• Jordan (5/5): Okay as base camp - Room was a good size, fridge kept things at decent temp, hotel was kind enough for my request to make the bed nice with happy birthday sign with flowers, air con was brill. Pool was nice with lovely view of sunset Noisy fridge at times, quite a lot of ware and tear in places on the counter sides and doors etc so could do with a little tidy up in that aspect. Breakfast was very ever basic, items left out for too long and left to go cold or sweaty. No butter for toast or cold milk for cereal which was bizzare, had to use hot milk out of coffee machine, no pastry's on offer just dry toast, limited hot items. Reception staff friendly and helpful with language barrier difficult but still kind. Meanwhile food staff not as helpful and more just there to be there rather than help or offer to help.

• Amy (1/5): Awful - We booked our hotel via booking.com that had been confirmed by the hotel and booking.com through various emails, but upon arrival we were told they had cancelled our room without explanation or apology. The staff were very rude and did not offer any support or explanation. The room was still down as being “booked” and “confirmed” on my booking.com account as the hotel had not cancelled it, but they asked me to cancel the room from my end to which there was a fee. I had to cancel the room from my end as to not get charged by the hotel for the stay we had booked but couldn’t have. The whole experience was very strange and again we were given no explanation as to why they cancelled our stay. The woman at reception had all of my details confirming we had booked the room printed out, but still said we could not stay. We had no where else to go and had to pay out more money and find an alternative hotel. The staff.

• adam (6/5): My fault that i selected the smallest room , but anyways the layout could change , room is 18 m2 - Check in was quick , kind staff , breakfast was good , pool is nice on the roof , hotel restaurant was clean , lobby with a lot s of space where to sit . room well equipped but unluckily layout of room . selection of breakfast could be a bit bigger , pool has no umbrellas , so when is very hot outside you have no shadow , i selected smallest room just for 1 night , but the room is so small you cannot open the doors properly . layout of room is not very smart , if they move furniture a bit more efficient , there could be more space in room . if you have some baggage it´ s impossible to move in the room . Also in the bathroom , shower is right next to WC so always wet floor and Wc as well .

Attention de bien avoir une chambre dans le bâtiment - Établissement complètement rénové Nous avons passé les nuits suivantes au huitième étage avec ascenseur dans le bâtiment principal, au calme en face de la montagne La piscine au neuvième étage est très propre Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié Le personnel est aux petits soins Je recommande cet hôtel fortement La première nuit, car nous étions dans une chambre au quatrième étage, sans ascenseur en face de la rue très bruyante La proximité avec la plage (1km)

• Hanyoung (10/5): 후결제 시 카드수수료 고객에게 떠넘기는 수법 - 호텔은 괜찮았는데, 부킹닷컴을 왜 이용했는지 참 후회되네요. 아고다랑 가격비교하다 조금 싼거 같아서 예약하자마자 30분 후에 다시 확인해보니 아고다에서 가격이 갑자기 낮아졌더라구요. 취소하면 환불 안될거 같아 그냥 이용했는데, 기분 나쁜건 바로 결제가 아니라 현지에 와서 결제하는 조건이었는데, 호텔에 와서 결제할때 카드 수수료 3프로를 더 받더라구요. 부킹닷컴이 이런 꼼수를 부려서 바로 결제 안하고 고객한테 수수료를 떠넘기는게 너무 짜증났습니다. 역시나 아고다를 이용하는게 맞네요.

• Jordan (8/5): Overall good and comfortable stay and was ideal for what it was needed for, somewhere clean to have a shower, and a good - Was ideal for 1 night. The reception staff were friendly upon a late night check in. The hotel doesn’t have a pool but it wasn’t required for me to get my head down before moving on to somewhere else.

• Exon-Smith (9/5): Great value, absolute bargain for price. Would highly recommend. - Mainly the hotel was very comfortable and clean, the pool on the roof top is great. But another mention is that the price of great for Patong beach you will not find a hotel with this calliper for the price it offers. It’s not that is cheap it’s really a bargain and at the highest value. I didn’t like that it had no bar or cafe to go to in the hotel. Breakfast was served at a set time with the fact you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Sa ceri o omletă zahar ceai .... am încercat sa iau micul dejun și nu am reușit O noapte întreaga a urlat o alarma la o ușă de camera A fost nevoie sa merg eu personal și sa fac sa tacă acea alarma 21:00-00:45 a urlat o Serena pe etaj Am sunat la recepție și ziceau în 10 minute în 15 minute..... apoi au reușit so pornească la 6 dimineața iar Exista piscina dar nu este amenajata fain Departe de plaja !! Recomand pe bani puțini

• Isabella (10/5): - Es un hotel muy limpio y espacioso. Actualmente se están realizando trabajos de renovación. El precio también es muy razonable. El aire acondicionado es nuevo y la ropa de cama estaba limpia y fresca. El personal es amable y servicial. Recomiendo este hotel a todos.

Pour un hôtel trois étoiles, il est excellent. Je ne comprends pas ceux qui écrivent de mauvais avis. Pourquoi disent-ils cela ? J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel et je reviendrai toujours séjourner ici.
