• Sandra (10/5): Wat een geweldig verblijf! - Wat hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel was geweldig. Het hotel ligt direct aan zee. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant, zowel ontbijt als diner. Een tafeltje aan zee met een prachtig uitzicht. We hadden een kamer met zeezicht, zeker de moeite waard. 's Nachts hoor je het ruizen van de zee. De kamer was netjes en heel schoon. We kregen in plaats van een ontbijt een picknick pakketje mee omdat we een vroege ochtend hike hadden. Ook erg goed geregeld. Kortom alles was perfect!

• Aurélie (9/5): Super séjour très agréable en bord de mer - Hôtel très bien situé en front de mer. Jolie vue depuis le balcon. Très bon petit déjeuner inclus, à prendre en bord de mer ou dans la petite salle du restaurant. Chambre de belle taille. Lit confortable. Nous avons passé un super séjour, excellent rapport qualité prix. Il y avait malheureusement des travaux dans l'immeuble voisin à cette période là. Nous avions donc une grue en vis à vis et du bruit dès le matin mais l'hôtel n'est en rien responsable.

• Lena (8/5): - Auf jeden Fall Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, genialer Sonnenaufgang und wunderschön nachts das Meer zu hören. Großes und bequemes Bett! Frühstück war gut, mit leckerem Obstsalat. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze aber man findet in der Umgebung immer was. Relativ kleines Zimmer, aber das war ok. Wasser wird nur sehr langsam warm und an einem Vormittag wurde es leider gar nicht warm.

Vue pas tres folichonne sur le derriere face aux montagne mais comme nous n'etions pas là pour rester dans la chambre toute la journée, ça n'avait pas beaucoup d'importance. Lits jumeaux, literie impeccable.nous etions à une periode oû il pleuvait, froid, vent+++ et le radiateur electrique a éte bien apprecié( pas de radiateur habituel) il y avait egalement un ventilo pour les chaleurs. Les petits dej etaient servis en buffet: salé,sucré,bien garni. Personnel tres aimable,souriant. Un excellent sejour. Bonne situation pour visiter le nord et faire des rando. Ce coté de l'ile est plus venté( paradis des surfeur) difference de t° entre cet endroit et Funchal et l'ouest,plus ensoleillés

• Jiří (1/5): První ubytování z cca 100 přes Booking, které jsme museli z důvodu neobyvatelnosti opustit. - Dorazili jsme do ubytování a po vstupu do pokoje jsme vzhledem k jeho neobyvatelnosti okamžitě požádali o jiný a nabídli doplatek z naší strany. Pokoj byl špatně větraný a byl velmi silně cítit plísní, což je pro nás, jako alergiky naprosto nevhodné/nebezpečné prostředí. Recepční odmítla náš požadavek řešit s tím, že nejsou jiné volné pokoje. Byli jsme proto donuceni narychlo (a kvůli tomu i velmi draze) najít náhradní ubytování. Ještě ten den jsme také požádali přes portál o storno rezervace. Ani po třech týdnech ubytování neodpovědělo......... Pokoj jsme bohužel ani nestačili vyfotit, tak přikládám alespoň fotku pokoje zvenku.

• Natalia (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja :) - Świetny nocleg! Pokoje i obiekt czysty i schludny. Położenie - petarda! My mieliśmy pokój z balkonem z widokiem na ocean. Coś pięknego. Śniadania proste, ale bardzo smaczne. Personel dbał o dostępność składników przez cały okres wydwania jedzenia. Jedyną rzeczą, której nam brakowało to chociażby mała lodówka w pokoju na swoje jedzenie, ale to naprawdę drobiazg. Świetne miejsce - jeśli ktoś się zastanawia nad wyborem tego noclegu to bierzcie póki są wolne miejsca :) Brak :)

Zawsze znalazło się jakieś miejsce do zaparkowania. Fajna restauracja zaraz obok. Troszkę cienkie ściany + skrzypiąca podłoga. Pokój nie był odnawiany od dłuższego czasu.

• Miguel (6/5): Razoável, com bom preço e localização. - Localização e pequeno almoço incluído. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Televisão não funcionava mas resolveram ao mudar de quarto. Houve um dia em que nao havia água quente para tomar banho.
• Matthias (1/5): Onveilige electra en geen warm water - Vanuit de suite prachtig uitzicht op zee We verbleven er 3 dagen waarvan 2 dagen geen warm water en de laatste dag geen elektriciteit. De stopcontacten in de kamer hingen los. Er was niemand bij de receptie en er werd niet gereageerd op de mail. Op de laatste dag in de middag zat er opeens iemand bij de receptie en nadat ik mijn klachten kenbaar had gemaakt bood zij een andere kamer aan in een ander gebouw zonder uitzicht op zee. Dit hebben we geweigerd. Ik heb een officiële klacht ingediend. In reactie hierop stelt Vilabela dat ze proactief een oplossing hebben aangeboden en dat het electra probleem buiten het hotel lag. Pertinente leugens ook nog.

• Ole (8/5): Lugnt fint läge, störande vind om det blåser, endast 10m till oceanen. - Utsikten Restaurangen trång, enkel, dragig pga uteservering också. Dåligt tryck på vattnet och kallt rum.

Śniadania codziennie takie same, każdy cos znajdzie dla siebie (ale jednak mało warzyw). Pokój ok, ze świetnym widokiem - to największy plus. Jak to na wyspie wilgoć i brak ogrzewania. W styczniu noce są zimne, jednak obsługa zapewniła nam grzejnik elektryczny co pomogło :) Widok Lokalizacja Bardzo miła obsługa

• François (8/5): - Établissement les pieds dans l'eau, fort agitée. C'est un peu comme si l'on couchait sur la plage dans les Landes au pays basque.Nous on aime, et avec des tampons dans les oreilles on dort comme des bébés. A vrai dire, le rapport qualité prix est bluffant. Le village est un peu survendu, mais moins qu'ailleurs. Belle distillerie.
• Henriette (8/5): - Freundliches Personal und extrem tolle Lage, da direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind normal/gut, sauber eingerichtet, wir hatten sogar eine richtige kleine Küche. Frühstücken konnten wir bei gutem Wetter direkt vorne an der Mole zum Meer und wir hatten einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und die schöne Bucht. Die Dachterasse war auch ein toller Ort zum Verweilen. Der Kaffee könnte etwas besser sein, da es löslicher war, das ist aber Geschmacksfrage . Eigenes Pulver mitbringen o. im Ort kaufen hilft, da überall Wasserkochen (inkl. im Zimmer) sind.
• Anne (8/5): - Hôtel très bien situé dans Porto da Cruz, avec tous les restaurants à proximité immédiate. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est d'ailleurs tout à fait correct et sa terrasse très agréable. La suite dispose d'une grande terrasse et un petit balcon avec une vue plongeante sur l'océan et les falaises environnantes. Je ne peux rien dire du personnel car hormis la personne du restaurant qui nous a fait le check-in, nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec eux. En revanche, la communication en amont de notre arrivée a toujours été cordiale et réactive. Le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas terrible.

• Max (10/5): Great place! - Lovely hotel directly at the seaside. Had everything you need and friendly staff. Because we had to leave before breakfast time on our last morning, they made us some food for on the road. Very nice!

• Kateřina (9/5): Malý hotel přímo u oceánu - Malý hotel s milým personálem a fajn snídaněmi. Možnost snídat venku s božím výhledem. Součástí je i restaurace (obědy ani večeře jsme nevyzkoušeli). Krásný výhled z pokojů s oddělenými postelemi a výhledem na oceán. Měli jsme 2 typy pokojů. Konvice na čaj v pokoji. Krásné obrazy na pokojích. Možnost zapůjčení plážových ručníku. Veřejné parkování zdarma nedaleko. V 1 pokoji protékal záchod. Na pokoji nebyla minilednička. Pokoj s manželskou postelí má menší postel než je standardní velikost. Pokoj s oddělenými postelemi a výhledem na moře je tak blízko oceánu, že jej slyšíte celou noc, nespíte-li úplně tvrdě. V případě chladu je ve skříni deka, ale je to larisa a pouští chlupy, které jsme pak měli úplně všude.

Pokoj s manželskou postelí má menší postel než je standardní velikost. Pokoj s oddělenými postelemi a výhledem na moře je tak blízko oceánu, že jej slyšíte celou noc, nespíte-li úplně tvrdě. O víkendu nás budily kostelní zvony.

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Piękna lokalizacja, śniadania z widokiem na ocean. Świetne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny.
• A (9/5): Prijs/kwaliteit prima in verhouding. Schoon, kleinschalige, toplocatie. Goed ontbijt. - zeer vriendelijk personeel (receptie/keuken/schoonmaak). Rechtstreeks uitzicht op de zee met geluid van de golven. Ontbijt gevarieerd genoeg gezien de prijs, ook voldoende aangevuld. Super groot balkon bij 3-personen kamer met lig + lounge set! Wat kan beter: raam ontbijtruimte vaker poetsen voor beter uitzicht op de zee. Gehele hotel heeft hier en daar wat liefde nodig (extra verfje, nieuwe vloer ontbijt zaaltje).

• Céline (6/5): Peut mieux faire avec peu de transformations. - La proximité immédiate de la mer La literie, les matelas sont très inconfortables, en tout cas ceux de la chambres où je me trouvais. Le manque de tablettes à hauteur pour les affaires de toilettes dans la salle de bain. Les portes qui claquent.
• Klaudyna (10/5): Morza szum😅 - Przepyszne śniadania. Super lokalizacja nad samym morzem. Szum fal🌊🌊🌊 Bardzo smaczne dania w restauracji hotelowej. Zarówno wegetariańskie jak i z mięsem. Grzejnik w pokoju bardzo pomocny szczególnie w grudniu. Pokój był posprzątany i ręczniki wymienione nawet na 3 dniowym pobycie. I bidet w łazience tylko na plus.
• Marc (8/5): Great Stay - Great location, Waterfront is an understatement. There were already renovations going on (December 2025) which improved the rooms & facilities. We enjoyed our stay ! Thank you The breakfast was good but as other guests already stated/recommended. Freshly brewed Coffee / Barista would enhance the experience immensely.

• Harald (8/5): Gerne wieder - Die Lage, direkt am Meer, ist unschlagbar. Wir haben, bei offenem Fenster und einer super Brandung, geschlafen wie lange nicht mehr. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels die wir während unserer Madeirareise aufgesucht haben, ist sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe (50 Meter) gibt es mehrere Restaurants bzw. im Hotel selbst wo man sehr gut essen kann. Nach einer Woche war es dann mit dem Frühstück auch mal gut. Es ist zwar "alles" da aber der Instantkaffee (wenn auch aus der Maschine) und der Pressschinken müssen nicht länger sein.
• Piiitre (10/5): close to the sea - We liked to have the good breakfast outside, which was a bit chilly in the morning (heating would have been available in the room, but it was not that cold to switch it on). And of course we enjoyed the sea view on the terrace/balcony. Very friendly stuff and good location. Parking was easy to find in the area. During summer it might be nice to have a fridge in the room.

• Helena (7/5): - Lokalita, raňajky Na prespanie cena a kvalita primerane Chladno v izbách, chybal ovládač od klimatizácie, ktorou sme si chceli trochu prikúrit. Aj nábytok a kúpeľňa boli značne opotrebované

• Helmut (10/5): Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - Niedliches kleines Hotel direkt am Ozean. Wir haben uns die eine Woche, die wir hier verbrachten, sehr wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels kostenfrei zu parken. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich, für jeden Geschmack etwas. Wir kommen gern wieder.
• Tomas (7/5): Good views, nice people, great location in a used hotel. Would come back. - Breakfast was not big but enough and with good quality. The staff took good care of us, always with a smile on their faces. The location was 10/10, we stayed in a sea view room and the sunrise in the morning and the sound of the waves before going to sleep were priceless. Definitely worth it. The room showed clear marks of extensive usage and the salt water left its marks. Our door was a little bit worn out specially the lock, never felt unsafe though.
• Mateusz (9/5): Poleciłbym każdemu. Fajne miejsce. - Wszystko bardzo fajnie. Super stosunek ceny do jakości. Śniadania dobre, świeże. Nie było bardzo urozmaicone, ale podejrzewam, że wynikało to z pory roku i po prostu mniejszej ilości gości. Ciężko utrzymać różnorodność przy małej skali. W tej cenie, petarda. Wszystko mi się podobało.
• Telma Belim (8/5): - Simpatia dos funcionários. Peq almoço agradável. Vista sobre o mar e a montanha Comando tv não funcionar desde a chegada e tv ter deixado de funcionar durante a estadia
• The (4/5): Good location, other rooms with a balcony are sure to be amazing. - We really liked the location of the hotel, right next to the ocean. Just drop out of your room and enjoy the landscape and listen to the sound of the waves. Might aswell take some fruit along Breakfast was alright though the coffee was just instant powder from a machine, which is unfortunate because Madeira folks really value and emphasize good coffee. We had the room 201 and it was right above the ventilator of the kitchen, we forgot to close our window once and it was even foggy inside our room aswell as the noise!! until at least 2200h. We spent the entire day outside and the few hours in our room were just bad. Sorry to say

• Sophie (8/5): - Great location, amazing view from the terrace where you have breakfast, good value for money. Very very noisy making it hard to sleep early at night or late in the mornings. There were stains in a few places in the room. We could not open our only and small window since it opened directly on the kitchen fan from the restaurant so our room would smell like food in a minute.
