- gman288 (1/5): Do not stay at this Motel. - Location. This place provided only one towe; no washcloth nor hand towel. There was no soap, no shampoo, etc. Bathroom sink flooded the floor. Management refused to fix the problem or offer another room. They did not even send someone to inspect the problem, and tossed me a pile of dirty rags to soak up the water. The staff does not care at all about guest comfort. Avoid this property/
- Brian (1/5): - Pretty much nothing. First of all after booking room waited outside almost 40 minutes until someone came back to the office to check me in the room was filthy had a foul odor one towel and no wash clothes even after asking for one.the fan in bathroom sounds like its about to blow up smoke alarm disconnected and laying on shelf bathtub drain plugged stood in 6 inches of water getting a shower.
- Lucinda (3/5): I would not recommend this facility to stay in. The check in was of little help, bedding was clean. - N/a The room, the check in and only one towel in room had to ask for more towels and hand towels and wash cloths. They did not have any of these to give. Had to go to other rooms and take the towels out of the other rooms to give to us. Wifi was through a neighboring hotel with no password.
- L (4/5): Conveniently located, but one towel per room is not sanitary. - It was conveniently located. It was affordable but still overpriced for what we got. It was a very busy weekend so very few rooms were available, and as a result, many hotels increased their prices dramatically. So we had to pick a 2 start hotel instead of the 3 or 4 star that we normally get, in order to remain on budget. The floors and bathroom looked clean, there was a TV, fridge and microwave, which are convenient. Only one towel per room, we were two people sharing a single towel that had to be used for the shower and the sink after we washed our hands. Sharing a towel is not sanitary, especially if one person has skin issues. This needs to be addressed. The pool water was murky, very unsanitary, and dangerous to swim in, so we did no use it and did not see anyone use it. The pool is advertised as an amenity for this hotel, but it is not usable. The front panel of the air conditioner and heater was broken. A vent in the bathroom was broken. A light in the bathroom was not working, maybe the light bulb was burnt. There were only two small soaps, you should state it clearly that there is no shampoo nor conditioner provided.

- Nitzana (1/5): - Poor, we arrived late at night and left early in the morning, we did not enjoy staying there. There is no elevator, we carried luggage up the stairs, there were no towels, when we asked, they said at the reception that we should go down and get some, there is no soap and everything is very minimalist, noise from people outside all night
- Anjay (7/5): - Great location and great value The room requires an update

- Mark (1/5): Not good - Very dirty and the fire alarm ij the first room was beeping and was totally missing in the second room The filth
- Jillian (3/5): Good, but may not stay return. - Location off the freeway was great. I didn’t like the face that they didn’t have use of the pool and failed to tell me until AFTER I had paid for and checked in. That was one of the main reasons for us going there.
- Richard (1/5): It was supposed to be in Ohio you put me in California - Can you book me at the wrong place?
- sudhir kumar (10/5): -
- Jose (1/5): - The bathroom smelled awful... the blankets were stained and smelled unclean... I couldn't sleep.
- Lynda (1/5): Sleep at the eight - I did enjoy my stay surroundings were nice.i thought they should have served some kind o bréakfast in the morning I wóuld have enjoyed some kind of snacks or breakfast béforé my take off but it was fine other than that. Thankyou
- Maricela (2/5): Disappointed - Availability The mattress was really old and. Bad. Instead of rest it make me. Feel pain in my back
- Michelle (1/5): I won’t stay there again! - It’s easy to get to, but noisy right next to the freeway. The mattress in room 207 was nothing more than springs, absolutely horrible! I asked before hand about extra blankets and the guy at the desk knew nothing.
I had to bring up blankets from my truck. The heater was capped off and didn’t work. I made them give me a different room because of the bed!!!

- Dezanay (1/5): -
- jules (4/5): OK - OK Not enough towels
- jules (4/5): Just OK - Inexpensive Not enough towels
- de Carbonel (7/5): A clean room at a good price with minimal amenities. - For the budget minded traveler, particularly in this area, it was good. The staff is attentive and friendly and the ability to do early check-in was a big plus. I understand for a budget hotel, you have to accept certain things. I didn't get maid service, but they did give me new towels when I asked for them. The bed functioned, but probably could have used a mattress pad to make it a little more comfortable. Internet wasn't great, but it was free. No microwave or coffee maker. The shelf over the sink was loose so thing kind of slid off a bit.
- Ivan (9/5): -
- Phillip (7/5): - They provided just what I needed; nothing more but nothing less. The proximity to the rental car facility (Hertz/Dollar), BART, and the freeway was outstanding; all within easy walking distance. The Chevron a half block away provided the snacks I needed. Super 8 staff was friendly and helpful and always available. I was provided a hair dryer upon request. "Neighbors" weren't nosey or noisy and I felt safe there. Would have been nice to have a mini-fridge but I survived. My only complaint was the stain in the bathtub and the fact that my door key (card) didn't work several times and I had to keep going to the office to get a new one. Had to go about 5 times in the 3 nights I was there.
- Raymond (5/5): - Value of money
- Theresa (6/5): Keep Looking - The pros; convenient location off the highway mattress was comfortable. they were very good at accommodating me in my request for a ground floor unit. They only had a handicap room available. The room looked like it had seen better days. It smelled of stale cigarettes and there was just a cold feeling about the room, but the mattress was very comfortable and that’s what I needed was a good night sleep I had come in early evening and left the very next morning
The cons; very rundown property. It was a motel six at some point, but they locked the friendliness you would find in similar accommodations.
- Carl (2/5): - Room bathroom had leaky shower which splashed water on floor. Floor should signs of rot. Sink did not drain
- Jillian (3/5): Safe, convenient location, friendly front desk. Room was serviceable but had seen better days. - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. Good location, safe and near freeways and not far from places to eat. Free parking was very convenient. Very reasonable price. Everything was functional. It's about what you'd expect at this price point for the area where it's located. Room was worn (but clean) and smelled of smoke.
- April (4/5): - Yeah it worked and pets were allowed, staff was okay.
- Cheryl (6/5): - Clogged sink
- Michael (4/5): - The pool was not only closed, it was full of algae. Terrible breeding ground for mosquitos. Pot holes filled the parking lot. No muffin or pastry is offered with coffee in the reception area.........and one morning no coffee was available.
When asked to stay a bit beyond the 11 am checkout time, the desk agent gruffly responded "you have 30 mins".
At night there was a lot of noise and people talking in the parking lot.
BIG difference from when this establishment was the Motel 6 and even Park Inn most recently. Hopefully things will improve. They don't even have shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms.........only a small bar of soap. It was quite a disappointing stay.
- Greg (2/5): RUN - Burn marks all over tub, blood and dirt on sheets. Holes in towels. Beds feel like a roll a way beds, all springs. The rooms smell like stale smoke and pine sole not to forget the green pool and dean bird floating in the pool
- Dan (2/5): - Shady folks. I thought Walnut Creek would be safe but you get what you pay for. I left at midnight and drove somewhere safer, quieter and slept in my car.
- Brian (8/5): -
- LaShawnda (9/5): -
- Marlene (9/5): -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Sketchy characters stayed at the hotel. My room phone rang all hours of the night, but the front desk could not tell me if it was room to room. The cliental at the hotel were scary and I was uncomfortable enough to change hotels.
- Eric (4/5): - In fairness, I did chose this property because I just needed a place to stay while taking my daughter back to college. More or less, I went cheap. There's a clear sign at check-in that all are non-smoking rooms and that there's a 250. if you do. The room smelled worse than an old school, cheap, Vegas room. The shower was leaking and stained all around. The whole place just felt filmy & scummy. I pretty much locked myself in the room, unless I went to go eat or explore. Didn't feel really safe to go out at night. Idk... it was a cheap place & got the job done, but I would never bring any kids or my wife to stay here.
- John (2/5): - This would only be ok to stay at if other option was homelessness. Just gross.
- Milena (6/5): Okay for a night or 2 - Flexible and friendly staff,
Aircon works. Beds hard ...
Waterpressure good
Location ok Easy to miss entrance
Tv remote didnt.work well
Towels could be nicer.
No shampoo.
Coffee doesn't qualify for.breakfast
Little old feel, but trying to look new..
- Ballestrasse (1/5): Do not stay here even if it’s free !!! - Location Noisy blood stains on floor mildew in shower cheap bedding cheap towels drug dealing going on you can hear through walls and every car going by swimming pool looked dirty etc etc etc
- Kevin (6/5): - The property is far too noisy, with most of the noise coming from the main road it is next to and the freeway. Also, some of the patrons made me feel uncomfortable.
- William (6/5): - It's okay for the price.
- Stan (10/5): - Wonderful manager
- Gabrielle (2/5): - Didn’t have fridge microwave or pool as advertised was locked out of room for over an hour in the heat and they refused my refund when I checked out the day after I checked in because of how the room was. Manager was dope tho
- Nicholas (10/5): Up all night with no hassle - Very great accessibility and a wonderful remodel, most especially the friendly staff and safe, protected community with a lovely police department Was no problem for me, but there is significant freeway noise
- Alexander (10/5): - It was good
- Phillip (4/5): - Room was disgusting. Bathroom had mold on the walls and urine in the bathtub.
- Robert S (8/5): -
- Ann (2/5): Is it the location or Hotels.com? - I searched for a room on a sudden trip. My criterion was that dogs were allowed. This hotel came up in the search, so I booked it. I messaged the hotel within minutes to confirm that my dog was coming. No response Check in provided that dogs are not allowed. This is terrible service.
- obumneke (2/5): - Walked into my room and the light didn’t work and it smelled of cigarettes, hair in tub and sink, saw roach come from behind the mini fridge, mattress was luppy…I definitely won’t be staying here again
- Michael (8/5): - Generic but ok for the price
- Marion (8/5): - Perfect for my quick trip except the mattress was too worn.
- Eleazar (6/5): - Area is very noisy
- Ulrike (8/5): - Receptionist was considerate of a disabled man in line in front of me.
- Jj (6/5): - The property is dated. Looks like an old Motel 6 rather than what the Super 8 's used to be. King Size bed was more like a Full Size Bed, with an awful mattress. The one and only single Bath Size towel they give is ridiculous. No hair dryers, or irons or even coffee lol. It served it's purpose for one night.
- Gunes (8/5): nice - clean
- Worthy (9/5): Superb -
- John (2/5): - They were very slow to check in and when asking for more towels. Also there was a clogged toilet and they made my plunge it myself
- Verified traveler (2/5): Oh my. - The staff was wonderful. Especially the front desk manager she was so nice! 5 star service but less than 1 star for the hotel and the rooms. We had to change room because of the smell of smoke in the room. Even after we changed it , we still smell smoke. We even saw there was a plastic bag wrap on the smoke detector on the ceiling to prevent it to detect smoking. Hopefully they will remodel the rooms. Everything was pretty dirty.
- Ashley (2/5): - This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Bugs on the floor, laminate pieces able to pick up and move, stains on the sheets, and the list goes on. Looked nothing like the pictures, was not Park Inn, had just switched hands to Super 8. Had I known I never would have booked it. They had no reservation even though I booked 3 months ago, apparently because they changed computer systems when they changed hands, no email or any notification that they had switched over. Then wake up at 6 am to use the bathroom and step in water. Water was coming through the walls and was throughout the room. Went to the office explained, was offered another room, took about 30 mins or so for that to come through. Toilet wouldn't flush properly in the new room, grime in shower grout, needless to say, we showered quickly and got the hell out. Oh and come to find out all of that water, was toilet water from the room upstairs. Never again.
- Muhammad (6/5): - Good for a little stay. You can hear traffic noises.
If you’re early bird wakeup kind of a person then it’s ok for you.
Easy and quick access.
- Rob (10/5): - Staff was great
- sarah (8/5): - It’s okay but not super.
- Gene Ray III (10/5): - The sign needs to be replaced
- Lina (6/5): - A
- Steven (10/5): - Excellent
- russ (8/5): Good value, biz sleeping only though. - A fine place to sleep, considering the value. As an entry level motel class of the guests has to be considered, but it is what it is. Front desk check in staff member was uniquely kind, engaging, and helpful.
- Theresa (10/5): Nice Place To Stay - The Park Inn is a very nice stay, nothing spectacular, but if you need an inexpensive, comfortable, clean space this is the right place. The traffic can be noisy, not the Park Inn’s fault.
- Deanna (6/5): - It was fine for what I needed but it was loud, uncomfortable bed, not up to date and unfinished. Needs work.
- Ellen (4/5): - The sink was slow draining; stingy with the towels and the light above the sink was burned out. We were told there was no maintenance person available over the weekend. When we asked for a light bulb so we could do it ourselves we were told there were none available. We were offered a different room, although none was immediately available. Not ready for prime time.
- Rosemary (2/5): - After checking in on Wednesday, 16 Apr, and upon entering Room 120, my wife found a dead cockroach on entry floor and refused to take room and checked out of Park Inn. Found another hotel in area. Next day my wife talked to Jennifer the Hotel Manager and was told that she would give a full refund/reimbursement notification to Expedia.
