poor. I would not recommend staying here—honestly, sleeping in a car would have been a better option.

• Mia (2/5): - reserved a non smoking room and they put me in a smoking room w very bad odor of cigars. on top of that the room had a bullet hole in the window that was shattered and they just taped up the hole. the bedding was stained and burned and the lights didn’t even work. i went to speak to the front desk and they were not understanding at all . i payed for an upgrade to a two bed room and it was nicer but bedding was still stained .
