- bryan (8/5): Very nice B&B - The hotel and rooms were great. This was built in 1764, so it has been remodeled a number of times. It really has a nice comfortable feel to it and the breakfast was great in the morning. It is also within walking distance to the major sites in the center of Brussels, but that is the challenging part as well. The neighborhood is known for car break ins. Do not leave anything at all in your car if you park on the street. We were fortunate to not lose anything, but a broken window. The police were very nice and helpful, but explained that was an issue. We felt safe walking in the area during all hours and the security at the hotel is more than adequate, so do not worry about that. I would definitely recommend this for friends and family, but just be vigilant as anyone should while traveling anywhere.

- Emily (8/5): Lovely, family-owned B&B near center city - I enjoyed three days at Villa Zarin. Although I did not get to meet Mrs. Zarin, her daughters were lovely and took good care of me. I enjoyed Mrs. Zarin's grandsons, too. The accommodations were clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed figs and pears from her garden several days. As mentioned in other reviews, the only issue was the neighborhood. It is located very near center city. However, while the main boulevard nearby was busy, the two blocks to the B&B felt a bit unsafe. That being said, I had no problems. You will need to carry your bags up several steep steps, but I did not find this a problem. Again, lovely family and accommodations.
