Das Apartement war nicht schlecht, aber - Die Lage war sehr gut und das wir gegen Schluss die Koffer vor Ort lassen konnten. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig (Schimmel im Badezimmer, Abluft voller Staub, WC Bürstenhalter wurde seit längerem nicht mehr entleert, Abfall wurden nur teilweise entleert) Desweiteren haben die Anweisungen für den Einlass in das Gebäude nicht funktioniert. Erst nach Kommunikation mit dem Angestellten war der Einlass möglich. Das gemeinsame Frühstück war in diesem kleinen Zimmer (Nummer 5) nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war auch eher dürftig und nicht wirklich fein (Ausser die Croissant, diese waren sehr gut), der Kaffee war kalt und geschmacklos, das Sandwich waren fad.

• J (8/5): Perfect location! Many restaurants and cafes in the area. - This is the perfect location for walking to all of the popular sites! Ten minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to Mary Major church and many more. The only place that we didn't walk to was St Peter's, we took a bus there. There is a cafe (Cafe Armonia) 1 minute away, as well as a gelato place! Lots of restaurants within a short walk. Staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice. The room had a mini fridge which was nice, also a safe. There is a doorman some of the time. They have one of those cool elevators which looks and sounds scary but works great! Our room was very small for 3 people, it looked bigger on-line. There was limited space for our luggage and no dresser. There was a good sized closet. We didn't spend much time in the room so it was fine, but I think it would be better for 1 or 2 people. Be aware that there is no sign on the outside of the building, we had a hard time finding it. It's a big double wooden door with no markings. The guest rooms are on the third floor.
• Natasha (9/5): Fantastic location. Calm and comfortable. Would recommend. - Great location. We loved the lift up to the property and enjoyed the quietness of it not being a main stream hotel or style. We also thought that Vince and the staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Nothing really!
• Cameron (6/5): Basic standard accomodation but clean - The apartment was secure as it was one of 5 apartments behind a locked door off the building corridor. The location is reasonably central for Rome with plenty of the tourist destinations within walking distance. In addition to the 2 bedside lamps there were 3 other power sockets so that was helpful. Instructions about access to the building and apartment were nice and clear and included helpful pictures so easy to follow. The twin room was quite basic but at least was clean. The toiletries consisted of only a shower gel in the shower and a hard soap at the sink so we purchased a shampoo. There were 2 safes in the room. There were no instructions for either safe. One was locked and appeared to be either turned off if battery powered and thus unusable. The other safe had both locking pins protruding and so could not be closed and there were no instructions on how to re-activate. When showering the water would suddenly run extremely hot for short periods so you need to be careful when showering. The walls were thin so you could hear people talking in the other rooms as well as toilets flushing. The Smart TV was not connected to the network so Netflix wasn't available.

• Jerome (7/5): - L'emplacement dans la ville et la personne à l'accueil, discrète et gentille. La proximité de la chambre avec l'accueil, bruit tôt le matin à 7h. La chambre mérite quelques travaux de rafraîchissement, les volets en persienne n'offre pas d'obscurité (on est réveillé des 6h le matin par le jour), les volets ne se ferment pas, ils forcent au niveau des battants. La prise d'électricité dans la salle de bain s'est déboîtée simplement en débranchant la brossé à dent et enfin la chasse d'eau fuit en permanence.

• Leyna (8/5): Perfect location for a city break in Rome. - The location here is ideal, so close to all the main attractions (colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc) yet the room is quiet and there is no street noise or outside noise. We loved the old style lift, great to use. Vince was a great help and communicated exceptionally well with us, even prior to our arrival! The in room breakfast was a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay here, it was ideal for our city break in Rome. We had booked a double room, but the bed was two singles pushed together. We would have preferred one standalone bed but this wasn’t an issue, just a personal preference for us! :)

While the room was very clean it did have black mold by the windows and bathtub which my wife is allergic to. We did inform the staff.

• Aurelija (6/5): Labai reikia pasitempti, max duočiau 6 balus - Paslaugus personalas Labai prasti pusryčiai, kruasanas nebuvo šviežias, sumuštiniai iškepti aparate, kava tirpi su grietinėle iš pakelio, langas sulūžęs, negalėjome atsidaryti,vaizdas pro langą į sieną kito namo, dušo kabina nešvari, bede, buvo likusių plaukų...Pirmą rytą pusryčius atnešė laiku (labai blogai, kad anksčiausias laikas 8:30 val., mes atostogavome sausio mėnesį, kai anksti temsta, tai mums labai trukdė planams, o antrą rytą pusryčius patiekė 9:30 val., be jokio įspėjimo, šiaip, turbūt taip sugalvojo...). Neleido palikti po išsiregistravimo daiktų, išvykti iš Romos turėjome vėlai, tai teko bagažą priduoti į saugyklą už papildomą mokestį.

• Davide (2/5): Nessuna rispondenza con descrizione e bellezza della zona - Posizione Appena arrivati in struttura abbiamo riscontrato importanti difficoltà nell'accesso alla stessa poichè il check-in a distanza viene effettuato con chiavi posizionate in posti abbastanza improvvisati e di non facile individuazione (intercapedini della facciata esterna, chiavi sotto lo zerbino). Fatto l'ingresso nella camera, trovavamo il copriletto strappato e un letto matrimoniale al posto dei due letti singoli richiesti ed approvati. La stanza presentava una pulizia approssimativa e scadente sia nella camera da letto (con tende macchiate, copriletto strappato, muri macchiati) sia nel bagno, con il box doccia come nelle foto che si allegano. Sempre nel bagno è presente una presa di corrente non aderente al muro con fili a vista. Impossibile è risultato contattare qualcuno per le prime due ore dall'ingresso in struttura. Sfortunatamente, essendo arrivati anche con qualche linea di febbre, abbiamo verificato se nella cassetta di primo soccorso ci fosse un termometro. La cassetta presentava unicamente farmaci scaduti e nessun termometro (come da foto). Dopo insistenza, vi è stato l'intervento per la sistemazione della camera con i due letti singoli. Nessun altro intervento è stato posto in essere per risolvere le segnalate mancanze dal punto di vista igienico e di primo soccorso (Unicamente una pulizia ordinaria al termine del primo giorno). Colazione discreta servita in camera ma con limitatissime stoviglie (appena un cucchiaino per tazza), nessuna posata ulteriore e, comunque, in pochissimo spazio. Infine, nonostante lo spirito di collaborazione che abbiamo messo in campo, siamo anche stati accusati di aver, In assenza di personale alla Reception e senza alcuna autorizzazione, aperto e rovistato in tutti i cassetti e gli armadi PRIVATI della reception, nonché in ulteriori spazi della struttura, chiedendo un sovrapprezzo. Accuse false. l'unica ricerca è avvenuta per il termometro nella cassetta medica.

• Barth (7/5): Hervorragend Lage mit kleinen Abzügen - Die Lage war hervorragend um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das historische Gebäude ist schön und der alte Aufzug ein Highlight. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren leider von schlechter Qualität, hart und wackelig. Als Decken gab es nur ältere Wolldecken. Es gab keinen Tisch zum Frühstücken. Im Bett essen war für uns zwar in Ordnung, aber das muss man mögen.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect Location - Was recommended Five Rooms by Family and we were not disappointed. A fantastic little guesthouse in the heart of the city centre. Perfect for reaching everything you need when visiting Rome. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were comfy but spacious. A good bathroom too. Would definitely recommend to others. Note: Can be tricky to find and I couldn't see clear instructions on booking.com. If you go on Five Rooms website, they have very clear instructions on where to go.
• James (9/5): Amazing - The location was excellent for most of the majority of places we wanted to visit. Also the Train and bus terminals was only 10 minutes walk away. Where we got the train to Florence. Nothing really I think perhaps a shower shelf would be helpful.
• Audrey (8/5): Good location for the Colosseum and Termini. Basic but clean and comfortable - Breakfast was fine and substantial amount. The room was very clean and although basic had everything we required The bed was obviously 2 singles pushed together and I kept falling into the middle. It wasn’t very comfortable. Although close to many historic sites with hindsight I would have preferred a location a little bit closer to the centre

• Mandy (7/5): Pleasant - Quite location Hard to find. Bathroom needs maintenance to get rid of black mould. Water in fridge had to be paid.
• Helen (10/5): - Rooms were clean, spacious. Staff was helpful, friendly. Breakfast was good start to the day. Desk in our room was not comfortable for 2 people to sit at for breakfast.

• Francy (9/5): - Since we arrive the atention was exeptional. Geli, welcome us and helped. His customer service was over and beyon to make us feel very comfortable. The propety is very clean and also offer clean our room. Hotels need more people like Geli, he did a great job to be sure we all are comfortable.
• Natasha Jane (8/5): Slept very well and was very clean. - Location very good, very clean, staff lovely, breakfast delivered to room in the morning. The building was a bit strange as far as entrance was concerned. Was not what we were expecting to find when we arrived but once we got to the five rooms section it was ok.

• Jip (8/5): Fijne kamer om te ontspannen na een dag in de stad. - centraal in de stad, lift aanwezig in het gebouw om naar de juiste verdieping te komen en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden onze baby van 11 maanden mee dit weekend. De lift in het gebouw is heel erg smal en klein waardoor het lastig was om met de kinderwagen naar boven te komen. Er was geen magnetron aanwezig waardoor opwarmen van het eten voor de baby lastig was.
• Magdalena (7/5): - Uns hat die Lage gefallen, da wir nah an der Stadt & an einige Sehenswürdigkeiten waren, die Fußläufig waren.Auch eine Busanbindung war da.😊 Die Betten waren beqeuem man könnte ruhig schlafen Die Minibar befand sich im Schrank dieser war etwas wackelig & wenn man diese etwas bewegte ging die minibar aus.Es fehlten im Zimmer eine Gadrobe wo man evtl.Jacken aufhängen könnte.
• Amanda (10/5): - We actually arrived slightly early and very tired (overnight flight). Our room was already ready for us, which is normally not the case or policy of most hotel stays. We were able to clean up and head out and start our wonderful day!! Breakfast was included for our stay and we actually chose it on arrival. It was perfect!! The room was probably one of the cleanest we have had. Location was by far the best we’ve had for what we wanted. It was less than 1 mile from the colosseum and all the restaurants we love. It was probably just about 1 mile from the entry of the hop and off busses and Altare della Patria. This was our 3rd time to Rome and we will now stay here everytime!!!
