• Stuart (2/5): Not worth the very little money we paid. - The staff were responsive when checking in. Nothing like the photos. Star rating is a 2 on google but 3 on booking.com feels like a lie. Place wasn’t clean, dust, mould and feel like my skins crawling now.

• Pedro (10/5): Best bang for buck stay in Miami - I enjoyed everything about the hotel. There is a proper parking lot in the back, it's located in a calm residential neighborhood and the room is very spacious. There are several food options nearby, including a diner right across the street which is always packed. Bed was also comfortable. All the doors are locked and PIN protected, so it also felt very safe. Despite being located away from the beaches and main tourist attractions, it was easy to get to those, so I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the city. I got locked out of my room at around 10pm one night because the pinpad on my door died, and the staff promptly solved the issue in less than five minutes. I messaged them on Booking, got a physical key, entered the room and 15 minutes later, maintenance came to replace the pinpad's batteries. The staff was very attentive. The blinds let in a little more light than I prefer, as I usually sleep better in a darker room. That said, it didn’t affect my sleep, so it was only a very minor issue. No complaints overall.

Les photos son trompeuse et ça sens la moisissure à plein nez. J'ai eu mal à la gorge et mal de tête. Bref ce que vous louez ne représente aucunement ce que vous avez. Pour le prix cest scandaleux. Nothing. The mattress was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy, and the noise was awful. The photos are misleading, and it reeked of mold. I had a sore throat and a headache. In short, what you rent is nothing like what you get. For the price, it's outrageous. Le parking

• Jennifer (9/5): Overall good - Mimo area, It was in an area I could walk to stores and get food, overall safe and the property was clean. I was able the leave my luggage after my check out they have a little storage under the stairs. It is locked. I checked out at noon and I stayed in the lobby to wait for my pick up. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, good air con. Communication was fast via booking.com and over WhatsApp, which is good since I am from Europe that’s what we communicate with. Only throw back was they don’t have a restroom in the lobby, so I didn’t really drink too much while I was waiting.
• MALGORZATA (1/5): Big disaster - We stayed at this hotel for several days, having made the reservation based on very attractive photos that showed a large, comfortable room. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. What we found on arrival was not a hotel as advertised, but a run-down and neglected guesthouse. The room was small, damp, and filled with a strong smell of mold. Even the bed linen and towels felt humid and unpleasant. The entire place is in urgent need of renovation. The bed was unstable and falling apart. There was expanding foam visible in many places, seemingly used as a makeshift fix. The floor was uneven and moved underfoot, and even the toilet was not properly secured. To make matters worse, the hotel did not respond to our complaints at all. I strongly advise against staying here.
• Stefanie (1/5): Viel zu teuer für schlechte Sauberkeit und Kakerlaken im Zimmer - Schneller Check in und Parkplätze Sehr wenig Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Kakerlaken im Zimmer, Bett sehr durchgelegen und unbequem, viel Straßenlärm, da eine Klimaanlage im Fenster eingebaut ist aber nicht richtig abgedichtet wurde und somit Löcher überall im Fenster sind.

• Andre Luiz (7/5): Great stay for the GP weekend! - Great price for what it offers. Staff "online" is really friendly and ready to help. It doesn't offer regular room service and you may need to ask for towels and sheets if you need replacement.

Não teve uma recepção para me orientar. Tudo funciona com códigos,sms e te viras para encontrar o quarto etc... Avisei o meu horário de chegada 0h. Peguei o táxi para lá, não me deixaram entrar para pelo menos sair da rua. Corria vários riscos ao ficar com as minhas malas no meio da rua de madrugada... Só às 16h é que me foi dado um quarto. Foi muito constrangedor para mim. Acredito que não fui a única pessoa que passou por isso. Zona muito barulhenta "carros a passar" Janela que não tem cortinas para fechar, não dá para dormir e descansar. Ninguém veio falar comigo pessoalmente. Só por mensagem de WatsApp...

O apto 301 é de frente para a rua e as vezes acaba sendo um pouco barulhento. Falta um blackout nas janelas para impedir a claridade logo pela manhã.

Pagué una habitación Superior Queen room doble y no lo fue, era muy pequeña, la más pequeña de toda la planta. Habitación en la planta 3...tuvimos que subir 4 maletas a mano. Mi marido tiene más de 80 años y una enfermedad de corazón y no decía que sería la planta 3 y teníamos que subir a pie cada día. Intenté ponerme en contacto con alguien pero no había nadie responsable allí. No Había armario donde poner la ropa para 6 días. Solo había 1 mesita d noche...así que tenía que dejar mis cosas en el suelo cada noche. La pequeña nevera estaba oxidada y roto el compartimento para botellas. Había en la entrada una cafetera pero los tres primeros días no había vasos, ni abajo ni en la habitación. Tengo fotografías de todo esto si lo desean.

My flight was late night so he helped me to store my luggage securely until i came back to collect. Would live to stay here again. Just one note if you have a big heavy bag try for rooms on ground floor as there is no elevator. Highly recommend property.

• Ilich (2/5): Sin comentario - En realidad, no tuve muy buena experiencia, la habitación es muy pequeña y el baño demasiado chico e incómodo, además tuve un accidente, el TV del cuarto estaba mal instalado, lo digo con seguridad porque soy handyman, conectando un cargador en el oulet que está en la misma pared y el TV se vino abajo, por suerte pude agarrarlo llevé un buen golpe en el intento, tuve que dejar el TV puesto en la cama.

There was barely any running cold water from the faucet in the bathroom- only boiling hot .Also there was no drinking water and no coffee available in the hotel.After contacting the whatsapp number it was said that maintenance would be called but it didn’t happen during our stay.The owner did call though after we had checked out to apologise for the inconvenience and asked for feedback and offered a discount for the next time we would want to stay there.

The walls are paper thin and the windows don’t isolate the noise at all especially if you’re sleeping in a room next to the driveway. We asked if we could switch the room with one that isn’t next to the driveway and our new room was so much better. The floor and the room were also kinda dirty.

As fotos não correspondem a realidade. Podem ser fotos de anos atrás. No momento atual as instalações estão decrépitas, manutenção ruim e acesso complexo.
• Charlene (2/5): Séjour extrêmement décevant, avec une chambre insalubre et trompeuse, ne correspondant en rien aux photos ni aux attente - La litterie Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par ce séjour. La réalité ne correspond absolument pas aux photos, du moins pour la chambre qui nous a été attribuée. Il n’y avait aucune véritable fenêtre : seulement des ouvertures condamnées, avec des vitres totalement dissimulées. Il était donc impossible d’aérer la pièce. Une forte odeur d’humidité, proche de celle d’une cave, probablement liée à la climatisation, était très présente et particulièrement désagréable. Concernant l’état général, le logement est visiblement très usé : parquet abîmé, dressing déformé, murs repeints de manière grossière. Le ménage semble fait avec les moyens disponibles, mais cela ne suffit pas à compenser la vétusté des lieux. Après 10 heures de vol, nous n’avons pas fait de réclamation sur le moment en raison de notre fatigue. Le personnel est certes joignable par message, mais cela ne compense pas le sentiment de tromperie. Nous trouvons cela malhonnête de présenter des photos attractives qui ne reflètent en rien la chambre réellement proposée. En toute objectivité, l’espace ressemblait davantage à une cave aménagée qu’à une chambre d’hôtel.

The atmosphere is relaxing, and you can really feel the passion the owners put into their work. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around, and the hospitality was outstanding—kind, helpful people always ready to give useful advice. The room was comfortable and everything was perfectly organized. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at home. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. If I come back to the area, it will definitely be one of my first choices!
