- Minnella (10/5): - Hotel moderno e molto curato, staff cordiale e attento ai bisogni dei clienti....abbiamo soggiornato per una notte dopo una giornata a Leolandia....che dire, struttura veramente ottima: camera quadrupla molto spaziosa, letti comodissimi, bagno grande. Colazione a buffet molto buona e varia sia di prodotti dolci che salati. Per la cena abbiamo usufruito del ristorante annesso....portate abbondanti e cibo di ottima qualità.... provato i cansoncelli alla Bergamasca e pennette alla norma veramente buonissimi. Molto soddisfatta del soggiorno.... consiglio vivamente.

- Mike (10/5): A really good hotel in a excellent location. - I love this hotel and always stay here if I’m visiting the region. The staff are excellent and so is the food. Best menu of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The signage to the gym. I asked where it was & I still couldn’t find it.

- Diego (8/5): Tutto sommato è andato bene per il nostro scopo. - L'arredamento e la dimensione della stanza. La posizione per noi era perfetta. Manca la tenda oscurante in bagno, di notte con la luce accesa si vedeva all'interno. Il pannello di controllo, molto bello ma di notte era un faro acceso. Non si vedeva no i canali sky. La vasca idromassaggio era macchiata e non utilizzabile.

- Feras (3/5): The worst stay ever for me. - Location and car Parking Bugs in the bedroom, poor air quality in the room, and the AC make it worse. The Wi-Fi is unusable, and finally, the bed is not comfortable.

Peccato ci si può spostare prevalentemente in taxi (costo 30 euro) in quanto la frequenza degli autobus, soprattutto la domenica, è molto ridotta inoltre non è prevista la navetta per l’aeroporto nonostante questa fosse segnalata sul sito di Hotel.

- Luca (10/5): Ottimo - Prima volta in questa struttura, ho passato due notti per attività di lavoro. Posto strategico, non distante dall'autostrada. Personale molto gentile e professioanle. Ristorante interno organizzato, buon menu ed al giusto prezzo. Stanno terminando i lavori per attivazione delle colonnine di ricarica elettrica. Malgrado non fossero ancora attive si sono adoperati per darmi accesso alla ricarica ugualmente. Sicuramente tornero' quando sarò in zona.

- Michael (10/5): The first time in Italy. - We went for a wedding and it was a lovely clean hotel. The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was ok not much choice but not bad for £10 each. Coffee was great. Evening meal wouldn't recommend.

Quick action taken, spent the rest of the week with no lock on the bathroom door.....not good experience. Breakfast, was not happy with the choices for breakfast.

- Ramona (5/5): Passable - The room was tiny but nice and cosy and the cleaning service was great The reception staff should receive a hospitality training. The breakfast was poor and every morning I had to find the receptionist (no one else was present at the bar) to request for a coffee. One morning I requested 2 coffees to go (during the breakfast time) because my husband and I had a taxi picking us up at a specified hour. 12 minutes later I asked if the coffees were ready and the receptionist told me to wait. Needless to say, we left without the coffee. The room was poorly equipped - it didn’t have slippers nor toiletries. Overall, it does not deserve to be rated as a four stars hotel.
