• Renee (7/5): Nice apartment, great location and overall nice stay - Location is great and in a quiet spot. Apartment was clean and nice decor The bathroom door needs to have the bracket fixed as it getting jammed & the water comes out of the bottom of the shower and all over the floor
• Steven (1/5): Very disappointed wasn’t value for money - Good location We should have been notified about the construction work happening we would of chosen a different location very noisy couldn’t sleep
• Vince (1/5): Do not stay at these appartments if you want a pleasant experience . - The location Room 23 was suppose to be a superior suite. The couch was uncomfortable and dirty. The bed was old and gave us a back ache ! This coupled with the construction noise from the building next door which was so loud we thought we may as well have been on site working instead of holidaying . No notice was given about this construction noise on booking.com. After searching on their web site we finally found the notice in the fine print. After speaking with reception on check out we were told that the room rate was reduced to compensate for the noise! In our view, given the standard of the apartment this was a ridiculous comment to make. Even if the room was free it would not compensate for that level of noise from 6.30 in the morning! Totally disappointed
• KiwiSue (8/5): Enjoyable and fun. - The apartment itself felt spacious and was clean. Beds were comfortable, though if sharing a bed, think it should be a queen bed as opposed to a double bed. Loved the option of 2 single beds. Verandah was a generous size with enough chairs. Was difficult to find carpark. We had to walk 3 flights of steps with lots of luggage which was not great, so a lift would have been helpful. We would not come back for that reason alone as we were on top floor. Also due to heavy rain the tarp did not allow us to hang outside, so a better covering would be better on the verandah. Also when my girlfriend rang manager he was not 100% friendly, implying it is easy to find. We would not have contacted them if that was the case.

• Natasha (9/5): Perfect for our little weekend away - Spacious & clean apartment. Great location for shopping, food, bars and beach. Great large balcony to relax on. Our car didn’t fit underneath in the car park so we had to pay for parking the whole weekend.
• Trent (2/5): Poor - Close to what we were doing. It wasn't a one bedroom apartment, it was a studio with a privacy screen. I specifically wanted a one bedroom apartment as we have a child and the light and sound interrupts their sleep, which then interrupts our sleep. We slept really poor all weekend. The mozzie screens must have had holes in them, as the room was full of mosquitoes and our child was bitten pretty badly.

• Daniella (7/5): Great location and nice clean spacious apartment - Great location and apartment was clean and comfortable. The pool was not accessible as maintenance was taking place during our stay. Additionally, the pool was situated awkwardly in front of the cafe/dining area.
• McCormack (6/5): Lovely area, good value, wish the aparment didn't smell. The staff could be a bit more accomodating. - Location, spacious, balcony Way too early of a checkout time. When we asked for a bit of extra time, the staff rushed us out and admonished us for taking slightly less than an hour longer than expected. The apartment smelled like take out food when we arrived and smelled the entire time.

• Melinda (8/5): Great apartment but noisy with construction works - The one bedroom apartment was everything you needed. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The construction noise next door was really loud, a crane was operating outside our room from 7am all day meaning the balcony was unusable. There is one line mentioning the works in the actual apartment description online which I only found after searching for it when the crane started on our first morning. It wasn't clear when booking.

Office was closed when arrived Saturday noon and was a bit of a mission to check in. Online check-in was available but didn't work, site was unable to submit for some reason.

When we returned for a short rest the noise was continuous. If the staff had been aware of this disturbance it would have been thoughtful of them to have allocated us another apartment away from the noise.

The key collection process was very easy and well organized, even though the office was closed when we arrived. The instructions were clear and simple to follow, which made check-in stress-free. The accommodation was very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and plenty of room overall. It was also very well equipped — having an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and tumble dryer was a big plus for me. Parking was easy to find and very convenient. There is also a very good restaurant downstairs, which was a nice bonus. The only small issue was the entrance corridor, where the carpeted area had a slightly unpleasant smell. Other than that, everything was fine.

• leanne (8/5): Fantastic location. Perfect room. If you want a pool or have kids this pool isn’t good. - Apartment was beautiful and bed was very comfortable! Great location! I don’t think they should even advertise a pool. It’s no bigger than a backyard pool in the middle of a restaurant. I would not feel comfortable swimming in it and being next to someone eating a meal.

• BASTIEN (8/5): Appartement vaste avec belle terrasse - Terrasse sympa, chambres agréables et beau grand séjour. Salle de bain un peu vétuste et quartier pas le plus sympas de Byron Bay, mais tout se fait à pieds quand même. Les parties communes seraient à rafraichir. Piscine minuscule et sale.
• Alisanne (8/5): Well equipped apartment, centrally located, with a few tweaks could be excellent. - Clean well laid out apartment. It was well equipped so we had everything we needed with the exception of maybe another sunbed on the patio. 6 chairs and 1 sunbed was fine but 2 would have been optimal. The TV was very old and channels were limited so that could definitely be improved. The outdoor pool is a bit of an overstatement - it was a plunge pool, nowhere to sit and attached the restaurant so I think the description is a bit misleading and needs to be amended. One Sunbed for 4 people. Outdoor pool is a plunge pool with nowhere to sit around it so we gave it a miss. TV was old and no way of connecting with chromecast.
