Julian (2/5): The floor in the room was not clean. I would have nothing to say if it was atleast swept. - There was a guy with a dog that barked all night next to me. A lot of homeless people chilling in the parking lot.

James (7/5): It was ok not over the top but ok - The room was clean, because it is a handicapped accessible unit there is no countertop in the bathroom, no place to put hygiene items in the bathroom, it would have been nice if there was coffee in the room The pool was cold Ice cold, there was dog feces ( at least I hope it was dog) in the flower bed right in front of our door as well as a hypodermic needle, the maid came by three times checking to see if we had left the room and did not pick it up and discard it, there were interesting individuals hanging around and sitting across from our room on an adjacent properties sidewalk that made us feel uncomfortable, enough so that I parked my truck out in the middle of the business parking area so I could see if anyone was lurking around my truck.

Brenda (2/5): Gross! - I enjoyed leaving. The police were constantly on the property due to incidents with guests. Dog farces on path next to pool that was still there three days later. People were yelling outside throughout the night and banging on doors to get in to use the bathroom. Boom cars constantly driving around mall area. Room was basically unlivable. Foods sprayed over microwave and on curling lamp and curtains. Couldn’t close bathroom door without hitting front of toilet. I should have slept in the car!
Samantha (7/5): I’ll be staying again because staff was so kind and they’re so laid back about dogs and the surrounding food options are - Location, food/shopping near by The toilet barely flushed upon arrival and easily clogged my second night which was a problem throughout that night, I couldn’t even flush toilet paper anymore. There was some police activity upon arrival that afternoon with a room being searched and people crying in the parking lot, wasn’t loud or super bothersome but worth noting along with the night activity. People walking up and down corridor outside rooms and yelling across the parking lot. That was only one night, I had my dog with me and the other people we encountered were respectful and quiet.

Remijio (8/5): Great Location! - It was located in a plaza with several restaurants and fast food joints. And a dollar store. All 2 minute walking distance. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes, even though it was non-smoking. But we opened the windows and turned the fan on so it was bearable after that.

William (3/5): Go somewhere else. - It was close to restaurants and shopping It was dirty, the door was broken, they didn’t provide any shampoo or soap, the previous tenant painted the doors and walls with glow in the dark paint. I could smell the tenant next door smoking pot, the bed was extremely cheap and uncomfortable. It felt unsafe.
Aysha (1/5): Do not stay here if you’re normal or have kids. - I thought it would be an okay stay given the surroundings but the motel was filled with crackheads and other druggies living there, playing loud music and going in and out at all times. There were people doing donuts outside in their car and we witnessed multiple hookers coming and going. Our room was dirty, filled with flies and the wall/side table was covered in dried blood.

Usually I choose a motel with fridge and microwave, and would have liked that here. However, the price explains it. Also an in room coffee maker would have been nice

Kelly (1/5): Didn’t stay here ended up running a room at the Best Western - Like, Absolutely nothing end up not staying the night here. Misleading pictures neighborhood sketchy hotel had permanent residence. Our first room smelt so strong, a cleaning chemicals, bleach, dirty sheets, and they put us in a second room, and the bed mattress saggy crater in the center of it. We were here about 45 minutes and transitioned to two rooms when I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t give me a refund the kid at the desk had to call his manager the property owner to submit a refund and he denied it. Kid at the desk was very polite, very friendly and very apologetic about not being able to apply the refund the manager told the kid because I was in the room for over an hour, but in transition to two rooms took about 45 minutes when you’re gathering all your luggage I’ve been removing not only that I was on the phone with corporate Motel 6 . Still waiting on a refund. Run down looks can be deceiving in pictures. Looks nothing like advertised homeless people, and sleeping in the parking lot and their cars and permanent residence and some of the rooms. That didn’t bug us so much because that’s anywhere. I just cared for a clean room and I didn’t have it. I gave it two tries and end up leaving.
