• Youngman (7/5): Cozy, friendly and quiet place. - The host had the wood stove lit for us before we got there. Nice and warm. The bed was comfortable, can't comment on the pillows as I always bring my own. The 3 nights were beautifully quiet. No trains , traffic, music or parties. The bedroom windows coverings were bamboo, which looked nice but the early morning 🌄 made it difficult to sleep in.

• Tammy (5/5): Disappointed 😞 - I loved the little cabin, it was very comfortable. I stayed 2 nights in the cabin and moved into the basement of the house. That was a huge letdown. ☹️ Cold, damp, dark, overloaded electrical, couldn't boil water or cook breakfast, the breaker on the extension cord flipped 15 times. No running water at all in the kitchen and zero lighting in the kitchen area.

• Alpha (10/5): Nice place, out of expectation. - The wooden firepit added to the warmth of the house and created a cozy atmosphere. The host provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the beds was loose and made some noise.

• Rachel (10/5): Magical - This is a hidden gem, gorgeous drive up to the house! Very friendly and accommodating hostess! Nice warm wood burning fireplace made it so cozy! It was nice and quiet at night so I Slept like a log! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location - we loved being able to travel with our dog and take him down to the river several times a day (we could have done without the rolling in dead fish though lol). We love to fish and have saved this location for future trips!

• Yasmin (9/5): Loved it 😊! - What a nice and cozy place ✨️! The room was cozy (from bed over wall color to carpet floor), the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed and more! The place has a shared kitchen and living room space. Even dog-treats are provided ❤️. The host even lit the fireplace for us 🥰! She was really friendly.

The unit had absolutely everything you could need and was very comfortable. The kitchen very was well equipped. Jess the host was lovely. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions about the surrounding area then made sure we had her number to contact her at any time. What’s not to like. It was a perfect home from home.

• Yue (10/5): Exceptional - I like it’s a home-warm stay compared to hotel facilities and within walking distance to the river. It’s close to Chilliwack and Cultus lake. The only imperfection I’d say would be there’s no phone reception. But there is internet so not too bad.
• Nicholas (10/5): Great stay if you want to be close to the river or lakes. Picture is of Chillawack Lake. - Jess and Jay were very nice. Jay told us of a good spot to hang out on one of the Lakes. He let us borrow one a beach chair. Really nice people. I don't have anything bad to say.

• Samareh (8/5): Very good - The location was magnificent. The owner was so kind and helpful. The property did not have a sink to wash the dishes, but the owner washed our dishes in her washing machine, so we had no difficulty.

• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - The property was great! Close to tons of outdoor activities, a safe neighborhood, easy parking; lots of nature and easy access to town for any supplies we needed. Jess and family were warm and friendly and offered tons of recommendations about local spots; we made use of the barbecue which was fantastic and appreciated all of the small touches (like dog treats for our furry companions!) The bed was comfortable, space was warm and inviting, and had everything we needed for our trip. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

• Vera (6/5): Affordable accommodation in peak summer time but definitely don’t book this if you want a bit of luxury, it’s very basic - Was close to Cultus Lake where we spent most of our time ….15 min drive The shared kitchen had no sink so you had to do all your dishes in the small bathroom sink where you brush your teeth…. For this reason I will not return to this property as it was super inconvenient. We specifically wanted a place to prepare meals so we did not have to eat out all the time but did not expect to have to wash our dishes in a tub outside like camping or in the small bathroom sink. The king bed mattress also very soft , might be comfortable for some but not for us

• Fabricio (9/5): Great getaway nearby Vancouver - The location is great right between Cultus and Chilliwack Lakes in a calm neighbourhood nearby the river. The cabin is cozy and well equipped, the patio is amazing too! The wifi is strong as there's no cellphone connection there.

The place was also very clean and well supplied with many thoughtful touches. It was a bit inconvenient not having a sink in the kitchenette. And there were a few very minor touches which would have made things a little better for our stay.

Awesome spa - Beautiful property, clean and comfortable Wifi wasn’t working well and no cell service so trying to get to make arrangements with family in the area was challenging.

I asked if we could start a fire and they came right away and built one to help us warm up and dry our clothes some hanging in the closets. Very good hospitality I loved the property

Beautiful landscape The first night, I found the door difficult to open, get in, however Jess was awesome about me asking for help. Realized the step I was missing and never had an issue again!

She took the time to greet us and help us with the fire place. She provided all the comforts of home. The location was about 10 minutes out of town but exactly what we wanted. Quiet, quaint, warm, and cozy

The kitchen was well equipped Netflix on TV was a nice bonus Location is good for hiking and quiet, but a bit too remote for attractions, need to drive 20m to the closest ones. Nothing accessible by foot besides the river
