bed you could see the urine stain and BLACK marks on the mattress which looked like mold. We requested a refund
but did not receive one. We were told to contact the manager. I have called 3 time and cannot reach a manager.

- Justin (2/5): Disappointed…to say the least. - I was relatively inexpensive. The morning attendance was kind. The facility was filthy. Cigarette butts everywhere, broken glass, the grass was not cut. There were unhoused people camping out on the facility. The nighttime attendant initially said that I didn’t have a reservation but eventually “found” it. Then he gave me a room key that wouldn’t open the room and I had to return to the front office multiple times. He ended up switching my room because “the door lock must not have been working.”The linens and towels were stained with black smudges. It was not a comfortable stay.

Después no había Limpieza de cuarto si nosotros no les decíamos, incluso no había toallas ni papel de baño y me dieron la llave de otro cuarto, para que yo misma agarrara las toallas de otro cuarto y papel de baño, pésimo el servicio, las instalaciones todo muy mal

The room was a non smoking room that smelled so bad it was almost hard to breath, there was multiple pieces of black hair on my pillow and was just unsanitary, an the people upstairs were so loud knocking and talking till 3 am we had to go to the front desk to let them know it was unbearable.

- Toledo (1/5): very displeased with the money and room quality service. poor management and customer service. - Stock the room with the requirement needs like toilet paper and 90 dollars no tv service i understand its one night but no tv and 2 dollar check in fee from card reservation not acceptable. Front service made me wait over 10 minutes just to check in early. other guest were fighting for hours making the afternoon restless, no toilet paper extra in room no tv and charges $92.00. There would have been a $30 dollar fee for early check in before 3 pm.

The manager at this location broke into my room while I was asleep he swung the door open and proceeded to yell at me that I wasnt supposed to be in the room that I had payed for the night before. He continued to yell arguing with me that I wasn't supposed to be in the room, then demanded to go to lobby. So I got dressed in confusion not even knowing who the hell this person was. When I get to lobby he comes in and starts yelling at the desk clerk they had mistakenly given me a room mislabeled as not ready. Then tries to walk off I said to him your not going to apologize? His response was no im not going to apologize. To add insults to injury they double charge me for my stay and will not give me my money back for the double charge or even a refund for my crappie stay. By the way the manager name is Rashad bold guy. I have been trying to get my money back with the help of booking.com. The room was semi clean as I found a weed roach in the back of towel holder. I have been a good customer to this location as I've been working in the area and I've been staying here for 3 months. No action has been taken about this incident to the location nor the manager. Only booking.com is the only one helping me. I can't get through to super8 and I called wyndham as its part of club wyndham was informed they can't do anything because I used a 3rd party. The actions of the manager is completely illegal invasion of privacy and violation of my safety. Stay at your own risk. This happened 12/20/2025 will update when resolved. They are lucky I didn't have my kid with me!!

- Muncy (1/5): Horrific experience. - I felt extremely disappointed there was not really anything I like the staff and the front desk was absolutely rude and not helpful or kind it made me sick to my stomach honestly to even have spent money to support a business with employees that have such horrible customer service and absolutely no effort to do anything out of their way for their customers whatsoever or even things within their job description it was really disappointing I would never go back just because the staff alone. The staff was awful the treatment and service they provided was absolutely atrocious I will never go back there and it really is sustain on the Windham name I felt so disappointed and horrified by the way that they treat their customers it really was disgusting.

They didn't have another room for us. I canceled my other 3 days I was going to stay. I got charged a cancelation fee. I feel I shouldn't since it was your hotel's fault. Room had a musty odor that wouldn't go away. WiFi never worked in the room - desk agent said they would reimburse me for the trouble, but then didn't and ghosted both me and Expedia customer service. Avoid this property.

This property and the agent on the property have tarnished my perception of Super-8.

- Teresa (4/5): - The location was good for me but I was shocked at how run down, dirty and state of disrepair - I expected more from a Wyndham property. Apparently they just took over and have NOT done anything except put in new beds. 2 of the outlets didn’t work and there was no light attached to the switch at the entry.
- Constance (4/5): - This is a distressed hotel property. Much work needs to be done and half of the rooms are not available due to dangerous stairs or walkways. First room we were given had no telephone, TV, fridge or microwave. We changed rooms and got one with a TV only. The only reason we stayed was the proximity to Kaiser Hospital where we visited a family member.

The room was gross sticky and dirty blood stains on the lamp shades. Smelt like cigarettes. The Bed had signs of bed bugs. Didn’t even unpack are stuff afraid of bring them home. Woke up this moving with bite on are ankles. No power to the hotel and no AC. The experience was frightening and Discussing. Don’t stay there unless you’re a crack head or prostitute.

- Scott (6/5): - This hotel appears to be transitioning from a run down flop to a potential wine country tourist stay. It still needs a lot of work. There are major renovations going on that might be noisy during the week.
The check in desk lobby area was in disarray with Super 8 posters stapled crookedly on the walls. The desk person was, let's say, inexperienced and unpolished. She told a guest struggling with the wifi he had "to get out now 'cause I have to leave."
The room had new laminate flooring with modern fixtures and furnishings, with the exception of one battered dinette table, sans chairs, that seemed a hold over from leaner times. The heater didn't work. The toilet seemed new but the tub was old and burn marked. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The laminate floors seem like a great idea, but made the noise from the floor of the room above really loud.

- R (1/5): Good if you need a last minute place but don’t expect much beyond that. - I got a room last minute and the AC worked. Although the sheets had some stains, they seemed clean. Towels were clean. Electricity was out in the morning. Was dirty. I was with my 13 yr old kid and we could hear adults having sex in a nearby room in the morning.

I didn’t like the bathtub because it seems like is clogged don’t drain properly the very last night I wasn’t able to take shower because the water didn’t drain, they don’t have maintenance on weekends.

Room not too bad but mold on walls around shower stall and floor.
Room was very basic which was fine but can hear a lot of talking during the night from adjacent room and water pipe noise when nearby rooms used the sink or shower.

The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance.

- Daniel (2/5): - The parking lot had potholes everywhere. The shower in our room did not have a shower curtain. Our bathroom floor was soaked the first day because they couldn’t bring a curtain because they didn’t have the staff. It looked as if they painted over mold in the bathroom as well. And the ceiling about the shower head was bubbling out. The outlet next to the bed shorted out if I used both outlets. So I couldn’t plug my sleep machine and have the lamp plugged in at the same time. There was a water leak in the parking lot in front of our room, so we had to navigate around the major puddles of water with the kids to get in/out of car. Our key cards had to be reset EVERY TIME we used them.

The area outside shows trash around.
The show head is by far to low for people around 6 feed or larger. The furnature is a little simple, with some scatches and old, but working.
There was free coffee at the reception in the morning.
The place is not noisy and has a nice pool environment, also the staff was very friendly.

I did not expect much from this type of hotel, but if you need to switch me rooms because I slipped on the gallon of water on the floor from what was obviously a continuous problem I would least expect some sort of accomidation.
