Evonne (1/5): really scary - it’s comfy its mixed with a comfy bed but towels with people’s haus in them i also got placed it two rooms that were not ready yet and someone was given a key to my room saying it was their room while i was showering. Guy doing drugs in laundry room but no one seemed to budge

Gabrielė (5/5): It was ok for money for one night but felt not safe area, if we were only two women it would be not very safe to be alon - The room looked similar to pictures, also good value for money, it was a one night stop on the way to other city so it was on the way. The neighborhood and other people who stayed in were not looking very nice, some homeless people in the area, looks not safe at all. In the receptionist they were asking several times who will be sleeping in the room with whom, sounded strange. The walls and door very thin, you can hear somebody walking or talking outside, you could smell marijuana. The wc water didnt work properly.

It's right next to a freeway.ConstantLoud car noises almost up as if the window was open.No noise insulation. Beds were very uncomfortable. There was a domestic dispute in the middle of the market. A man was yelling to call 911. It sounded like he was assaulting a lady right outside our door and then into the parking lot.

Everything else was mediocre at best, to incredibl - Staff was great, but the property itself seems to be run by an owner who didn’t really care, and treats you like a criminal. Dirty. Denied enough towels for everyone in our room. Denied more than 1 key card. Power went out in half the room. Moved to a different room whic reeked, was incredibly dirty, and had cockroaches. Went back to original power outage room. Pool advertised open, not open now or anytime soon. Oh yeah, and bugs EVERYWHERE.

Unimpressed that I stated was also for an anniversary, and there wasn't even anything that was of service for that either.

Eli (1/5): Tried to get my money back for day 2 since the room wasn’t as advertised, but they weren’t helpful. - It was a room, and I was tired. The non smoking room smelled so much like smoke I couldn’t get the smell off me until I’d checked into another hotel and showered for 30 minutes. The shower had a disgusting pink residue splashed all over it, and the area felt unsafe. Would not recommend.

Angela (1/5): It was the most unprofessional, dirty unsafe environment. - Nothing The lady who worked there was rude and her and another staff member spoke Spanish and made fun of me and another woman who was also white in Spanish. What they didn’t know I understood what they were saying. I woke up extra early just so I could check out. Homeless camp around the corner. The room down away not far from us was dealing drugs and shady people all night long. Went to take my dog out for a quick pee and there were dogs running loose on the property. The shower was so disgusting. We actually refused to shower. When asked if we could bring up the towels if we used them she said if it’s available. Also no blankets just sheets on the bed and there was a stain on it. One pillow on one bed and three on the other where there is supposed to be four. There was roaches coming out plus the fact that loud music and articles be heard. Never will go back there again and will not recommend them. We had til 11 I woke up before 7 just to start loading my car so I can leave. Also no smoke alarm. Toilet seat had poop and was filthy

Annette (6/5): Pool is always closed/ unleashed pitbulls - Maintenance staff is nice, The manager and assistant manager are careless, useless, disrespectful, low class, uneducated, unprofessional. Dogs without leash from ppl living in motel creating a hostile dangerous environment. A couple of pitbulls. Ppl in fact living there owning this dogs very careless...and POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED. I RENTED FOR THE POOL. THE MANAGER CARELESS ABOUT THIS PPL WITH UNLEASHED DOGS, MY CHILD WITH DISABILITIES WAS ATTACKED DUE TO MANAGER NEGLIGENCE
