- Nathalie-Anne (10/5): Un séjour parfait à Cannes avec un hôte chaleureux, un emplacement idéal et une entrée insolite au-dessus d’un cinéma. - L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Pascal a été un hôte exceptionnel: il nous a même attendus tard dans la nuit après le retard de notre vol, ce qui nous a énormément touchés. L’entrée est originale et discrète, car le logement se trouve juste au-dessus d’un cinéma, on a presque l’impression d’en sortir ! Franchement, rien à redire : tout était parfait et au-delà de nos attentes.

The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious enough. The room had everything we needed, including an iron, hairdryer, and more. Even though we arrived before check-in time, Pascal had arranged everything for us. Since our flight was late, we were able to leave our luggage with him. Thank you, Pascal Müller, for helping us end our journey from a nervous start with enjoyable memories. We highly recommend it.

- E (10/5): - Locatia este la 5 minute de Palatul Festivalurilor de Filme, plaja, gara, Croisette, rue d'Antibes, restaurante, supermarket Carrfour, piata Forville cu fructe, legume, produse locale. Pascal este o persoana foarte amabila care, indeplinindu-ne solicitarile, ne-a ajutat sa avem un sejur de vis. Studioul a fost curat, utilat cu cu produse de calitate si ne-a oferit intimitate. Liftul a fost binevenit.

We stayed in touched over WhatsApp. The bathroom is outside the room which is disclosed on the website. I missed this point. A very slight inconvinience but expected for the low price.

Very good value for money. The apartment is located just above a cinema so you might hear some noise whenever there is an action scene. But they stop in the evening at a reasonable time so this didn’t bother too much.

- Christian (8/5): Feines kleines Appartment in super Lage. - Nettes kleines Zimmer mitten im Zentrum von Cannes. Der Besitzer ist ultra sympathisch, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war klein, aber alles war gut integriert und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eigentlich hab ich nicht viel zu bemängeln, ausser dass der Aufenthalt wieder viel zu kurz war. Die Matratze war dann nicht so mein Fall. Aber jeder hat da ja so seine Vorlieben.

Pascal est très gentil et attentif au moindre besoin. L'appartement est impeccablement propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un petit séjour. Le lit est hyper confortable, idéal pour moi qui ai un dos un peu fragile. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Ça n'avait pas de grande importance pour moi mais attention à ceux qui veulent une belle vue de la fenêtre : comme beaucoup de logements sur Cannes (pour en avoir testé pas mal), c'est vue sur les toits, ruelles... Bref ne vous attendez pas à la vue mer

- S (10/5): Perfectly located,with a fabulous on-site concierge who makes ALL the difference! - Fabulous concierge! Pascal was incredibly kind, thoughtful and efficient. He really made my stay a delight - great restaurant recommendations, so helpful with my ridiculously heavy baggage, kindly allowing late check out. The room was perfect for cooking meals - well equipped mini kitchen, fridge, stovetop, microwave and excellent *stainless steel* water kettle (so you don't boil water in plastic.) Loads of towels, lovely view over the rooftops and amazingly quiet despite being in center of town. Has an elevator. Walkable to everything, few minutes walk to train station, market etc. Location, location, location. No, it's not the Carlton but the price is right and Pascal is a superstar!

- Johanna (7/5): Vi är överlag nöjda med boendet! - Supertrevlig och hjälpsam värd! Fantastiskt läge, samt välstädat och fräscht rum. Vattentrycket i duschen och toaletten var tyvärr väldigt dåligt. Varmvattnet var slut vid ett tillfälle, så vi duschade i iskallt vatten. Väldigt lyhört både ut mot ”korridoren” och mellan rummen.
