Important Information

Bed linen and towels kit can be rented on site at an extra cost: EUR 12 per person, per stay. You can also choose to bring your own. Final cleaning is not included at an extra cost of 65€ except kitchenette, dishes and trash. A baby cot is available on request at EUR 10 extra fee per stay. A high chair is also available on site at an extra cost of EUR 10 per stay. A baby bath is available at a EUR 5 extra charge per stay. Please note that 2 pets maximum per cottage will be accepted at an extra cost of 8€ per night. First and second categories dogs are not accepted. The customer must notify in advance any arrival outside reception opening hours. Early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are available on request outside July and August for a EUR 19 extra fee, each. An additional cleaning deposit at the rate of the final cleaning service per type of accommodations is required. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before the deposit is returned. Fees may apply depending on the condition of the accommodations. The water sports center is open from July 1 to August 31 (water activities and supervised swimming) and access is free for all residents.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Kerri (3/5): Lovely Lake, DISGUSTING and DANGEROUS accommodation - Fun lake with teleski, water slide and good restaurant Awful accommodation. Broken, dirty, unhygienic, and dangerous. See photos. I gave an opportunity for the manager to fix the issues we found when we first arrived. However, even after reminders, the problems were not fixed during our entire stay. Issues included: Smoke alarm REMOVED and not replaced. DANGEROUS, giving us sleepless nights. DIRTY. Fly paper left up for when we arrived (many flies were still around the property). Dust and dirt everywhere. Cleaner came on second day and cleaned filthy hand marks from toilet door and removed some cobwebs. Stained bath remained. Sofa bed so badly stained that I refused to let my son sleep on it. Vile. Kettle broken and dangerous. Shower unable to stay upright so uncomfortable shower, also meant bathroom floor got more wet than ideal. Fridge gunked up so water pooling inside rather than draining away. Several lights not working. There was also a hole, perhaps from a kick, in one of the bedrooms doors. A minor aesthetic, though disconcerting issue. All in all the accommodation was awful, though with a deep clean and some heafty maintenance it has potential. We're just disappointed that that hadn't happened before we arrived so we could enjoy our holiday.
Taryn (6/5): - The property is disgusting which we kind of expected from the reviews, we were only staying for 1 night so thought we'd take the risk, we definitely wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than 1 night though! The area was lovely, kept the kids busy all day with a bouncy castle, beach and park, unfortunately the water slide wasn't open though. The restaurant and staff were really friendly and helpful.
Lee (8/5): Short n sweet stay with family - We’ve all enjoyed it here. Kids loved the water, paddle bords and canoes swimming, mini golf, park. Great everything included. Except the teleski what cost extra. Maybe a little on small side but has everything you need. Can’t complain really.

El (2/5): Sale - Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. L'accueil est inadmissible : une fois la réservation effectuée, en arrivant après 18h, un numéro est affiché pour contacter le personnel, mais personne ne répond. Le logement est sale, avec des moisissures partout, des odeurs d'égouts, et on entend des bruits de souris dans les murs. Au moment du départ, même scénario : on arrive à 10h pour rendre les clés, personne à l'accueil et, malgré nos appels, toujours aucune réponse. Ce n'est qu'après une heure d'attente qu'on reçoit un SMS nous demandant de laisser les clés dans la boîte aux lettres… À éviter absolument !

Lisa (4/5): pictures did not match the reality - we could see the potential of the lake / location. sadly the lake was closed and the camping looked abandoned. the pictures that we saw on booking.com did NOT match with the actual chalet. It did not even came close to the reality. the rooms where really small, smelly and the ‘living room’ was nothing more than a small space with a plastic couch and dirty kitchen. We felt scammed and could not wait to leave as soon as possible. The cabin was sort of okay, we felt scammed because it did not match the picture.
