• Gina (9/5): Excellent and perfect location! - The location was perfect! So close to Doges palace yet far enough to not hear any of the foot traffic! The room is extremely modern and clean! Beautiful decor! Very kind staff! I would go back again :) Hotel at first challenging to find! But the property gave great instructions. I also felt the room felt slightly cramped near the bed area; but I liked the privacy wall between the bedroom and sitting area. So not even a con!

• cecilia (5/5): - It was close to St Mark's Square The property was down an alleyway, the room was like a cell, I killed a mosquito with minutes of arriving, the milk powder ruined the coffee, I badly bruised my arm as it got trapped when I tried to close the extremely small/ badly designed shower doors... the pain of my arm and the long bruise mark is something that will stay with me for the rest of my holiday. The staff didn't seem that bothered when I reported it to the hotel (which seems a nice place very unlike the ambience of the location they host their clients)...
• Orsolya (10/5): Szép, kényelmes, de körülményes a személyzet - A szállás egy szuper környéken van. Csendes kényelmes, modern, tiszta. Szuper, hogy nem egy szálloda így otthonosabban érzi magát az ember, de minden nap van takarítás, tiszta törölköző, beágyazás stb. A személyzet hozzáállása. A 3 napos tartózkodás során 2 napig nem volt internet/WIFI. Amikor jeleztem elöszőr azt igérték megjavítják, mjd közölték, hogy ha internetezni támad kedvem menjek át egy teljesen másik szállodába ott kapok wifi jelszót és a lobbiban üldögélve használhatom az internetet. Kértem valami kompenzációt, hiszen nem véletlenül foglaltam olyán szállást ahol volt internet elérés. Ahelyett hogy segítettek volna közölték, hogy nem tudnak mit tenni és írjak e-mailt. Az e-mail-re a mai napig sem válaszoltak. A személyzet hozzá állása botrány volt ahhoz az árhoz képest amit a szállásért fizettem...

• Denisa (7/5): - Ubytování je na super místě. Cena byla OK. Úklid byl prováděn každý den. Pokoj je opravdu malinký, kolem postele se nedá ani projít. Sprchový kout není pro větší muže :) Na jedné straně byla matrace OK, ale na té druhé prosezená tím, že je v místnosti málo místa a sedí se často na ní. Pokoj byl celkem čistý, ale ne u okna.

• ALEX (10/5): Belle chambre sur un emplacement parfait au cœur de Venise. - L'emplacement est parfait à quelques pas de la place St Marc et à 30 mètre du bateau qui nous ramène à l'aéroport. La chambre est belle, propre et il n'y a pas de bruit. Le seul petit point négatif est que la fenêtre donne sur un mur mais ce n'est pas grave car il faut être dehors à Venise ! L'accueil à Unahotels est parfait et en français. Il faut avoir ses papiers d'identité pour le check in. Pas de fenêtre donnant sur une belle vue.

• Teo Halikias (10/5): - The apartment was very clean, and the staff super polite. It was positioned perfectly, close to all the stores (Gucci, Armani etc) and just 350 meters from S. Marko, a 4-5 minutes walk. We had room cleaning service every day and the room was very esthetically pleasing. I 100% recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Venice since you get very good quality for the relatively cheap price. If I get to visit Venice again I will not bother looking for apartments, I will just book the same.

• Estefania (5/5): - Room was much smaller than pictured. It was hard to get in and out of bed due to lack of space. Steps and noise from room in the upper floor were easily heard. Bathroom was clean but could use some renovation. Restaurants in the area are 100% for tourists and overpriced. If you are looking for more authentic ones, you need to go to a different area such as Dorsoduro

• JAVIER (10/5): Repetiria sin dudarlo - Sobretodo la ubicación, muy buena zona y al lado de San Marcos. La habitación era muy bonita y el baño perfecto, limpio y con todo. Que no tuviese ascensor pero en Venecia es entendible

• theofanis (9/5): Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα - Σε πολύ καλή και κεντρική τοποθεσία, πολύ εύκολη η πρόσβαση και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Καθαρό δωμάτιο, κάθε ημέρα room service, ζεστό, άνετο στρώμα, ήσυχο. Από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε μείνει. Το μόνο που λίγο με ξενέρωσε είναι ότι φεύγοντας έσκυψα κάτω από το κρεβάτι και είδα μια κάλτσα που δεν ήταν δικιά μου. Προφανώς η καθαρίστρια δεν κοιτάει κάτω από το κρεβάτι συχνά. Όμως αυτό δεν αναιρεί το ότι ήταν ένα πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο.

The location was difficult to find & it’s on the second floor, the stairs are narrow. We had a hard time pulling our luggages upstairs.

• Christoph (9/5): - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen. Sie wird vom nahegelegenen Hotel Ala betreut und verwaltet und der Service ist ausgezeichnet! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und verdient ganz großes Lob! Auch der tägliche Roomservice war eine positive Überraschung und es war auch alles schön und sauber.

• Georgios (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή - Ωραίο δωμάτιο, πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου. Καθαρισμός γινόταν κάθε μέρα , άνετο κρεβάτι και ζεστό νερό συνέχεια. Σταθερή θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο όλες τις ώρες. Είχε και βραστήρα για να φτιάξεις καφέ ή τσάι και συσκευή για τα κουνούπια. Δεν ήταν αρνητικό για μένα, αλλά επειδή είναι παλιό κτήριο δεν έχει ασανσέρ. Οπότε μπορεί σε κάποιους να φανεί σαν πρόβλημα αν μένει κάποιος στον 4ο όροφο.

Помещението брше страхотно, много чисто, всеки ден се почистваше и сменяше бельото. Няма да съжалявате ,ако го изберете. Леглото беше удобно, възглавниците , банята просторна и чиста... Страхотно място! Няма такова нещо. Като единствен минус може да се спомене единствено стълбите , много тежат след цял ден обиколки, за трудно подвижни хора ще са проблем. НО от хотела коректно са описали,че няма асансьор и всеки сам решава, дали ще му е ок. За нас това не беше проблем ,особенно като се има предвид всичко останало.

Koupelna s hygienickými potřebami včetně kartáčku na zuby a holítka. Na pokoji je malá lednice, jako pozornost 2 lahve vody. K dispozici varná konev, čaj a instantní káva. Denně úklid a výměna ručníků. Postele pohodlné, dají se od sebe odsunout, klimatizace. Výborná lokalita, všude blízko. Check in v nedalekém hotelu, na recepci vysvětlí cestu do ubytování a předají i mapu. Nemám co vytknout. Chtěla jsem si Benátky užít, ubytování v centru bylo proto ideální.

• deborah (8/5): Chambre simple et confort avec emplacement idéal - -L’emplacement est absolument parfait pour tout visiter à pied, incroyable même. -Le lit était très confortable -Tout était parfaitement propre -la présence d’une bouilloire est appréciable, et du thé et du café soluble étaient remis tous les matins -Le mini frigo est pratique pour conserver quelques petites choses - les accessoires de toilettes offerts étaient vraiment top et variés (savon, lait de corps, savon intime, même kit de rasage) -les serviettes de douche étaient douces - le personnel de chambre était vraiment adorable et le lit et un ménage étaient refait tous les jours. -Le pommeau de douche avait quelques soucis au niveau de la pression -Et forcément le logement est cher pour une chambre simple, mais tout est cher à Venise donc vu l’emplacement et le confort, ça vaut largement le coup je trouve - si quelqu’un a des problèmes avec les escaliers attention, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. De notre côté tout allait bien pour ça.

Una habitación con todo lo necesario y baño privado, algo difícil de encontrar en alojamientos online. Lugar muy limpio y una ubicación inmejorable. • Amie (10/5): Nice location and safe and clean hotel! - We loved staying here! It was within a short walking distance of almost all attractions in Venice, except for the train station. It is very close to a main drop off location for the water bus. I do wish that the description specified that this property requires you to check-in at their sister hotel first, but it was maybe a three minute walk from where we were staying. No elevator and there are four flights of stairs—we were on the top floor.

• Hector (10/5): Highly recommended - The rooms are managed by a nearby hotel so could drop bags there if arriving early or leaving late. The room was really well equipped and nice character features. Big very comfortable bed. Spotless when we arrived and cleaned daily - felt like hotel service. Location was great. Nothing. The room exceeded expectations.

• Mary (10/5): I can’t imagine a better room in Venezia at this price point! - The property was tucked away on a quiet street very close to all the action. Our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator but that was no problem), and honestly it was way nicer than the photos. I think we lucked out and got a special room. It was a little weird that we had to check in at a different location, but they gave very clear instructions and a map for how to get to our building, so it was no big deal.

• María José (10/5): Una estancia increíble por la buena localización del alojamiento. Todo muy limpio y un trato exquisito. Recogimos las ll - Céntrico, con todo lo necesario, muy limpio, trato muy amable, a un paso del vaporetto. Sin ascensor. Echamos de menos otro espejo en el dormitorio ya que solamente contábamos con el del baño y para la hora de arreglarse, hace que todo sea más lento.
