- Jessica (5/5): - Le décor était magique. Perché au milieu de la nature cela était top. La chambre était bien Nous avons eu plusieurs mauvaises expériences au restaurant. Les 3 fois où nous sommes allées le personnel n’a pas compris notre commande et nous rapportait qu’un seul plat ou se trompait. Quand nous commandions une navette, elle n’arrivait jamais. Nous avons voulu prendre un taxi jusqu’à l’aéroport les prix était exorbitant comparé à un taxi lambda trouvé. Nous avons pris l’excursion au mont bromo via un guide trouvé par leur soin, nous avons jamais rencontré ce guide et l’excursion était bien pour les paysages mais que de l’attente… nous sommes restés 4 jours seulement.

Menuju resto kalau jln kaki agak melelahkan.. jalan +-75 mtr naik dilanjutkan menaiki anak tangga tiga step. Tapi ada juga jemputan kearah restoran. Banyak lalat jadi sedikit kurang nyaman saat sarapan.

- Albert (7/5): - Nice hotel with good facilities. Bit outside of the city, but easily reachable by taxi. Room was directly below the convention hall where they set up the sound every morning at 7 am. Room was also quite gloomy, with little daylight.

Vanaf 4 uur in de ochtend wordt er gesproken en gezongen vanuit speakers van de moskeeën. Dat allemaal tegelijk met verschillende sprekers en zang. Dat gaat continue door.

- Puspita (7/5): - Breakfast was reality tasty and the view was beautiful. We stayed at 4BR villa and when we got there not all rooms had towels and bit dirty. The fridge wasn't cold at all. The hot and cold dispenser was too far from power point hence we need to boil water to have hot water. We had issues with one of the toilet and shower but it was quickly repaired.

- SALBIAH (6/5): Villa location is great but condition is not value for money. - The 3-bedroom villa was located right at the top and the view was great. The air was fresh and we felt calm. The buggy service and security around the area was great. The villas could have been better maintained. A little bit run down facilities in the villas - the kettle was dusty and a bit rusty, the furniture was old and not pleasant to look at and there was no fans at all, although we are aware that the temperature is cool but fans would help keep the rooms less stuffy. The whole villa really require refurbishing and a new coat of paint would be good and welcoming. Breakfast spread was rather limited.

- Nurul (9/5): Sangat memuaskan untuk segala aktifitas yang dilakukan - Fasilitas lengkap mulai dari olah raga maupun kegiatan outdoor, makanan variasi dan tambahan pack tidak seberapa mahal, kebersihan OK saya request kamar berdekatan tidak terealisasi, padahal saya pesan 2 kamar, harusnya notice kalau idealnya kamar bersebelahan meskipun tidak ada request

- RRDB (5/5): Very poor service for a fair but not so classy place - At least good value for money if you are a Caucasian as you will never get this kind of quality/price rate in Europe or in the US. Staff was bad, not on purpose of course but obviously untrained to match the level you would expect for this kind of place... a couple of examples: the receptionist made us wait 20 min until someone come to show us where was our room at basically 50m away from her. The waiter brought me back a can of the wrong drink without a glass and ice. When I asked for a glass, he left and I saw him seating like nothing happen 10min later when I finally decided to find a glass by myself. To be honest, it kind of became a running joke for us there so if you are traveling knowing what to expect and if you are not in a rush... that's not so much of a big deal I guess. Just another small point about a trick that this hotel (and many others) are using. If you look at the pictures, all the outdoors are taken by night. The reason? Night + small lights give a elegant/cozy feel to a place and help to HIDE all the small maintenance issues such as cracks and cleanliness. The place looks actually older than in the pictures.

Ruangan bersih nyaman dengan view gunung dengan bertaburan cahaya lampu di malam hari. Semua pegawai sangat ramah, kami dapat view yang sangat bagus terima kasih. ❤

Thr lication is really where you can walk around. It was a memorable stay. Since the weather is nice and suit to many kind of plants, suggest to add flower beds or bushes for to make a beautiful eyesight.
