• Michael (10/5): - The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking this hotel. The rooms and front desk area were super clean. Very grateful for that. There was a convience store that closes at midnight right next to the hotel. Airport transfer pickup service was excellent. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars and will most definitely come back to it.

• Brent (9/5): Convenient alternative for a work junket, rather than being at a resort without transportation. - Building is a little older. Centrally located, walking distance to everywhere one would need to go. Staff is exceptionally nice. The provide transportation from the airport for a fee.

• Shanaka (7/5): Central Location - The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is central and within the city centre. The entrance is not appealing and not the ambiance of a hotel. The room was a good size but somewhat dated. The reception arranged a snorkelling trip with Impac Tours to Rock Islands, including Jellyfish Lake, Shark city, Natural Arch and Milkyway which was fantastic. Large shopping centre, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Good gift shop with traditional storyboards at Belau Museum. The West Plaza group has another hotel across the road at Lebuu Street which seems much newer.

• Sei (10/5): - The room we stayed was very wide and enough room. The hotel was close to WCTC which is the center of the city. So it's very convenient for shopping and also eating.
• Shinichi (8/5): 街中の普通のホテル - それなりのコンディションだったこととダイビングのためほとんど部屋にいなかったことから普通に過ごせました。パラオ自体初めてなので値段などの比較のしようがありませんが、夏のプーケットであれば20-30ドル程度の部屋に相当すると思います。 ホテルには10ドルで空港送迎サービスがあります。予約すると案内メールが送られてきて、2-3日後に返信（申し込み）しましたがレスポンスはありませんでした。渡航前にもメールしましたがやはり返信はなく、案の定、迎えはいませんでした。問題はこの空恋右派タクシーが常駐しておらず、タクシーの配車カウンターもありません。気のいいいおじさんに頼んで呼んでもらいましたが25ドルでした。気を付けてください。帰りは時間通りに送ってもらいました。

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I made a reservation at West Plaza Downtown and they took me to a totally different hotel - West Plaza Desekel. It's the same chain but not the same hotel. I arrived with a group and was not able to stay in the same hotel as everyone else. Desekel was a dump and off the main street that I was supposed to be on. Don't stay here.
• ari (8/5): メイン通りに近くとっても便利！ - 店員さんに笑顔がすてきな方がいて癒されました。 英語のみですが、 挨拶などたくさんしてくれました。 部屋も清潔で快適です。ただ一つの難点は、冷蔵庫？かなにかのモーター音みたいなのが数十分置きにあり、とても大きくうるさいです。
• JUNKO (6/5): 利用用途で価値あるホテル - ダイビングでただ寝る為の利用でしたが、ウエストプラザ系の中で一番便利、清潔、スタッフの対応も良かったです。ロビーに電子レンジも有り助かりました。 シャワーの出が悪くバスタブも無かったのですが、熱いお湯が出たので冷え切った身体には良かったです。ベランダが無い為、干せず部屋の中で乾かしましたが、こちらの方がむしろ乾く事に気付きました。パラオは朝露など夜中のスコールも有り湿っぽいので毎年苦戦しました。 日本のNHKが見れなかったので退屈でしたが、同じ階に有るマッサージも安く良かったです。 コスパで考えると十分と思うので、次回も利用したいです。

• TR1776 (4/5): Hotel Ad Is misleading - Ad says satellite TV** But in the standard room you get only 3 channels which are not English, this should be mention in there ad. For much more money and In the deluxe suite you get cable with lots of channels. With no TV and no in room internet service you can find better hotels
• Diver (8/5): 町の中心に位置するホテル - 町の中心に位置し、何をするにも便利なホテルです。お部屋にはバスタブ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫などが完備され、快適に過ごせます。ただし、外に面した部屋が少なく、ほとんどのお部屋の窓は廊下に面しているため、部屋の中からは外の天気がわからなかったのが残念です。その分、静かなのかもしれません。 スタッフの対応もとてもよく、快適に過ごせました。

• Verified traveler (6/5): 街中にありリーズナブル - 終日ダイビングをするので、街中にありリーズナブルなホテルということで選びました。建物自体は古いですが室内の清潔さは保たれているので、寝に帰るだけの私には十分でした。個人的にはまた利用しようと思いますが、リゾートホテルの快適さや雰囲気を求める方はがっかりすると思います。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 部屋が広く、掃除もきちんとされてます。裸足で部屋を歩いていても足の裏が汚れないくらい綺麗です。 断水時期でしたが、規定の時間にはちゃんと水もお湯も出ました。 バルコニーがないので、洗濯物やダイビングの器材などが干せなかったのが残念です。あと冷蔵庫の効きがとても弱かったことくらい（これは部屋にもよるかと思いますが）。 スタッフさんの対応がとても素晴らしいです。皆さん笑顔でどんなことにも優しく対応して下さいます。 また近くにコンビニ？や飲食店等も色々あるので便利。料金等を考えると、普通に泊まる分には全然問題ないかと思います。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 第二次去帕劳，之前住的是west plaza by the sea,这次因为潜水在peleliu住的，koror这几天基本不潜水，就住在downtown，很方便，吃饭超市都是步行距离。市中心的这家房间没有窗户，太闷。个人更推荐by the sea，有一个大阳台可以晒晒湿衣。

• Zorro Donre (6/5): Exprience at West Plaza Hotel town Down in Palau. - The Hotel is OK (Old type hotel) but looking at the condition of the rooms are OK but need to be redone to upgrade it a little in comparison to the hotel hotels in Koror Palau. Statts' are friendly but need to learn more about customer servicing. Parking lot rated from (1 to 10) is 3. less than 10 parking lot available at this Hotel. Their tax rate is 12% for the total amount billed me so Palau has the highest rate of hotel sales tax. No restaurant at this hotel.

• tomosan (4/5): 街中にあるシンプルなホテル - 到着日と次の日の2泊で利用しました！ レストランに徒歩で行けるかなと思い予約しましたが、結局レストランへは、レストランの送迎をお願いしたので、徒歩で何処かへ出かけることはしなかったので、あえてこのホテルにしなくても良かったと思いました。 フロントには、冷蔵庫があり、飲み物を購入できます。 一階の部屋に泊まりましたが、ベランダはなく、浴室にバスタブはありません。 リゾート感は、全くないので、リゾート感が欲しい方にはお勧めしません
• Verified traveler (6/5): リゾート気分のホテルではありませんが良かったです - 場所は市街地の中心でスーパーも目の前にあり立地的にはいいです。 部屋も清潔的でした。 ただ、建物の作りで窓からの景色はありません。 リゾート的に使用するのでなくビジネス的に使用するなら申し分ありません。 真夜中の空港への送迎もしてくれます。 リゾートホテルに宿泊し、最終日　真夜中発のため１泊安いこのホテルを使用しました。 良かったです。
• ＨＴ (8/5): メインストリートにあるＨＯＴＥＬ - コロール島の中心部に位置しており、どこに行くにも立地は最高。ただ、海を個人的に行く場合には徒歩では２，３０分ほどかかります。よってダイビング等はツアーのみで、ほかはレストランとかギフトショップなどでふらふら過ごしたい人にとってはおすすめです。 日本語はほぼ通じませんが、フロントも丁寧で親切に対応してくれます。

• Verified traveler (6/5): パラオ滞在最終日に利用 - パラオからの国際線が午前１時過ぎ発で、コロールの街でお土産購入も必要なため、滞在最終日に14時から23時まで利用しました。買い物、食事に非常に便利で良かったです。ただ、お部屋は清潔感はあるものの古さと独特の香水の香りがあり、また、窓がないので、カップルにはおすすめしません。空港のラウンジに1人50ドル払うなら、明らかに疲れは少ないで利用して良かったです。

The only thing I found that I feel everybody wants is free cable in the rooms to keep up with world events. One other thing is WiFi you need to beable to connect this in the rooms. Hotel location great and lots of place to eat in walking distance. The AC all I can say is Wow.
• ノーノー (4/5): 部屋が暗い - 急きょ取ったホテルだったので下調べしなかったのがありホテルはメイン通りに面していて立地は良かったが向えビルから丸見えでブラインドが開けれなく照明が暗いのでうっとうしかった　部屋のTVが液晶でない為かNHKの教育番組のチャンネルだけで後は何も映らない　次回はないでしょう　
• Ｄｏｄｙ (8/5): 部屋が広くてびっくりしました - ３人部屋を希望しましたが、部屋がとても広く、清潔で、大変快適に過ごせました。 部屋はいちばん奥の部屋だった為か、他のレビューにあるような窓無しではなく、窓もしっかりありました。 気になる点は、インターネット環境がいまいちだったこと。Ｗｉｆｉは有料で、しかもロビーにいないと使用できませんでした。 【乾燥室】という名の物干し場があるので、ハンガーや洗濯バサミは持参した方がいいです。
