Tivemos que ir a um outro hotel, o San Remo, com recepção para tentar contato com o hotel que tínhamos reserva, pois o número informado não atendia Péssima recepção: ter que ficar fora, sem nenhuma segurança que teríamos acesso. Imperdoável. Gostaria de ressarcimento pelo constrangimento e inconveniente causado

• Glen (8/5): Perfect for a nights stay for a quick turnaround to grab a train to Turin. - Perfect location and very clean. Also, quiet for the night’s stay. A person in the morning (about 9:00 am) to answer a couple of questions regarding the area.
• Sarah (9/5): Great location. - Location was great, restaurants near by and a short walk to the colosseum! We also did the open top bus ride and the stop was literally a couple of minutes away. Bed was comfy, shower nice and clean. The accommodation is perfectly adequate and reasonably priced. Also only about a 6 min walk to the train station so very easy to jump on the train from the airport and walk. Nope, couldn’t fault it.

• Al Jabri (4/5): Inconvenient Arrival but Decent Stay Inside - Location and quietness The check-in experience was very frustrating. There was no reception and I was left outside ringing the bell with no response. I also tried calling the hotel many times before someone finally answered and opened the door. Regarding the room, a laser light on the ceiling was constantly changing colours which was quite disturbing during sleep.

• Anda-Lucia (8/5): - I only needed to sleep after an evening flight, before another trip by train. Good bed and clean room. The coffee machine in the room is a plus! As expected, the street was very noisy, and the window that didn't close tightly made it worse. Outdated furniture.

Момичето, което ни посрещна беше супер мила. Във всяка стая има зареден минибар, кафе машина и капсули за кафе, електрическа кана.

• Seda (10/5): - Было чисто, от вокзала Термини несколько минут ходьбы. Из за задержки рейса мы прибыли позже указанного времени и попали внутрь здания при помощи других постояльцев, которые в тот момент возвращались с прогулки, так как дверь не открывалась при нажатии указанной кнопки.
• Therese (1/5): Super sketchy place and definately not a hotel - I did not like anything about this place and would stay far away. I should have known something was sketchy when they told us to go to a red door and ring the bell. Mind you, when I booked I specified that I was looking for a hotel. This was a lady renting out a bedroom in a flat with a room number slapped above the door. The neighborhood was not very nice and we were very uncomfortable staying. We did ask for our money back because we refused to stay. This was supposed to be a hotel. I would say it was a AirB&B. It looked like it used to be a room by the hour type building. I did not recommend this at all and am disappointed that we can not get our money back. I have no idea who is recommending this place.

Disponibile l'occorrente per fare il caffè con le cialde in camera. Purtroppo in una camera il pulsante dello sciacquone era difettoso, ma hanno provato a sistemarlo.

• Ľubicca (10/5): enjoyable stay - The accommodation was amazing, and I really enjoyed my stay here. It has a great location, is quiet, and is very clean. The room is very well-equipped - it features a hairdryer, towels, minj shower gels, teas, a kettle, a coffee machine (also with coffee capsules), and, most notably, the beds are very comfortable! The cleaning lady is very nice and willing to help you with any questions you may have. Also, the instructions on how to get here were very clear and easy to follow. -

Assenza dell'armadio in camera, bagno troppo piccolo e macchie di muffa nel soffitto. Il giorno del checkout abbiamo lasciato i bagagli da ritirare nel pomeriggio prima di andare via, e la receptionist ( gentilissima),ci ha lasciato la chiave e il pin della porta per accedere. Peccato che al momento del ritiro la porta di ingresso non si sia aperta, e dopo diversi tentativi ci ha aperto qualcuno del palazzo. Ho chiamato l'host Francesco senza ricevere risposta e senza neanche essere richiamata. L'attenzione al cliente è decisamente da rivedere.

• Kertész (7/5): nagyon jó értéket kapunk ezért az árért. Központi elhelyezkedés és rugalmas működés - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, ideális rövidebb római utakhoz. Pozitív a hely rugalmassága, mind a korai érkezést és a korai távozást megfelelően kezelték. Az ablakok megfelelően szűrték a városi zajokat és a szomszéd szobák hangjai sem zavarták az éjszakai pihenést. A szoba felszerelése tiszta. A fürdőszobában a falakon penésznyomok láthatók.
• Pizza1981 (8/5): Posto accogliente - Posizione strategica vicino a Termini, camera molto carina e accogliente. Staff gentilissimo. Pulizia buona. La manutenzione del bagno un po' mancante, termoarredo, faretti, luce dello specchio presentavano molte tracce di ruggine ed il soffitto aveva un pochino di muffa. Sciacquone in parte rotto e regolazione dell'acqua calda molto difficoltosa.

• Alexandra (7/5): - Gostamos demais da localização muito perto da Estação Termini, ao redor tem muitos restaurantes e comércios, não fica tão distante dos pontos turísticos. O quarto pensamos que era barulhento por ser próximo a avenida, mas era super silencioso. Quarto espaçoso e estava tudo funcionando, decoração de acordo com as fotos. Ar condicionado, frigobar, secador.

Abbiamo provato a chiamare ripetutamente il numero fornito, ma NESSUNO ci ha mai risposto. Nessuna indicazione, nessun aiuto, semplicemente abbandonati. Alla fine siamo riusciti a entrare solo grazie alla gentilezza di un gruppo di ragazzi che ci ha aperto, altrimenti saremmo ancora lì ad aspettare. È inaccettabile offrire un servizio simile, soprattutto se si parla di accoglienza. Zero professionalità, zero attenzione per il cliente. Vergognoso. Non consiglio assolutamente a nessuno di affidarsi a questa struttura.

• Mayra G (8/5): Muy bien ubicado. - La ubicación es muy buena si viajas en tren, ya que está muy cerca del Temini. También está muy cerca de la iglesia Santa María la Mayor. El hotel es pequeño pero muy cómodo, el personal muy amable y muy buena comunicación.
