• Konstantin-04 (8/5): - Самый центр города, от вокзала и автобусов 3 минут пешком, до моря 10 минут. Очень простое заселение. Очень чисто. На кухне всегдв есть чай и вода. Даже с учётом небольших минусов - за эти деньги отличный вариант для 1-2 ночей. Это вероятно бывшая квартира разделенная на три небольших номера, звукоизоляции почти нет, также слышно соседей на другом этаже, шаги на лестнице и самое ужасное -громкие звуки работы канализации , стиральной машины, и водопровода и в соседней комнате и у соседей наверху и за стеной... Завтрак неплохой, но только сладости, это не всем подходит, было бы лучше вместо 7-8 разных порционных кексов, вафлей и печения - положить немного сыра и колбасы и один какой то десерт, это и сытнее и разнообразней

• Addolorata (9/5): Una città bella e accogliente: grandi aree pedonali, curate. Persone molto gentili - La struttura si trova in pieno centro, vicinissima alla Stazione ferroviaria. Offre la massima libertà di movimento perchè, all'arrivo, vengono consegnate le chiavi. C'è acqua calda a tutte le ore e il condizionatore funziona bene. C'è una sala ristoro dove si hanno a disposizione elettrodomentici (bollitore, macchina da caffè, frigorifero, microonde). La colazione offerta è varia e abbondante. Ci tornerò sicuramente

L'albergatrice gentilissima e molto accogliente! Riscaldamento termoautonomo sia in bagno che in camera Il lavandino ha rubinetto difettoso, non presente il bidet.

• Lothar (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Perscara - Perfekte Lage in der Haupt-Fußgängerzone von Pescara, wenige 100m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Besitzer haben wir ausschließlich schriftlich kommuniziert, was aber völlig problemlos war; es war alles perfekt beschrieben und vorbereitet. Das Zimmer im 1 Stock (mit Aufzug!) war schön ruhig und ausreichend groß. Es gibt einen eigenen Frühstücksraum für ein einfaches italienisches Frühstück, komplett auf Selbstbedienung ausgelegt. Auch wieder perfekt organisiert! Die lokale Steuer (4 EUR) war separat zu errichten, den Betrag sollte man möglichst passend in bar dabei haben für den Fall, dass man den Besitzer nicht persönlcih antrifft. Alles bestens!

• OLHA (8/5): Отличное расположение отеля - Месторасположение, близко к общественному пляжу, транспорт и аэропорт все рядом. Ежедневная уборка. Приветливый персонал. Есть где сушить купальник, фен. Завтраки, вернее их отсутствие. Бронировала гостиницу специально с завтраком чтобы утром не искать заведения, их не оказалось. Твердый матрас и подушка. Очень шумно. На улице шумно до 12 ночи, также слышно соседей.

Idealny dla dwóch osób Śniadania - wiedziałam oczywiście, że oferowane śniadanie jest podawane w stylu włoskim. Jednak oczekiwałam czegoś innego - może świeżych croassantów, tostów, owoców itp., a nie zapakowanych foliowo samych ciastek z marketu obok, małych słodkich jogurtów i soków w kartoniku. Balkon - niestety znajodwal sie tylko w jadalni gdzie były śniadania, a nie w pokojach. Dodatkowo w naszym pokoju było dosyć gorąco, klimatyzacja działała słabo lub wcale.

• Alessia (7/5): Nice stay - Very central location, nice communal area set up and breakfast. The property was very hot and AC took a while to cool the room down. There wasn’t enough milk to serve 2 people

The hosts were in touch so we were able to check in on our own without any problems as we arrived very late. Even though we were only here for one night, it was a great place to rest after a long journey.

• Marine (10/5): Centrally located B&B in Pescara, well equipped :) - Centrally located, this B&B is within walking minutes from the train station, restaurants and the beach. The room is well equipped and decorated. There is a breakfast area with a lot of options available for drinks and food. The owner and her sister are very friendly, they were easily reachable and made sure we had a nice stay, thank you :) Nothing.
