• Gábor (9/5): több napos városnézéshez korrekt szállás - tömegközlekedés szempontjából jól megközelíthető helyen fekszik, barátságos a környék, továbbá megfelelő volt a szállás felszereltsége, otthonos kialakítása, hátsó terasz szintén nagyon vagány a sok növénnyel sajnos az utca zaja eléggé beszűrődött a szobába, emiatt időnként elég nehézkes volt az esti/éjszakai órákban a pihenés

• Yvonne (10/5): Other that the dirty floors it was a fabulous stay in a lovely area of Barcelona. - Loved the location and the space. The floor was very dirty, no stopper for the sink to wash up had to use a pot as a basin to wash up. Also no cleaning supplies were left so went out and bought cleaning spray, washing up liquid, cloths and kitchen roll.

• Luca F. (9/5): Posizione perfetta per respirare l'atmosfera autentica di Barcellona. - Posizione stupenda. A pochi passi dal Mercat de Sant Antoni, nel cuore di un quartiere vivace ma estremamente tranquillo e rilassante. Negli immediati dintorni si trova tutto quello che serve per una buona colazione seduti o take away, idem per pranzo e cena. Le fermate della metro sono tutte raggiungibili a piedi, Sant Antoni con la L2 (350m), Poble Sec L3 (400m) e qualche passo in più per Rocafort L1 (950m). Immediatamente a ridosso del Barrio Gotico, con una passeggiata di 10 minuti ci si ritrova a degustare ostriche a La Boqueria direttamente affacciati sulla Rambla. L'appartamento è al primo piano con ascensore, spazioso, pulito e provvisto di tutto quello che serve, inclusa la wifi che è reattiva e veloce. Le due camere sono ampie e comode, buoni i letti, comodissimi i cuscini. Insomma, consigliato! Il check-in si fa di persona velocemente, l'ufficio è a pochi passi e ti accompagnano personalmente in appartamento, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Se avete bisogno di un posto dove lasciare i bagagli il giorno del checkout sempre in ufficio sono disponibili a tenerli fino alle 17.30 Andrebbe sistemata la porta di ingresso, poco funzionale e con serrature scomode e poco pratiche. La zona a giorno non dispone di luce naturale diretta, ma le camere sono luminose e affacciate sul meraviglioso viale alberato.

• Wenjing (4/5): 不推荐 - 说实话，这个地段和价格性价比很低 地板高低不平，床腿可以晃动的。室内东西都比较破旧，最有安全隐患的是床头柜边角都是铁皮的，我因为晚上开灯关灯，手上都破皮了…因为旅游体验所以没有像店家反应，真的是一言难尽…刚入住还收了一人一晚10多欧元的城市税…我后面几家名宿都没有收取这个费用？？

• Anamaria-Oana (10/5): - Didn’t realise that the apartment is so close to everything. The location is perfect and I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Barcelona again. Traveled as a single mum with 2 kids and my sister and it felt very safe staying here. The apartment was huge and clean. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Definitely recommend it. And I really appreciated that we were able to leave the luggage at the reception desk after check-out as we had a late flight. That really helped!!

• Maike (8/5): - Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gut und die Entfernung zum Zentrum war gut zufuß zu erreichen. Die Bilder waren nicht so wie die Realität. Die Bilder waren wohl aus unterschiedlichen Wohnungen und den Innenhof haben wir nicht gefunden. Schade!
• Karolina (6/5): Hezké, ale neklidné - Apartmán čistý, prostorný, kousek od metra i obchodu. Byly zde 2 koupelny. Kuchyň vybavená. Paní na recepci vše vysvětlila, ukázala nám pokoj a jak co funguje. V noci šílený hluk. V pokoji bylo slyšet každý krok z pokoje nad námi. Vedle bydlel starý pán, který měl televizi v pozdních hodinách tak nahlas, že bylo slyšet, co sleduje. V noci nás pak budili i lidé, co se vraceli z města. Postele mírně proložené.

• Cielo (8/5): Apartamento amplio a un paso de todo - Que tuviera dos baños y tres habitaciones. Al lado del Mercado de San Antonio y cerca del metro. Nos dejaron hacer el checkin antes de las tres lo que nos permitió dejar las maletas y no volver hasta la noche . La olor de humedad y que uno de los dormitorios, el de una sola cama, tuviera el colchón que necesitaba un cambio urgente.

Para las 3 habit. un solo calefactor, el grifo de una de las pilas atascado, solo jabón de manos, ni champú ni gel de ducha, 4 rollos papel higiénico para 4 personas 4 días, en la habitación del frente la puerta-ventana filtraba aire gélido todo el día, la vajilla escasa y sin escurridor. Del armario los estantes flojos y se caía lo colocado en ellos. Y otros detalles más que tendrían que ser mejorados.

Fijne badkamers en goede bedden Erg zuinig ingericht: twee wijn glazen voor dit zes persoonshuisje, een steelpan waar het handvat vanaf viel, geen koffiezet apparaat, geen snijplank, geen eierdopjes, geen waterstop of afwasborstel in de keuken, geen kapstok, woonkamer niet aangekleed met schilderijtjes of plantjes. Felle lampen daardoor savonds ongezellig en kaal. Zeer gehorig omdat het appartement in delen was verdeeld met de buren dmv hardboard wandjes. Slapen met oordoppen is een must! We hebben gevraagd om extra keukengerei maar geen reactie gekregen.

• Purple Supernova (6/5): 6/10 could be better - Beautiful flat in a great location. Two balconies and a backdoor terrace. Friendly staff who helped us check in. You have to pay for any extra towels, there's extra charge if you leave anything behind, there was no washing mashine, the apartment had some issues with cockroaches. What's available in the kitchen is quite límited, you can't even find a bowl. All in all, it's overpriced for what it was. One of the two rooms is tiny and had two single beds, the other one is huge and contains a decent size double.

• Suzanne (9/5): This was an excellent central flat, the lady who checked us in wa exceptional - The lady who met us and brought us into the apartment was absolutely excellent. The apartment itself was fine, could do with a deep clean but not dirty by any means. The bathrooms were excellent. Very good value A really great clean needed - corner of floors, doors ( there was graffiti on one of the bathroom doors)

• Elizabeth (9/5): Ubicación excelente - La ubicación, excelente, muy cerca del mercado de Sant Antoni, con muchas cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona. Las camas eran muy cómodas, la calefacción funcionaba muy bien y la chica de la inmobiliaria fue muy amable. En la calle de atrás hay un lugar (LA BRASA), que tienen platos preparados para llevar, muy conveniente en estos días de fiesta. El apartamento sólo tiene luz en los dormitorios; el salón, cocina y baño son un poco oscuros, aunque no fue un problema para nosotros porque no pasamos mucho tiempo en él durante el día.

• Stephen (4/5): Not for us - sorry. - It has 3 bedrooms so for a family it might be OK Parts of it were quite dirty. The bathroom door did not close properly. The draining board for the sink was close to and on the same level as the electric hob. The kettle did not work and had to be changed for a new one. The office was not manned as advertised.

• Sil1204 (6/5): Buen precio pero muy descuidado - La ubicación El precio Los colchones estaban claramente hundidos y muy desgastados, por lo que sería necesario cambiarlos. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban muy usadas; una de las toallas incluso tenía un agujero y, además, los juegos de toallas para los dos huéspedes eran de tamaños diferentes. Las cortinas estaban manchadas. También encontramos el billete de avión del huésped anterior y un cenicero en el balcón lleno de colillas, lo que da la impresión de que la limpieza no se realizó de forma profunda. En la zona de la cocina faltaba la puerta de uno de los muebles y, en general, los utensilios estaban poco limpios (cubiertos) y bastante antiguos (por ejemplo, los platos). El mobiliario está muy descuidado y básico: el sofá tenía varias manchas y el televisor es bastante viejo y muy pequeño. En los baños solo había un poco de jabón de manos (no gel de ducha) y algunos rollos de papel higiénico ya empezados. En general, el ambiente del apartamento no resulta acogedor: es austero y da una sensación de dejadez y poca atención al mantenimiento, lo cual es una lástima.

• Barbara (7/5): Néhány napra megfelelő szállás. - Jó a szállás elhelyezkedése. Viszonylag közel van a metró és a buszmegálló. A környéken sok vendéglő, bár van. A szomszédban van pékség, piac, élelmiszerbolt. A házban van lift. Nagyon segítőkész volt a szállásadónk. Érkezéskor ott volt, szemben van az irodájuk. Korán érkeztünk és már korábban, 15 óra előtt is otthagyhattuk a bőröndöket. A szállás viszonylag közel van a reptérhez. Kb. 10-15 perc volt az út taxival. A szálláson a légkondi egy rémálom. Penészes, koszos. Az egyik nap nagyon hideg volt, be szerettük volna kapcsolni, hogy fűtsünk vele, de inkább nem használtuk. A szomszédban egy idős néni lakik, akik este bömbölteti a TV-t, ill. az utca is elég zajos, a falak pedig vékonyak. Ez minket kevésbé zavart, viszont akit ez zavar, annak nem ajánlom ezt a szállást. Nem tetszett az sem, hogy foglaláskor nem szóltak egy biztonsági összeg zárolásáról a bankkártyámon, ami lehet, hogy szerepel az apróbetűs részben, de nekem pl. nem tűnt fel foglaláskor. A feltöltött képek óta eltelt több év, mert most már egy picit lelakottabb a lakás.
• Simeonov (6/5): Good location, not well maintained apartment. - The location was good although it was quite noisy at night and felt a little bit unsafe. The property itself was a not cleaned very well and included no simple toiletries like shampoo, not even soap. We are urged to move out before it was even 11am by the cleaning lady, at least they let us store our bags at their office which was bonus, we are grateful for that.
