- Wagner (1/5): - My reservation was confirmed as a late arrival. I spoke to Alex at 4:30 pm and he assured me I was good to arrive before 3 am . We arrived at the hotel around 2 only to find that the employee actually canceled my reservation. Hotel was fully occupied and we were left driving further down the road exhausted until finding a hotel room.

- Emily (1/5): Highly discourage anyone staying here - The lady working the front desk was nice. Checked out a day early. Came back to my room being opened for people pressure washing the air conditioners, my stuff was moved and it was 90 degrees in the room with the a/c in pieces outside. The room was pretty unclean when I checked in... unidentifiable multi colored substances on every wall, hair and grime all over the shower and the smoke detector was disconnected and laying on top of the clothing rack. I was so tired when I checked in that I slept there anyway. Other people staying were loud and rowdy all night (on a Tuesday) and I didn't sleep much any way. Then the second day with the a/c stuff and noise... that was it. I had to find another place to stay. I requested a refund for the night I wasn't staying, but of course was just told that she would ask her manager. Sent in a report/request to corporate. Haven't heard anything from anyone.
- Alexis (2/5): Could have MOST DEFINITELY BEEN BETTER… - The lobby was very clean and smelled very fresh, but the I originally booked a double bed handicap accessible room and I only got a single bed that had FILTHY, DIRTY sheets on it as soon as I walked through the door. The bathroom door had stuff all over it and there was dust and splatter spots on the lights, roof and doors. It was loud outside.

There were stains and crust on all trim, crust by the bed, urine under the rim of the toilet, dirty light switches (and one didn't even work) and the crowning jewel was a cockroach in the bed as we were packing to leave. The mattresses were very thin and the springs were poking us all night. The outside atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Our only available parking spot was near the pet potty area. We had a two night reservation. We left after one night. The only saving grace was that we were refunded for the second night.

Shower was nasty not cleaned at all . Room looked like it had not been swept or mopped. Good thing I always take xtra bed sheets and a mattress protector . The people at the front desk very friendly and sweet .

Other vendors for the expo I was attending encountered the same price gouging and one of them was even threatened with the police after complaining about the extra charge on their card and a layer of sand in the bathtub.

They were also just very friendly and helpful in general . Room was very clean , towels were clean and soft . Cable always worked , wifi always worked.

- Carlos (4/5): - There was a phone in the room, but it was not hooked up (in a drawer). There was no remote control for the TV (I had to get one from the front desk). The TV was unplugged, as was the cable unit. The plug behind the TV only had power to one port. The cable unit had to be plugged into another outlet. This hotel has potential to be better than what it is.
- Michael (2/5): Disgusting!! - This was one of the worst stays that I have ever had in my entire life. The hotel room was beyond disgusting. There was hair all over the shower area. The bathroom didn't even look like it was cleaned. The towels didn't even look like they were really washed and there were stains on the sheets. We asked for a new room and it was only slightly better. This was by far the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed and think the entire complex should be converted into a rodent habitat.

- Alison (4/5): Save yourself the hassle - First they called asking if 3 ppl can sleep in 1 bed, then the room they put us in, no AC in Texas heat, bathroom had mold and dirt everywhere, someone else gum was on the ac unit, food splatters all over the walls and the curtains had holes in them as well. If they didn’t have efficient rooms they should have told us when they called.
- Luis (2/5): - My in laws came into town for my son’s birthday party and they stay at this Motel. The room was dirty, no hot water, AC barely worked, and worst of all there was bed bugs! When my fiancé issued their concerns to the front desk and asked for a refund because they didn’t stay their full stay there (had 2 nights only stayed 1) they would not give us any type of refund because they didn’t voice their concerns until after 11am. My in laws are never the type to complain nor do they speak a lot of English. The service was terrible and the room was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- Courtney (2/5): - I noticed that I had a missed call and phoned back at 255pm on the day of arrival. I was informed that because I did not answer when they phoned that my reservation was canceled. Check-in time is 3pm, why in the world would they have canceled my reservation because I didn't answer their call???!!! The room was very dirty, stains on the linen, dirty bathroom, stains on the shower curtain, VERY DIRTY ice bucket, multiple flies in the room and several other bugs were seen and killed. The only positive remark that I have is the AC worked very well and that was the saving grace for this stay.

- David (2/5): This place is a dump. - Been to many Motel 6s in the past and they're not known to be the nicest places but at least they're usually relatively clean and well kept. Whoever is managing this location has completely given up. Uncomfortable beds, room was dirty, cobwebs everywhere,they replaced one of the bedside reading light fixtures with an outdoor fixture that was comically bright. Holes in walls, walls peeling off, only decor was a tiny handheld flag glued to the wall, neighborhood was sketchy.
