- 媛汝 (4/5): - 住宿地點及房間內的設備都很好 當天因為較晚入住，早上11點就需退房導致我有部分保養品遺留在房間內的廁所，晚上回家後想到致電給飯店，但飯店給的回覆是房務沒有看到，但我很確定就放在廁所內，感覺該飯店對於客人的遺留物處理的sop不太完善，對於這樣的回覆我實在不太能接受，一開始還覺得住到一間非常棒的飯店，但對於以上這點實在無法給到滿意的分數，希望該飯店能改善。

- Iva (9/5): Very good - We received a free room upgrade. Free garage parking was very good even for EVs, the room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The hotel bar was closed, the pool is very small, and the gym is small as well. However, this didn’t bother us because we were only staying for one night. Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom, but the towels could be hung on hangers in the shelving unit.
