- Samora (9/5): A charming, comfortable stay close to St. Peter's Square! - It was a charming property in a fabulous location. We did not need the room suite as there were only 2 traveling. It would have been perfect for a family with children. The staff was wonderful and arranged a car but were late in confirming that it was available and the time it would arrive. All was perfect, there was just no confirmation which caused some stress. Better communication could fix this.

- Rose Marie (9/5): Location is great but no parking because of closed streets - The property is pretty close to the Vatican and restaurants around the area. It's quiet in the evening and morning. Vouchers are provided for breakfast to eat in a cafe nearby. Since it is close to the Vatican, the streets are often closed and we can't park anywhere on the streets beside the hotel if you rented a car. There was a proper parking 10mins away from the place. You could also hire taxi or commute by bus easily.

Brak śniadania na miejscu. Opłacone śniadanie 200 może 300m dalej w winiarni. Słaby wybór. Kanapka na ciepło( sandwich), kawa i ciasteczko. Po takim zestawie za wyciskany sok musiałam już dopłacać

Die Unterkunft war mit einer Dusche mit undichter Tür.hatten deswegen auf dem Boden Wasser nach dem duschen Schiebetür kaputt.hat man hoch heben müssen sonst sonst hätten wir kein Möglichkeit sie zu schieben.wände sind streichbedürftig.

Posizione Strategica La colazione al bar e non in sede, soprattutto se poi il bar alle 9 risulta ancora chiuso. Sec me visto che a disposizione c'è la macchinetta del caffè basterebbe aggiungere dei biscottini o delle merendine.

- JORGE (1/5): Un alojamiento para olvida y aconsejar que nadie lo utilice. - No recuerdo nada, lo negativo acaparó toda mi atención. La limpieza no existía: el lavabo estaba muy embozado, la ducha tenía una rejilla de madera que estaba negra del moho, el vaso de plástico para aclararnos los dientes, tenía agua, la tapa del inodoro estaba rota. El suelo de la habitación sucio. Para desayunar tienes que ir a una cafetería que está a 100 en la Plaza Pío XII. Creo que ha sido el peor alojamiento de Booking de mi vida. Dejamos la maleta en la habitación con la puerta cerrada y cuando regresamos para hacer el chek-aut estaba la puerta de la escalera abierta y la nuestra maleta junto a la entrada, no había ningún empleado y tuvimos que dejar la llave de la puerta de la calle sobre el mostrador.

Walking distance to a lot of the most interesting places in Rome. Very helpful staff and the whole building was amazing and contributing to our lovely stay in Rome. The heating in the bathroom could have been a little more varm in December.

Pia (stuff) was very helpful and accommodating. Please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom so there’s no insects stay. Give it a really good wipe all the surfaces after each checkout of the previous guest. The towels must be well wash for the next guest.

Assolutamente consigliatissimo, ci torneremo senz'altro! Unica cosa da migliorare il bagno, arredi leggermente datati e consumati (un dettaglio rispetto comunque al resto veramente ottimo!)
