• Paulina (1/5): Didn’t stay and was charged for the stay. - Nothing staff charged me even though I didn’t stay and had asked the lady to cancel my reservation and she still charged me. The front entrance door wasn’t on the hinges and the lady had left for 20 minutes and still got charged

Horrible people who overcharge if you book through booking & pay at hotel. Noise - they had what sounded like a dryer running upstairs which makes a horrible, constant sound

• 4765a3d9d8df72e903e213af35d248b8 (1/5): PAY THROUGH BOOKING.COM to avoid being scammed with excess fees - This Motel 6 adds a charge to your room if your week expires, and you've renewed through booking.com. They expect ou to move out of the room, and then move back in, and use this excuse to charge you excess fee. Pretty silly, since repeat customer means you don't have to clean room every day. I paid through Booking.com to avoid this charge, then realized instead of leaving a tip, I would count the excess charge as tip. But they came to room at 10:15am and threw me out. The maintenance is weird. Front door bolt lock does not go into hole & door security is not screwed to jamb. Water pressure is excessive -- turning on lav sink water spews over. Shower does not have a stop point. It goes around and around. Microwave turntable plate does not fit, so turntable does not turn.

I was Wakened With their Car Horn When Locked the car door! Then A Loud Car Muffler Startled Me from My sleep!! Then The people upstairs! WERE NOISY YELLING at a Crying Child!! And hearing Loud noises from their footsteps or Dropping Things!! The Bed was Somewhat Comfortable and Looked clean, But the Bathroom Handicap Bars were FILTHY AND THE FLOOR! I even Wiped it with a Towel and left it there for Them to see! I Brought It to The lady in Front desk attended to her Attention! That the Cleaning Lady NEEDED TO CLEAN BETTER!! FOR BEING A HANDICAPPED ROOM, THAT TOILET SHOULD BE HIGHER! It Hurt MY BAD KNEE TO GET ON TOO LOW!! Especially when YOU CANNOT BEND THE KNEE!! There SHOULD BE A MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM!! How DO YOU EXPECT US WOMEN TO PUT ON MAKEUP PROPERLY!?? Also THERE SHOULD BE A PLACE TO PUT TOILETRIES ON!! Or A Place to Hang YOUR CLOTHES!! 😱😔😡 I Guess THAT IS WHY I PAY $ CHEAP! • Serrato (7/5): Can use some upgrades but overall really convenient , affordable, and no hassle checking in or out. - Convenient, and affordable Cleaning could be a little better , air system had a lot of dust accumulated, vent in the bathroom also looked like it has not been clean in a while. Toilet was very small, but maybe for smaller people it’s no big deal.

Its close to 6 flags, Staff was super friendly. Near the Cantera mall even construction around wasn't bad. Def would stay again. I saw some reviews say they saw roaches. We had 2 rooms and 3 other fams stay here. Not a single Roach/bug in our rooms No microwave or fridge in some rooms. Other than that everything was good
• Arlene (10/5): Great Value, Clean and close to 6 flags - Super friendly staff, they took our request for bottom room's to accommodate my elders tagging along. They helped right away and called before our check in. They put us by the pool and room's next to each other. Overall experience was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Great value, pet friendly, outdoor pool, near 6 flags, Great friendly staff couldn't of asked for much more really. Loved having walk in showers maybe just some bars to hold on would be nice but its doable. A fridge and microwave in all rooms not just in some would help it.

• Orlando (4/5): Book a room if youre in a bind for cash and simply need a solid room, dont expect great wifi is all - I liked the bed comfortability the most out of my stay. The area around the hotel is quite secluded so the area is nicely quiet at night It was advertised to have high speed internet, so expecting this i followed through with my choice of choosing this location. Apon setting up, I was set in a room farthest away from the office, my phone wasnt even able to connect and use the wifi at all. Very regretful of my choice to stay as soon as i noticed this issue, along with the fact that the rooms dont offer even a microwave or refrigerator only inside the office.

• Krista (10/5): A wonderful experience besides the disrespect of other tenants as far as the staff they are absolute - The rooms are always super clean and the staff is extremely welcoming they tend to your needs and they make sure your room is spotless I would highly highly highly highly highly recommend this Motel The only thing that could have been better is the people who were actually staying in the motel they were very loud and drunk all night which kept us up

• Lauren (4/5): The staff was very helpful and accommodating and nice but everything else about the stay was not so good - It wasn’t too awful for the price however I don’t think it should require $100 deposit considering how outdated the rooms are and how much maintenance and work the rooms need also that the bottom floor allows pets in the upstairs does not but if you stay downstairs, you don’t get a mini fridge or microwave but if you stay upstairs and don’t have a pet, you get a mini fridge and microwave which makes no sense. The shower in both rooms we stayed in leaked and flooded the bathroom completely. There was no TV remote in our first room. The air-conditioning barely worked. It just is very outdated and needs a lot of work. The only good thing was there was no bugs. It is way overpriced for how outdated the property is. I think all rooms should have a mini fridge in microwave whether you have a pet in there or not, and I believe that staff should ensure that there’s a TV remote and the basic essentials in every single room before checking, A guest in
