• jor (2/5): - we arrived at 9:40pm and there was a sign saying to (restroom wait till 10pm) someone came at 10pm and I was told no one would be able to check me in at this time to reach out for a refund & still have not been helped or gotten our refund. The area is the worse felt very undafw waiting to get attended outside

Look like they were homeless people just renting there just give me the creeps and that’s why I would never see there again I wouldn’t recommend it it doesn’t look safe for Fallons it doesn’t like safe for anybody so I would not recommend this place for anybody it’s just terrible

• Mari (6/5): No Towels!! - I usually don't leave reviews, but it's important for other people to not be deceived by the pictures. Room looks almost nothing like the pictures. They only had a couple of the hand towels and the foot mat. No phone to call reception. I called from my cell to ask for towels and they said they only clean and put towels on Wednesday so they couldn't help me. I was upset because we were two people in the room and no towels so they agreed to give me towels if I went because they didn't have anyone to take them. I picked them up but only got one. I had to go buy towels for my two day stay. Sheets were clean but not the comforter which had stains. Room seemed recently remodeled but there were holes on the walls which were only patched not painted.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Very dirty, but staff was helpful - The place was very dirty. In the common area outside the room the trash cans were overflowing, the elevator floors were sticky and gross, there was trash and food all over the floor, and there was dog poop in the walkway that was there when I arrived and wasn’t cleaned up until 2 days later. In the room, there was no bathroom door, the sheets were stained, there was a wet towel left in the bathroom, there was no cold water (which is better than no hot water, I guess), and the TV didn’t really work (remote didn’t work, and couldn’t change the channel with the TV buttons). The only good thing about this place was that the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating when we told them we were going to arrive a little later than expected and after the front desk was supposed to close. Overall, this wasn’t a great place. If you’re only looking for a place to spend the night, it’s functional and kind of affordable. But I wouldn’t recommend spending much time here.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - Before staying here we stayed at La Quinta that’s around the corner from here and it was bad there with drug selling all hours of the night, couldn’t get really get any sleep while there but now I’m able to sleep. Don’t see no drug selling, it’s quiet and very comfortable and convenient to fast food restaurants.
• Larry (8/5): Basic and Clean - Pretty basic hotel. Rooms were clean. It’s near a lot a food and coffe places. By the Interstate so some might find it too noisy. But if you rest with diesel hum it’s a good value. Good TV no refrigerator.

• Jessica (2/5): Guy that checked me in belittled me Infront of cus - The towels had dirty spots all over them. The sheets looked as if someone else had laid in them before I did without the washing in-between visits. The guy that checked me in was horrible. I had already paid for my room through a third party but he was still trying to make me pay at checkin a second time. He was telling me that my card was just authorized not actually charged and told me since I am questioning him that I had to wait for him to check in everyone else. And then with the customers he proceeded to make comments about how I didn't have a clue what I was talking about and making fun of me. Then because I had worked outside to help my mother he was talking about how I had my hair done nails done a nice fancy outfit on...lol...not! His remarks where horrible. Just for me to finally get my turn after having to wait forever it seemed. He finally listened to me when I asked him to check his email that I knew that the receipt was there that I had already paid for it. And I got an u were absolutely correct ma'am everything u said. You did already pay for it. My bad and then he laughed. He was so rude to me. That alone makes me never ever want to go back to that hotel ever again
• Thomas (8/5): David was amazing!! - I must say David at checking was amazing! Be sure to keep him around. He was very attentive and inviting. The room was clean but there were roaches. They didn’t scare me. With the service they provide they should look into exterminating. Overall excellent!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Don’t judge a book by its cover - My son only stayed one night because he’s a really light sleeper and the motel is next to a highway. Plus there was some hammering going on in a nearby room. The motel isn’t in the greatest location, and is on the older side, but the room was actually nice and very clean! Great rates and the staff was great, too! Very helpful and understanding. I want to give a shout out to Eric for his excellent customer service 😊

Greeted me as I walked in, made eye contact. They were expecting me since I had emailed them early on . He had my key ready. Room was clean.

• Monique (2/5): Worst place ever - This is the worst hotel this place is filthy mold on the towel and the front desk became very rude when I told her I wanted to leave because of the room being so dirty she even threw my deposit back at me I have never had a problem with a hotel through this website until now I hope Hotels.com takes this off the list if you have the extra money just put it to a better hotel where your car won’t be broken into due to the homeless living in there staircases.

Let’s not mention the shower with the disgusting stain and peeling bottom that had a mat placed over it, and dripping faucet. Didn’t use that. The door didn’t completely close.. THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER .. however Judy at the front desk tried her very best

Our door to our hotel never worked, we had to get 4 different keys during our stay, keep in mind we were on the 3rd floor so we had to walk down each time to get a new key. The bathroom door got locked on us a whole night and morning bc the door knob didn’t work, the outlet was broken by the bathroom mirror. And the lady at the front desk with the tattoo on her chest was just absolutely rude

We just stayed for 1 night (well 6hrs because we arrived at 4am)anyway the area was scary/creepy but we gotta say the bed WAS REALLY NICE AND FIRM (maybe memory foam). When we check in to hotels I usually disinfectant and wipe with disinfectant well when I was wiping all shelves and counters I was surprised how dust free it was and how clean my Clorox wipe was after wiping.Bathroom even passed the White Clorox test.With that said don’t judge a book by its cover, because we really thought is was going to be dirty and have to leave but bed, was clean no stain, bathroom clean, toilet clean and for our 6hr stay it was great!!

No guide to TV channels, and mislabeled channels weren't good, and a neighbor or guest next door pounding on door to be let in for 30 min (police were called, thankfully). • Michelle (8/5): - This room was suitable for what my family was needing and that was somewhere clean to lay our heads down to sleep for 8 hours before we got up and hit the road again. The front desk receptionist was nice and fast at check in. I didn’t have any problems with room besides the bathtub which was cracked on bottom which made the floor which you stand feel weird like it was going to collapse but didn’t and the door seemed like it didn’t close properly but yet it did. Otherwise everything was fine and can be considered reasonable.

No microwave, no mini fridge, and AC was not working. No continental breakfast. I will not be staying there again.

Area has fast food restraunts close to walking distance with Whataburger, Taco Cabana, Jack n Box, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Burger King, and Pop Eyes. Easy and quick access to the interstate.

The hotel is old and there was burn marks on the tub (we had a smoking room), the door handle to the bathroom was damaged. The bed was hard, traffic was loud. TV worked and so did the AC. We were on there to sleep.. I could have spent an extra $10 and went up the road to another one that I know is cleaner and better but we had already been traveling and this one had a room available.

Rooms I stayed in during my 2 recent stays, both had extraneous hair in the bathroom. Second stay there was a roach and some other bug in the room. No fridge or microwave (I didn't ask for either but most places I've stayed have them). Only redeeming features were the TV worked and the bed comfortable. Won't stay there again.

I tried to call ahead and verify if it was working but the person that answered had such a thick accent and was so soft spoken that I couldn't understand them. They were also rude at every interaction including the call they gave us ahead of time to verify that we were coming which consisted of them asking "So are you coming or not?" Will not stay here again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting and disappointing - This was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. My family is not picky as long as the place is clean comfortable. The air conditioning unit did not work properly, our room stayed moist the whole week we were there. The filter had not been cleaned in a very long time, mold, dirt, smoke residue. My entire family got sick. Killed some big roaches while there. Mildew on shower curtain and crevices on the shower wall. Please don't stay here. I wouldn't let my pets stay here. Some staff was very rude. The location is very sketchy, sirens going all hours.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Housekeeping was good because they came and changed all our sheets including top covers which normally is not done in most motels or hotels.but that’s the only thing that was good.our room had roaches and crickets and smelled like it was full of moisture in the room maybe because of the ventilation! That’s because there was none so that was pretty uncomfortable. But the front desk was nice and the surrounding area was a little sketchy. So I would never stay here again personally. But I have seen worse
