• Frobie (1/5): The property and room was filthy and the booking photos were a misrepresentation! Highly unsanitary! - Nothing! The room was filthy! Garbage had not been removed. Blanket on the Bed had cigarette burns. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke!

The room smelled like cigarettes so strongly that it made me and my girlfriend sick. There were burn holes in the blankets, the sink was leaking, the room was not clean, and the air conditioning intake vent had an ashtray sitting on it. The fridge was dirty and smelled bad. There was low-quality soap and no other toiletries. People were smoking outside of the room all day.
• Nataly (1/5): Don’t stay there, even if it’s free!! - Nothing!! It is housing for the homeless. There was a fight between tenants as we were checking in. Dirty!! The hotel host had the door locked for his safety! Smelled like weed as well.
• Marie (1/5): two words: roach motel - it was cheap, so I was only out $75 when I decided I couldn't stay there overnight. There were cockroaches on the wall next to the bed and the bathroom floor, among other beetles crawling around the shower drain. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, with an undercurrent of sweat and urine. The bedspread was stained all over and the furniture was chipped and falling apart. We decided we needed to stay somewhere else as soon as we'd put our bags down and looked inside.

Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room but the staff was able to move us to a smoke free room. The whole place seemed run down. There was no place to hang things in the room. The room seemed small and crowded. The phone in the first room was dirty and it didn’t work when we tried to call the front desk
• arenas (1/5): This was the most disgusting hotel i’ve stayed at with the most idiotic stuff i’ve encountered. - Absolutely nothing. Horrible conditions at this location. Staff were rude and very difficult. I tried to get a refund, ended up being a month long process that was never resolved.

• shane (1/5): - To be honest there was nothing to like. Shocking that a property like this has a rating equal to Hilton Gardens. Read reviews on google. They are not exaggerations. The front desk agent would not honor the reservation made by Booking.com, kept the full payment for 2 nights and Booking was impossible to reach for support. I had to find another place to stay.

Asked for a refund, got a receipt for the refund but it never hit my bank acc. Bank details said it went into a master card. I don’t own any master cards. Might have went to booking.com card because it said that the booking was paid for by booking.com. Called booking. Com support. Was on hold for 2 hours when the wait time was 30 mins. Than got hung up on by one of booking.com representatives

• James (10/5): Best price around and you don't have to sacrifice cleanliness or comfort! - Heads up - It is significantly cheaper to book at the front desk than through Booking.com. Staff was lovely when I asked for an extended checkout while I wait for my dog to wake up from surgery. Room exceeded my expectations for cleanliness considering it was the cheapest option within 50 miles. The rooms were nicely updated and renovated. No complaints here! Staff was rarely in the office, could be frustrating but I appreciated them and their kindness.

• Gary (1/5): Don’t stay here, unless your homeless and smoke in the room. - Had to leave this room after 15 minutes, it’s an abandoned homeless camp of a hotel, of people. Not not sure how it passed the health code test in that county. Everything, except the staff

When I took a shower, I found that there was no shower gel or shampoo, only a small bar of soap.

• Mccall (4/5): It’s the cheapest for a reason - It’s next to Nugget It was pretty dirty, they gave us a room that didn’t have a fridge when we asked for one. They then gave us one with a fridge but no microwave. They asked me multiple times to come talk to the front desk because they thought I was suppose to leave a couple days early , still waiting on me refund for canceling the reservation early

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dumbfounded - I had a 2 night reservation. There was no One at the front desk to check in. The Always had to call a number to find any staff. My room had no TV!! No hot water in the shower. Bedmattress was not comfortable and not firm. When I turn the heater on the smoke detectors set off. Apparently the were still remodeling this room. Cabinets doors were not installed. I’m dumbfounded as to why or how they think they could book a room like that
• Tracey (2/5): Not worth the inexpensive cost. - It was close to my son’s house. Immediately upon entering the room an offensive strong odor was overwhelming. My granddaughter went straight to the bathroom and there was what appeared to be blood on the wall. I opened both windows and door to try and air out the room. In less than 10 minutes I had an excruciating headache. We checked out within 15 minutes.

Front desk makes you shout through glass divider without speaker - even during the day. They couldn’t even print out receipt of my stay - “Printer broken”. Expectations already low at Motel 6, but this dump was ridiculous.

• Oscar (1/5): Bad - Well I was thinking I even living there and paying by month but the lesson that I try to go get in the room someone put me on the do not rent list I was kind of really upset cuz I was at work across the street so The staff her name is star she harassed me and my wife that we couldn't pick up for cycles and when it was time to check out she would come 20 minutes early and not leave until I left and I never got my deposit back
• Verified traveler (2/5): Dozens of loiterers. Room smelled of dead mice. - There are dozens of people milling around in the walkways and parking lot. The room smelled sour like dead mice, so I refused to stay. The shower floor had brown matter in the treads. The management was polite and allowed me to leave with a partial refund - they charged me a $30 cancellation fee to my card. I stayed at a different hotel.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible dirty place. - The "suite" we thought we had booked did not even exist. They tried to pawn us off with two adjoining rooms. One had flies all over and smelled terrible. The other had a bed missing. There was garbage overflowing cans all of the walkways as they have families living there too. We never checked in.

• Tamara (4/5): - The guy who checked me in was awesome, and nice, put our rooms close together. Was a quick check in. I was in room 212 with my two children (ages 13 and 7), and when we went up to the door, you didn’t need a key to even open it, it just opened. I The door doesn’t lock regularly, so we couldn’t really have all of us leave the room at the same time. Someone had to be in there at all times because the only way it would be locked is if you used the deadbolt or the safety lock at the top. Which was also coming out of the door a little ways. Also, no coffee in the room, and then at 630 am you still Couldn’t get into the lobby to get coffee:(

• Karen (2/5): - My experience with this hotel was awful. First impression is a run down, former Motel 6. The room I was given was filthy. Stained bedspread, torn curtains, dirty floors, patched walls, terrible odor in the room. The hotel has permanent “tenants.” When I went to cancel my stay, the man at the counter refused, would not provide a receipt and I have yet to receive a refund. They refuse to answer calls from Expedia to resolve my disputed fees.

The second room (which took us an hour to get, because the front desk person was always missing and took about 20-30 minutes to return each time had a bed that looked made but not exactly clean and there was even debris all over the floor. The towels seemed dirty too. The inside of the fridge was sticky. There was a toenail in the toilet.

• Julia (4/5): - The only good thing was the small pool and the steps in were dangerous. Staff unavailable at check in and check out. Mostly extended stay residents; everyone i met was friendly. Room cleaner was only staff around. Definitely would NOT recommend.
