- Aracelis (4/5): I would not stay here again. - Pool was fine, could use some cleaning and pool chair pillow top need to be replaced. Room was clean and great hot water but during the night there is some sort of pump or something that runs loudly all night. Location was fine is you want to be in a quiet area. No options for breakfast - two boiled eggs, croissant, tea or coffee. 95% of staff not friendly or welcoming at all. Didn't not care to help or answer simple questions.
- Jan (8/5): Good budget hotel for Old Town. - Good location for Phuket Old Town. Comfortable beds. Kettle & fridge in room. Very lovely staff. Nice little swimming pool with towels provided. Lovely room- very modern & bright but unpacked our bags & discovered the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room down. Contacted reception who apologised & moved us to another , much bigger room. Sadly this wasn't as nice as the original one although it overlooked the pool. However, we were only staying 2 nights so didn't cause a fuss as the staff were very apologetic about it & did move us to a functional room.

- Olaf (9/5): Unsere Tage im Baan Suwantawe - Super Lage, Zimmer groß und sauber mit viel Stauraum. Old town ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Guter Taxi Service. Pool schön und sauber. Überschaubares Frühstück mit mürrischen und unfreundlichen Personal.

- Aditya Bhattacharya (8/5): - The overall stay was good. The location was fantastic, just 5 mins walk from old town clock tower, night market and bus terminal. Many nearby restaurants and markets. The room was very spacious with bathtub and all the amenities. The swimming pool area looked very good. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi signal was very poor in the room. I expected the room to have a pool facing balcony. But there was no balcony. The TV was very old with DTH channels (very old school). The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Only coffee, two boiled eggs and one croissant. It is not very filling and was expecting much more. The coffee was however very good.

- Angelika (7/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage - Tolle Lage, grosse Zimmer, schönes Bad und ein sehr bequemes Bett.. Das Frühstück besteht aus Tee oder Kaffee, ( der sehr gut ist ) 1 Croisant und 2 hart gekochte Eier im Glas. Statt den Eiern wären frische Früchte oder ein zweites Croisant passender.

Es gab zwei Eier, ein Croissant und ein Heißgetränk ansonsten nichts dazu. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt oder außerhalb etwas zu frühstücken kauft ist es okay

Avons demandé au gérant de communiquer avec nous. La dame au comptoir a ramassé les cheveux parterre sans plus ! Toujours sans nouvelles du gérant à ce jour !
- Bhagwant (10/5): Excellent - Great place to stay with families and the location is just walkable from the Phuket Old Town which is the main attraction in Phuket with weekend market around and has great restaurants near by.Also the property is very neat and well maintained. Definitely worth for the amount We asked for an extra blanket for which they asked 150 Bhat for a night which i felt was crazy. Apart from this everything else was awesome

Das gebuchte Frühstück war um 6:45 leider noch nicht verfügbar....eine unausgeschlafene,genervte Angestellte hat nicht Mal einen Kaffee angeboten. Das kennen wir anders aus Thailand...

Bekommen habe ich separate Betten, als ich dies reklamiert habe hat mir die Angestellte in der Lobby gesagt das das Zimmer mit Doppelbett schon ausgebucht war. Ich hab also nicht bekommen was ich gebucht habe und die Dame war nicht sonderlich bemüht sich dafür zu entschuldigen oder das Problem zu lösen.

It's in the Old Town, opposite a supermarket and food hall, on the blue tourist bus route and close to many bars, restaurants and a night market (twice a week, I think). The hotel itself is welcoming (lovely, comfortable lobby and cafe), the rooms are very spacious. Good to have such a central hotel with a decent sized swimming pool. The included breakfast is basic - 2 boiled eggs and a croissant, but a good choice of coffees and teas. There was nothing we didn't like.

- Marja (7/5): I hjärtat av Phuket town - Läget! Lugnt och mysigt. Rummet rymligt och caféet smakfullt. 2:a gången vi bott här. Väldigt trevlig personal. Älskar Indie market med allt gott strax intill Frukosten - alldeles för hårdkokta ägg, Fick betala för en Coca-Cola ur minibar som vi ersatt dagen efter. Högtryck på poolsängar så man måste vara där väldigt tidigt på morgonen.

Værelser uden vindue. Meget lydt på gangen. Morgenmaden var meget mangelfuld: To helt overkogte æg, en croissant uden tilbehør og en kop kaffe. Kaffen kunne ikke byttes til fx et glas juice til dem, der ikke drikker kaffe.

Grande chambre au calme et lit très confortable. Personnel arrangeant. Très peu de transats à la piscine alors qu'il y a la place. Ils sont vite squattés.

- Mª Carmen (8/5): - Las habitaciones eran enormes, muy limpias y bonitas. El baño perfecto y la piscina estupenda y tranquila Quizás el colchón algo duro ( para mí) pero la cama enorme. El desayuno muy pobre para el hotel que es
- Emma (8/5): - Le personnel arrangeant et la chambre propre et équipée. Espace piscine : pas assez de transats .Et piscine la plus part de la journée à l ombre . C est dommage .

- Dieter (6/5): Teleurgesteld - Locatie Onbeleefd personeel aan de receptie Ontbijt is 1 drankje, 2 hardgekookte eieren en 1 oude croissant Kamer kon niet volledig donker gemaakt worden. Daardoor vroeg wakker.

- Andrei (9/5): - Приятный отель, недалеко от пирса Рассада, все необходимое для комфортного проживания на 1 ночь достаточно Номер оказался без окон, хотя в брони номер был указан с балконом, завтраки - 2 варенных яйца, кофе и круассан)

- Yoshiko (9/5): - お部屋もバルコニーも広くて快適でした。旧市街地にも徒歩で行け、前にはショッピングセンターがあり立地も部屋もGood 朝食が毎日同じなのでもう少し工夫してもらえたらもっと良かった。 後、バスタブがざらついて汚れてました。残念
