• Shylea (10/5): From one end of MT to the other - One of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Huge fan of the grounds to cup coffee machines they had. Staff was really friendly. We would stay again. Literally the only thing was the non working 100% rusted drinking fountain with a gum like substance all over it in the pool area It doesn't match how clean the rest of the hotel is. It needs to be removed.

The housekeeper then returned 10 minutes later and tried walking in again without knocking. Check out time is 11. Other than that situation the stay was great.

• Laurel (8/5): Generally nice hotel - Our air conditioner was noisier than it should be, so we either had the noise or were warm during the night.
• James (8/5): Good choice if you stay in Glendive. - Hotel was full but was remarkably quiet. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast area clean, well stocked. Loved the “grind” coffee maker instead of pre-made lukewarm coffee. All in, a better choice in Glendive.

• DaisyWI (10/5): Comfortable Stay - We have four kids and often end up at an IHG b/c they have a 2 Q/sofa sleeper suite if we can't find a place where everyone can get beds. This one worked well for us. Had an additional sink outside the bathroom, which is always a huge plus, and the sofa sleeper was decent. Comfortable, clean stay.

• Stormie (7/5): Overall, a good stay, but accessibility could be improved. - I enjoyed that the room was quite spacious, which worked perfectly for me as a manual wheelchair user along with my husband and two kids. The roll-under sink was amazing and made things so much easier. Even though we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool, I really appreciated that there was an accessible pool lift available. The breakfast was delicious, and the woman stocking items on Monday morning was absolutely kind and helpful. The room was pretty clean when we checked in, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it again on our second night. The beds were quite high off the ground, which made it difficult for me to get into them without help—especially surprising for an accessible room. The toilet was also too high; I managed, but it wasn’t ideal. Most importantly, when we checked in, we were told there would be a roll-in shower and a bathtub, but the room only had a bathtub with no accessible bench, which meant I wasn’t able to bathe during our short stay.

• Johnny (2/5): You are "charged" $50 at check in for incidentals so give me cutlery and charge me if I steal. - Bed was comfortable. Good sized room. Keurig coffee pot in room. Comfortable desk chair. Front desk people have to be paged to get them to check you in and out because they are hiding in the back, probably on their phones or watching TV! Room coffee very frugal. One decaf. Desk chair hydraulics broken and it didn't roll well. This room is a "suite". You have to go to the front desk to get plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc! We have never stayed anywhere that a suite was not fully stocked for the CUSTOMERS' convenience! Again, an expensive room acting cheap. We will think again before we stay at a Holiday Inn anything.

The room was fine - a little dated and the pool area was not very clean. The manager was great- super helpful and for us, the best part was they had a gluten free muffin option for our daughter who has celiac disease. We really appreciated that as most free breakfasts do little in that regard.
• sydneysinner (10/5): Nice and clean - Very clean guest rooms!! Nice quiet place to spend a weekend away with the kids. We had the suite with a separate bedroom, nice to have the extra space and closing door from the kids, and the bathroom is accessible without going through the bedroom.

• Randall (4/5): - The room was advertised as a suite with a mobility tub. It was not a mobility tub. Just a normal bathtub with grab bars installed. Also the breakfast buffet pictures show bacon, but there was just very poor breakfast sausage served. Breakfast was not good.

The desk girl was very friendly and nice to deal with. The room was very clean and in great condition. Good breakfast and an all around good hotel, highly recommend this location.
• Edward (10/5): One of the best Holiday Inn’s - fantastic staff, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast - This Holiday Inn is one of the cleanest and best managed Holiday Inn’s we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! It is very well managed offering a fantastic and convenient location with great access to Makoshika State Park and local restaurants. The on-site pool and spa is at the perfect temperature and was spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff who greeted us and checked us in made our stay memorable - shout out to Patrick especially, you were a pleasure to chat with and helped us out with our stay! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the onsite parking was safe and secure. A great stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again - the breakfast was a particular highlight! It was really well managed with a great selection! Nothing, this is a great stay!
