Hotel limpo, com aparência de novo, bem cuidado. O quarto que ficamos tinha aquecimento, TV pequena, banheiro com chuveiro (sem banheira) e uma sacada. Se quiser carregar o smartphone ao lado da cama, leve um duplicador de tomadas para compartilhar a tomada do abajur. O estacionamento, incluso na diária, é coberto e protegido por portão e câmeras. A ligação com o hotel é feita andando pela calçada (poucos metros). Os corredores e escadas do hotel são uma galeria de fotografias muito bonitas. Há quartos que dão vista para o Santuário de Fátima, que fica do outro lado da rua. Ouvimos dizer que o construtor do hotel era primo da Irmã Lúcia, um dos três pastorinhos relacionados à história do Santuário de Fátima. Fomos informados que poderíamos deixar as malas e mesmo usar a garagem após o checkout. Não utilizamos, mas o hotel conta ainda com café da manhã e restaurante para refeições, opcionais e pagos à parte. Nas proximidades (walking distance) há lojas de souvenires, supermercado, fast food. Fomos muito bem recebidos e certamente é um lugar onde voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

They offer breakfast for 5 euros per person and buffet lunch and supper for about 12 euros per person. The food and service are excellent.

Not sure if there was something in the bedding or the pillow but my mother left with pretty bad rashes around her neck. The next night, when we slept in Paris, the rash had almost disappeared. Other than this, it would have been an awesome hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Wonderful experience - We were a family of four visiting Fatima for 2 nights. The hotel was a short walk from the Rede Expressos bus station and adjacent to the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Walking to the main Basilicas and plaza was a breeze. The hotel itself was a gem: simple, clean and convenient. Our room had 2 queen sized beds and had very good and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was a typical continental European buffet that was reasonably priced. The owner of the hotel was literally hands on from check-in to preparation of breakfast. She took time to talk to you and took pride in the ownership of the hotel. The design and amenities are old but made up for by their state of cleanliness and order. Shopping was aplenty and adjacent shops to the hotel giving discounts to the hotel guests. We would definitely return to this hotel when we visit Fatima in the future.

- Natasha (10/5): Very Nice hotel a few steps away from the shrine - This hotel is simply superb , weather its the location , comfort of the rooms , staff , food and beverage... it's just ticks all the boxes .The owner and his wife give the guest personal attention and all the staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean and have a good size . Onsite parking is free of charge . Once could not ask for more value for money . The food is good and the price is right . Highly recommend this hotel .

Hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. I have stayed in several different hotels in Fatima and this is now my go to place. It is very convenient and close to the basilica and all the restaurants and shops. Have not eaten the breakfast at the hotel because I enjoy the bakery shops around town.

A lot of care has gone into creating a lovely,clean,modern environment in which to spend a few days in this unique town. The staff are more than excellent and deserve to be at the TOP for friendliness,helpfulness and local knowledge. The owners were on hand,even dining with their guests,making sure that all went well.That is a first for us. The rooms are spotless and comfortable although one small thing that would truly enhance the room would be tea/coffee making facilities and modern flat screen TV. You just get the feeling that all is as it should be If in Fatima and district stay here

- RICHARD (10/5): Greatly exceeded expectations - Isn't it great when you book a hotel sight-unseen and it greatly exceeds expectations? Beautiful modern hotel right next to Fatima sanctuary and close enough to bus station that we could easily wheel our luggage down the street to the hotel. Host is a relative of the shepherd children and lived in Canada for many years. He and his wife entertained their guests with complementary glasses of port wine while we all watched Portugal win the Euro Cup together.

- Alexander (10/5): Excellent hotel - Stayed two nights. The hotel is excellent- tidy rooms; nicely decorated corridors; the location cannot be better for those who come for visiting the sanctuary. We did not take a breakfast, so we can't comment on that. If you have a car, it is easy to visit nearby Batalha, Alcobaca and Tomar. We enjoyed very much our conversation with Antonio- the hotel owner. In summary, you cannot find a better place.
- Stephanie (10/5): Perfect Location; Very high quality v/s price - All in all, i was shocked that the hotel is rated 3 stars and especially considering the price and location. It was by far one of the best hotels I've booked over Expedia so far in comparison to the room rate. We were very comfortable and pleased with both the hotel and the location. The only downside is "thin walls" in case you were unlucky and had a loud neighbor.

Although my visit was mainly business, we also had a chance to walk around and visit the city. The service was excellent, they went out of their way to accommodate our food options as we are vegetarian. We also ended up forgetting some items in the hotel room and they called immediately and sent them to my by mail.
- John & Jo-Ann (8/5): Great Location - Fatima is small enough that even the one way streets mean that you get to see more of the city by making a loop around after following a gps to find this hotel. It is right on the corner of the Fatima square making it easy to walk to the places of worship. The rooms are comfortable (and warm. We were there just before Christmas). We had one suitcase that was lost in transit and the manager (owner?)made many calls to help us locate it .

The hotel staff were so nice, polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant serves a buffet of homemade Portuguese foods which were very delicious.
- Robin L. (10/5): Right across the street from the Shrine! - The owner was friendly and helpful! Very delightful man. The room itself was nothing special. The bed was flat and firm – not very comfortable unless you like your bed hard. However, the room was clean and served our needs. Plus, we had a balcony with a perfect view of part of the Shrine located directly across the street. The buffet looked delicious but was a little too expensive for our taste so we found some nice cafés and restaurants within walking distance. One thing we thought strange was that the air conditioner unit had to be turned on at the front desk but we assumed this was to keep it from running unnecessarily. However, we tend to be warm and would have liked our room to already be cool as we came back and forth from the Shrine or from shopping. Each time, it took a while for the room to cool down when we returned as there was not much of a breeze through our windows those two days. We were told that a breaker blew a few times in our air conditioner but wondered if it just hadn't been turned off while we were gone. However, the owner was extremely apologetic and had it fixed quickly. Overall, we would recommend this hotel because of its location to the Shrine and cleanliness. Keep in mind that prices go up dramatically at most hotels in Fatima on and around the monthly anniversary of the apparitions at the Shrine (11th-13th of each month especially in October).
