- Steve (4/5): - Kicked in/broken bathroom door, broken toilet seat. Greasy substance on one of the desks, and having someone chainsmoking outside the room negates the term non smoking room
- Guillermo (2/5): - don’t book here ! if your not comfortable with sketchy situations. I got to my hotel room and it smelled like heavy cigarettes , I then changed my room and the new room also smelled like cigarettes. There was prostitution, people peeing behind the dumpsters, and not to mention blood stains on the floor. BathTubs were super dirty. Very bad hotel. I couldn’t stand it so I went and immediately booked a new stay at the prime sweets about 2 miles down. Don’t book here !!!

Caked up dirt in the corners of the room. The safety night latch was missing. There were no wash clothes to wash my face.

I can deal with it, but didn't want to leave our stuff there during the day. Big thing was it was supposed to be a no smoking room, but it wasn't. It had been sprayed with a bad smelling odor blocker that made us feel sick. But under that smell was still the smell of cigarettes. They would not give a refund. We still left. Do not stay here!!!!!

- Tommie (2/5): - This was obviously a frequent spot for prostitution. Honeslty the pictures on the add were definitely not of the actrual location. The building was very outdated and beat up. The room was dirty, my child saw a roach crawl under the bathroom vanity, the pool was inoperable, there was graffiti and knife scrapes marks on the walls and in the toilet. Yes, inside the bowl. If you're looking for a resting spot for the family, this is NOT the place. Management should really be ashamed of themselves and Expedia should really look into this property as they are promoting and representing this establishment.

Too many issues to mention in a few words but, suffice it to say, it should be unlawful to rent a room to anyone without a functional smoke detector installed. This renders the property a public-safety hazard. I paid for two nights, stayed one. Not worth risking my life to save a few bucks. Look elsewhere.

Cigarette burns on everything, stains on the towels, shower drain clogged. No kettle or coffee available. There was a dealer working out of his car in the parking lot, but he was taken away on the 3rd day. Woken by high-pitched woman gobbling like a turkey at 4:30am and slapping her partner. We got out of there at 6am.

Room was supposed to be non--smoking, had obviously been smoked in frequently--tar build-up in the HVAC unit. Disgusting. Pool was out of order, nor was there coffee as advertised.

Please don’t ever stay here it was horrible all around, I had to leave that same night go look for different hotel. Service and location horrible don’t stay here not in any condition to be running a business. Online website is false advertisement pictures and way off to what the property really looks like. I tried to get my money back I was told no pero Hotel website and till this day I have not heard from the hotel staff. I Will never be staying here.

There was a hole in the bathroom door that was plastered over. The bathroom floor was warped and moved because of air pockets. The refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it to get any sleep.

The faucet to the bathtub was broken, the vent was hanging from the wall. The dressers were damaged. The front door didn’t lock. The guy working the front desk wouldn’t not let us change rooms- saying there was no other room to take and refused to refund me. I will never book a room here ever again. My broth we and his gf ended up finding another hotel to stay at midnight. Horrible experience.

Dresser drawer broken, blood splatter on the walls, dirty everywhere looked like it had never been mopped, mold in the shower. Definatly not what was pictured. As soon as we got to the room the smell was so bad i had a headache. We asked for a different room and they said they were sold out. Would definatly suggest going somewhere else unless you just want a pay by the hour type hotel room.

We did not go in right away as it did not feel like a safe area and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We went in hoping for the best and the desk agent is behind bullet proof glass. We asked if we could cancel and if we would be charged and they said no, we left and found somewhere else to stay. That was fine but they we were charged anyways. Do not stay here.

One of the lights above the bed was burned out. The light above the sink was also burned out. There was gang graffiti in on of the drawers of the dresser and carved into the toilet seat. The door to the bathroom didn't close and there was only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth in the bathroom. There was paint missing from the door to the room and from the bathroom door. And there was plaster missing from one of the walls.

The room is really dirty, random spots on the floor, sink, toilet, and bathroom. We wiped everything down before using. We just slept for a short time and left as quickly as possible. - Danny (2/5): Just a notch better than a motel 6 - Used to be a decent area but now as of 2024 the area is over-run with homeless loitering around the parking lot and adjacent gas station. I am not exaggerating, there are dozens and one night it looks like an addict OD’d outside by the Tesla chargers and ambulance with stretcher carried her away. The bed had metal brackets that used to attach to something and my wife and kids cut their legs a few times. The shower surround had large cracks where the curtain rod had not been properly installed. The beds were fulls when listed as queens and the mattresses were not comfortable to me. The furniture seems to be about 20 years old so probably long due for some replacement unless they are going for the quaint antique look eventually? The overall cleanliness is noticeably lacking but not the worst you would expect in like a motel 6. The chlorine in the pool was pungently strong we didn’t even use it because worried it would lead to skin issues with my kids. Location is nice for Thornton but this property needs a change in management or it reflects the local labor situation. I don’t know just speculating it’s a little of both. IMP this place will shortly be a full on permanent residence housing for the homeless if it doesn’t go a different direction. If you like the location you might look in to the nearby double tree. It seems to be better managed but last time I stayed there the rooms were tight so decided to try this place. Next time we will just deal with the tight rooms
- luz (2/5): Horrible place - I didn't stay, the place is NOTHING like you see online, that place is DISGUSTING sooo dirty and bad I can believe is in your list of hotels the staff was rude, we found Roches as soon I walk in the room, we left immediately. I call your customer service to see if you can help but no answer

For starters, the rooms that we were told would be together were on opposite sides of the building, which could be overlooked, except that there was a d**g deal going on outside one of the rooms we were staying in. The parking lot was full of questionable people and felt very unsafe. The rooms were both dirty, uncleaned and BOTH had the fire alarms torn from the ceiling!! Nothing but exposed wire and fire alarm mount. The door and the dead bolts were barely screwed into the frame. One of the bathrooms had mold growing in the shower and a full trash can. The hotel staff refused to refund my money, at least for the 2nd night that we would be canceling a day in advance, and when I asked what I could do he told me to "just call the number". We left shortly after seeing the condition the rooms were in and were scrambling to find hotel for the night. 0/10.. do not stay here!

I booked rooms and should have read the reviews weeks before but I decided to the day of check in that I rather let my money go to waste without even staying there. Seeing comments about their being mold and cockroaches did not sit with me. My family member had called about her room and they were rude!

- Michelle K (2/5): - The property is a crack shack. Prostitutes and homeless people were everywhere. We checked in to see the room, pulled back the sheets and found dried blood stains and burnt cigarettes in the bathroom. We left and did not come back.

Got another room and it was better until about 2 AM when the pimp for the prostitute using the room next door was banging and yelling because it had been over an hour. I expect better from Expedia.

- Howard Charles (2/5): - We checked in and found the room dirty. Sheets were changed but floor was dirty, light switch had something smeared on it, someone's hair clip was the shower bar. Sink only had cold water, bathroom door was punched from the inside and crushed the veneer, outside of door was even worse. Front door inside lock was missing bar part. Outside of the property needs a thorough cleaning with a pressure washer. Otherwise, convenient location.
- David (2/5): Unsafe and badly maintained - The lobby was locked, and you get served through a port hole. I guess it’s setup like this because of the potential crime. The room had a fist hole punched through the door, the shower was cracked and would have collapsed if you would have stepped on it, and the toilet seat was broken. There was at least one car in the parking lot with someone sleeping in it. The hotel area felt unsafe, luckily i was with a group of 4 guys, but if you are a family stay away. We all agreed that this was one of the 3 worst hotels that we have stayed in and btw the pool was green!

- CB (4/5): Not a great stay this time - Had something stolen from my car. Back part of the parking lot closed so i couldn't park closer to my room. Saw 2 men walking in with 2 women that definitely looked like prostitutes. Cars running in parking lot, shady. Van had front wind shield smashed. Pool is TOTALLY gross and should juse be drained and gotten rid of. Elevator broken. Key didnt work when we got back after a day at 6 flags. I used to go bc it was so cheap but I think that might have been my last time. Just dont feel safe or clean anymore ;( we actually didnt even stay there the second night booked.

Got there in the morning and was leaving g for six flags in 15 minutes Just wanted to see if they had action ready to save time later at night They did. But then he wanted to charge me extra. No way. I was just trying to help us both out Anyway There was 1 towell for us to use 1. Didn’t want to argue with him over a towell It was a basic hotel but that’s what I expected

- Witlet (2/5): - They have zero concept of customer service, everyday hotel security comes and bangs on the doors at exactly 11am yelling at customers to leave, and threatens them to call the police if they don’t leave. I prepaid the hotel prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was amazed by how dirty this place was. It’s as if I was in bad horror movie. Completely different from the online pictures and the pool is empty dirty filled with trash appeared as if it has NOT been cleaned in 30 years. The pictures are fake. If you have an emergency and you need place to spend the night shower, sleep and go, ok. But anything more than that please think twice about your safety. This place is extremely scary and Unsafe.

- Adam (2/5): - Desk clerk was rude. No smoke detector in room. Room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Gang members hanging out in the parking lot. We ended up forfeiting our room to stay somewhere else.

- Axavier (2/5): TERRIBLE - The refusal of refund was due to me staying at the room. I arrived at 1 or 2 a.m. I slept in my vehicle and used the rooms bathroom which water pipes erupted within. I did not enjoy my purchase. $100 for a night at this establishment is not fair nor logical.

- Nicole (2/5): - This property is listed as being non-smoking, but be warned! It is not actually non-smoking. Every room smells like cigarette smoke or weed, or a combination. The area around the hotel (parking lot, walkways, etc. was littered with trash and cigarette butts. The pool has clearly not been cleaned in months. The only upside is that the staff were friendly and willingly gave us a refund.
