• Jiejie (10/5): Great value just be careful with the breakfast lady - Location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The room was clean. I booked a room with double queen beds, spacious with two working desks. I also enjoyed the service a lot, although I didn’t want any room cleaning during my 4-day stay, the front desk was very attentive and responsive. The lady at the breakfast was not very friendly. I avoid talking to her.

Was greeted by the attending receptionist Jimmy who was polite, friendly and accommodating. The room was really big, inviting and comfortable. Parking is a bit of nuance though.

• Jose (4/5): - When booking the property there is no indication of the type of room being reserved. Upon arrival when requesting for a previous room we have stayed in, we were informed that that room would have an upgrade fee because it was on a higher floor and rooms considered newly renovated (stayed in other rooms on lower floors and not such a difference, just an new shower no tub. However we were charged +<$50 extra per night of our stay of a week (this fee is also overpriced; although we prepaid our stay, we had to pay the additional fee due to last minute availability. Property should indicate their room rates and options specifically when marketing either on their site or through third party sites. We travel nearly weekly and have chosen to stay elsewhere to avoid last minute confusion.

Otele yürüme mesafesinde alışveriş merkezi var. Otelde kahvaltıda çeşit az ve hep aynı ürünler servis ediliyor. Otelin bulunduğu bölgede genel olarak canlı, asyalıların yoğun olarak yaşadığı bir bölge. Asya mutfağına düşkün olanlar son derece memnun kalacaktır. Biz de Uygur restoranlarını deneyimledik. Süperdi. Herhangi bir olumsuz deneyim yaşamadık.

• YULY (9/5): Muy satisfactoria. - Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del metro, tiene supermercado cerca, un mall caminando, es muy limpio, el personal muy amable, la zona es segura,nos guardaron el equipaje cuando llegamos y después de hacer el check out en tanto llegaba la hora de ir al aeropuerto. Hay mucho comercio cerca, mucho movimiento, opciones para comer, etc. Nada todo estuvo bien. Quizá solo les pediría analizar incluir un desayuno más variado.

• Najma (8/5): The front desk staff are very kind they do their best - The front desk staff was kind I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The street outside is full of trash, and on trash collection days, the smell is unbearable. The hotel is also very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. Inside, the hot water was inconsistent, and the fridge wasn’t working properly. On the last day, housekeeping didn’t come at all, so I had to clean and make my own room. The front desk staff are kind and helpful to a certain extent, but that doesn’t make up for the other issues. This hotel is definitely not child-friendly, and transportation is inconvenient — Uber rides are very expensive, and the nearest subway requires a walk. While the room price is reasonable, it’s honestly not worth dealing with all these problems. I’d recommend booking elsewhere.

• liu (7/5): - 地理位置和员工素质很好！前台员工非常礼貌 无论何时我们进入酒店或是何时我们走出电梯 他们都会起身来欢迎我们和我们打招，耐心帮我们解决问题。 1房间的Wi-Fi的非常不稳定 给我们需要回复工作邮件的人增加了难度，2.房间的空调实在不制冷 我们换了三个房间才换到真正工作的空调 ，但是空调的数字我们也看不清，我们还带了两个小孩怕孩子中暑当天的气温是97度高温，我们最先在9楼房间面向大太阳 其中一处窗户涂满的黑色的油漆让房间更加的热 实在不能理解为什么要涂上黑色油漆3.卫生间的装修材料我们可以看出非常好 但是有很多卫生死角 比如浴缸的墙壁上有很多发黄的水渍，浴缸的水龙头下方有黑色的污渍卫生间的排气扇像似乎非常老旧声音非常大声。吹风机有很多白色纤维一样的在表面如果有个防尘袋包着会更好！台面上也有上个客人留下的毛发。还有每一层的过道的地毯都非常的脏，可能客流量很多吧。最后如果在房间加个牌子“请勿打扰和请帮我打扫”就很方便了.

L’établissement est situé dans un quartier avec énormément de circulation et beaucoup de bruit.La chambre n’était pas propre et surtout impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aéré .La salle de bain mériterait d’être rénové et le ménage laisse à désiré des cheveux et de la moisi dans toute la chambre.
