- Fatimah (1/5): - Nothing I got scammed and the place was turned into a homeless center and booking. com did not return my money after I called them and told them I never stayed there because the management told me that they should have never put them on their list of rooms because they knew it was a homeless center and I want my money back from Super Bowl Sunday weekend. I will be suing y'all because they won't return my money.

- Myranda (3/5): Won’t be going back there again - The room was fine. Shower and toilet were fine. Mini fridge worked well but had to pay extra to have it in my room :( My dog could stay with me at no charge so that was nice. The young lady and young guys at the front desk were polite and nice which made being there a little less worse. The air conditioner smelled like mildew which was a bummer. The bed was not comfortable and clearly had been used by someone in the same place for a long period of time before my use of the room. The man at the front desk wasn’t very nice when I first arrived and I was staying for a whole month and he was still not very nice to me which really gave me a bad first impression. I was in a room with adjoining doors and that made the sound proofing of the Nextdoor room horrible and I could hear everything that was being said and going on in the room next to me at all hours of the night which was very strange and made me feel uncomfortable which really ruined my stay.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing Customer Experience - The night shift worker was very attentive and had excellent customer service. He made our experience👍 there very welcoming and let us know what time coffee was and that ice machine was being rebooted. I needed some towels due to a soda spill and he was quick to assist with no hesitation. Thank you Motel 6 for a great experience. Two thumbs up.
- Lylace (7/5): A clean and decent Motel 6 near SJC and next to a Dennys restaurant. - This is a decent and clean Motel 6 that is convenient to SJC, right off of 101. Note that when exiting the property to head to the airport, do not get on 101N, but bypass that to get on to Brokaw road and save yourself 5-8 minutes in your trip to the airport. If you expecting something more than what Motel 6 delivers, adjust your expectations.

AC unit wasn’t good, sheet has a weird stain on it, and overall was just the worst motel 6 I stayed at. Mind you the last one had a massive leak in my room.

- Leo (4/5): - Didn’t expect much when staying at a motel 6, but also didn’t expect our room neighbor to be prostituting out of her room. Countless men came and went. Cleanliness of the room was subpar. Facilities quality was subpar. Bathtub looked like t had cigarette burns. The sheets had cigarette burns. I killed 2 roaches over a 4 nights stay. It was my first and definitely last time staying at a Motel 6. It’s not worth the “savings”

- Taylor (1/5): Bad - Only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to where I was going Did not like that I had to continuously talk to the staff about what needed to be done and the staff was rude to me and gave me a hard time I went with my kids. There was no covers on the bed. I sent my son to ask for some they said that there were none there was only two sets of towels in the room. I have three kids plus myself. I sent my children downstairs to get more towels and they only gave them one then the following morning at 7 AM I woke up to my kids screaming in the room because roaches were all over us while we were sleeping they were in the bed. They were on the walls. They were crawling on my son. I took as many pictures as I could and went downstairs and asked the woman how could we be accommodated and she let me know that there was nothing that she could do the only option that we had was to leave and she would give us 50% off I asked her if I could use the 50% at another motel six because clearly I would not come back to the motel six that had the roaches and she claimed that it would only be for that location, which is not helpful to me at all. I then found a complaint and called corporate who tried to handle the situation for me the best that they could she told corporate that I was lying, and that I never showed her proof of the roaches. She would not even look at the videos when I was going downstairs to show her she was very rude and unprofessional, and I am not happy with my stay whatsoever.

- Gloria (2/5): Very poor - The room was nonsmoking, but as soon as we opened the door. The smell of smoke was too strong. The AC wasn't working. It has to be on 61 so it can stay on. If we put it higher it would turn off. The bathtub was dirty. It was midnight and there was a lot of noise outside. Kids were running and screaming and adults too. At 6 am a lady was screaming until 9 am. We left the room at 10 am. We came back at 4 pm and they didn't clean the room. The lady who cleaned the room got there around 5 pm. She was nice.

- Nicole (2/5): Not clean. Expensive. - While I don’t expect a lot from a motel 6, I have stayed at many better examples of this chain. I expect simple, utilitarian, but clean. Clean is not what we got. There was mildew or mold on the ceiling. The walls and doors were visibly filthy. Not sure the sink had even been wiped before we checked in and, unfortunately, they were fully booked. All this and this was definitely the most I’ve ever paid for a motel 6. Not awesome. I think the standards may have changed since previous reviewers stayed.

Debated looking for an expensive room if they were available. Most regular hotels were booked or i would have never stayed here.
