- Hofsted (7/5): - Utrolig hjælpsomt personale, der allerede ved tjek in, fortalte om området og kom med mange gode inputs til ture osv. Morgenmaden var ok. Flot og dejlig udsigt ud over Furnas-dalen. Da vi skulle afrejse meget tidligt den sidste morgen, fik vi en morgenmad to-go med - det var super dejligt. Vi spiste en enkelt aften i restauranten, maden smagte rigtig godt. Det var nemt at gå ned og spise i byen. Dejligt med parkering. Man kan med fordel overveje at lydisolere bedre i restauranten - der er mange "rene" flader, og det giver en utrolig dårlig akustik, det er selvfølgelig i småtingsafdelingen, men ja mega dårlig akustik. Poolen var ikke opvarmet, måske stod inden jeg bookede, og jeg blot ikke så det, det kan jeg være i tvivl om, men vandet var for koldt til at bade i.

- Martyna (9/5): Nice, neat hotel with great ammenities, staff and the view! - Super nice hotel experience! Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Balcony overseeing the valley was a very pleasant addition to relax on after an eventful day. Staff was fantastic - kind, helpful and sharing tips how to prepare for Furnas thermal pools. Continental breakfast was fairly tasty as expected. I would recommend!

- Eva (10/5): - The hotel is located at the edge of the town, but is within walking distance from the city center. The staff speaks amazing english and is very polite. They offer breakfast which was also amazing and diverse and they also offer dinner. We also enjoyed the pool table, the bar and the lounge. The bathroom could be organized a little better (doors struck the toilet). Some handles for the towels would also be nice.

- Mats (8/5): A good stay in Furnas - We had a large, clean room with two large beds. Nice view over the town and valley from our balcony. Room and bathroom in good order, they may be newly renovated. The heating worked and was needed. Nice staff and good breakfast. We found a spot for our car in the small parking lot both days we stayed there. The beds were too hard for us and our old hips.

- Simon (10/5): Super Hotel, gerne wieder - hervorheben möchte ist das sehr sehr nette Personal, die eines Reiseführer gleich kommen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Betten werden jeden Tag gemacht und man bekommt frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. In dem Ort gibt es viele Restaurants die fußläufig leicht zu erreichen sind. Ich war alleine mit einem Auto dort.

Pokoj byl velmi pohodlný a čistý, s obrovskou postelí. Velmi milí a pozorný personál, chutné bohaté snídaně, s výběrem místních sýrů a čerstvými lívanci každý den. Asi nejlepší hotel během našeho pobytu na Azorech, předčil i 4 hvězdičkové hotely, ve kterých jsme bydleli. Nic.

- Mall (9/5): A memorable stay thanks to very caring hosts. - Good location, comfortable room with a beautiful view and an extra-wide bed. Although the hotel itself was quite old, the rooms had recently been very pleasantly renovated. Breakfast with a good selection of food and quality coffee. The common areas were a bit chilly, but there were also extreme weather conditions during our stay.

Large room The shower was loose on the wall, felt unstable. The bathroom has no window and the fan strength is weak so it gets very humid quickly and damp in there. Dehumidifier in the room does help to rectify this but we didn’t want that on overnight

- Cla (7/5): Hôtel à recommander - La chambre propre, le lit confortable et grand. Le personnel souriant. Le buffet du p'tit dej copieux. Comme il fait un peu chaud, on dormait fenêtre ou être et le bruit de la piscine est gênant. Mais j'avais emmené mes boules quies.
