• J (10/5): Was perfect for my needs as a solo traveller! - Was very happy with my stay. All of the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The room was perfect for a solo traveller, and the location of the hotel was great as I only had short walks to most of my destinations.

• Ashley (7/5): Perfecte locatie - De locatie was perfect. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De badkamer en vooral douche. Deze was zo klein. Mijn man (1m86) moest bukken om te kunnen douchen, niet echt comfortabel. Het ontbijt was ook zeer beperkt. Dit viel heel hard tegen.

Traveling alone, it was quite worrying that I was daying"Hello, hello' as I gradually climbed the stars in a building with no internal dignage until rhe erd level.

• Michele (7/5): Good central location, basic amenities, and stairs to climb - It was centrally located near the Spanish steps and easy to get to all of the major sites. It served nicely as a homebase for My stay in Rome. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe both daytime and in the evening getting home from wherever I was. The room was tiny and you did have to negotiate stairs from the street level two level zero… So if you have a lot of luggage for warned. I was not impressed with the bathroom amenities. The water pressure in the shower was low and kind of crappy to be honest with you. There was shampoo, but no conditioner so ladies, your hair will be a frizz unless you brought your own products. Teeny tiny bars of soap, I felt like I was in a low and motel. I guess this is what you get with a two star property. The staff were great and extremely kind and helpful and I can’t say too much about them. They were all lovely people and very gracious and helpful. Breakfast was basic, yummy pastries, but no fresh fruit not even a banana to be found. This is something that they could consider adding.

• Alex (10/5): I have a comfortable stay. - The hotel is close to the Spanish steps and major attractions in Rome.There are many restaurants in front of the hotel making it convenient for tourists.There is also a grocery nearby.Moreover,the staff-receptionists, cleaners are friendly and accommodating to requests. The place is also clean.I highly recommend this place. There is no lift from the ground floor to the first floor so you have to carry your own luggage.However, it did not affect my satisfaction with the hotel.

• Patricia (10/5): Excelente custo benefício - O hotel é simples, mas excelente! Cama confortável, café da manhã bem bom para começar o dia e para quem quer economizar. A localização é muito boa, fiz tudo, absolutamente tudo a pé. Os funcionários são gentis. Tudo absolutamente limpo. Voltaria mil vezes! O quarto e o banheiro é realmente muito pequeno, mas não deixaria de voltar por isso.

O custo benefício do hotel é excelente por isso. O box do banheiro e pequeno, e tivemos dificuldade para regular a temperatura do chuveiro, uma vez que durante o banho a temperatura alterava sem mechermos nela. O travesseiro é bem alto, o que me fez achar desconfortável.

• Sema (9/5): Keyifli eğlenceli - Konumu mükemmeldi yürüyerek heryere ulaşabildik. Etrafında yemek yemek için çok alternatif vardı. Alışveriş caddesine çok yakındı. Küçük bir otel. Çok konforlu diyemem. Ama konumu bu özelliklerini görmezden gelmemizi sağladı.

Custo benefício também é bom, café da manhã quase completo, faltou ovos, mas compramos atum e colocamos no pão quente... os funcionários muito atenciosos também, deixo um agradecimento especial a Mel Instalações simples... hotel 2 estrelas chegando a 3 estrelas... mas o quarto é confortável, ducha quente, ar, TV Internet pega bem também

La habitacion y el baño adecuado a la antiguedad del hotel y las camas comodisimas!! Sin duda alguna volveria a repetir!! Echemos en falta en el desayuno el pan normal, ya q solo habia de sandwich y tostado. Por lo demas, perfecto.

• Marcela (4/5): Nunca voltaria - Café da manhã bom, localização boa Funcionário mal humorado, tive que esperar uma liberação para saque da taxa, pois o funcionário disse que não passava cartão. Quando cheguei eles haviam trancado meu quarto, quando me esposo foi falar aí sim passaram o cartão (sendo que antes tinha falado que era só dinheiro). O hotel está bem velho, o quarto fica abafado assim fedendo, nesse dia que trancaram, assim que foi pago a taxa minhas coisas estavam no quarto com a janela aberta ficando de acesso a alguém tentar entrar. O hotel tem boa localização por ser próximo aos pontos turísticos, mas ao mesmo tempo é horrível, tem restaurante na rua que faz barulho dia e noite arrastando coisas.
