- Bruce (8/5): A comfortable, relaxing stay with very friendly staff. - Good breakfast, large comfortable room, good facilities and pretty good snorkeling in front of the resort. Excellent sunsets. Meals and drinks ok but priced pretty high, non- motorised water craft should be complementary rather than additional charges. Attention to maintenance requests very slow. There are plenty of foot washing taps but no beach showers.
- Jennifer (8/5): A great place to rest and enjoy the beauty of nature. - The rooms, pool, spa, bar, and beach were excellent. The water was wonderfully warm and views of the sea were stunning, especially the sunsets. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping staff were particularly excellent. The main restaurant food was a bit inconsistent so sometimes disappointing. We ordered from the á la carte menu because the buffet was expensive and we didn’t need that much food. However other guests said the buffet was pretty good, better than some other resorts. It was our first time to Fiji, so cannot compare. The water sports team were great, but they sometimes ran out of fins and buoyancy jackets to hire if guests booked a group boat excursion. I’d recommend they invest in some more gear. Note, they are a separate company to Sheraton.

- Deirdre (8/5): - Very nice and comfortable. Fit the brief well. Staff were fab and welcoming. Lovely arrival and goodbye ceremony. Food wasn't amazing but was defo fairly alright. Well kept grounds, very clean and tranquil. Didn't like none of the activity's were free, no daily water replacement in rooms, wifi patchy at times but overall not an issue. Wine choices by the glass could be better. Ferry was pricey enough to get on to the island and now the added 20 dolls fuel surcharge each way. So now its almost a little over 400 Fijian dolls just to get on and off the island, the journey being a 2 hour ferry one way and over an hour to return.

- Emma (9/5): The friendliest people in Fiji, on a stunning island paradise within a comfortable resort. - The staff are divine, everyone was warm, welcoming and fun. We were made to feel completely at home. The breakfast food was top quality and generally we were very impressed by the standard of food and drinks. Our room was kept spotlessly clean. The pool was also extremely well looked after and cleaned. The gardens were well maintained and attractive. The area behind the pool, with the day beds, was not mopped/cleaned daily so there were often food and drink spills and dirty footprints which was not nice. Dinner service could be a bit patchy, with drinks or meal orders forgotten entirely or very late to come. Some things are looking a bit worn, like the towels for the pool, the wobbly hand rail for the pool, some tiles and grouting missing around the pool etc. The tennis court and mini golf areas were not well maintained, and need an upgrade.

- Laura (9/5): - We had such an amazing time here! Picture-perfect views, literally like looking at a postcard. The most amazing sunsets from the deck every night. We splashed for a beachfront room which meant we had easy beach access and fab views all the time. We were pretty impressed with the food at Waitui - other Fiji resorts we have been to mostly just had 'fried delights' but every night we were impressed. All of the staff were so welcoming and kind and made you feel like part of the family. The welcoming and farewell ceremonies were very sweet! Pretty well equipped gym. Great water activities. We specifically chose this resort as it didnt seem "too" geared towards kids - and found that to be true. Of course there were some kids and they seemed pretty well set up with Kids Club etc, but it wasnt overrun with children, it seemed a bit more grown up which was a lovely balance. Really the only things we thought could be improved were - Curcuma Indian restaurant smelt amazing each day but we actually only went once as we were disappointed! The butter chicken was very tomato-ish, and not rich. It was really pushed by all the staff but we found it quite overpriced and honestly our local place was heaps better. The only other thing was the bed - it was not comfy!

- mark (8/5): Great relaxing island getaway - Beach, spacious rooms, variety of food, resort grounds. Mattress on bed was past use by date. No choice of pillows. Lacking attention to maintenance detail. Food delivery could be a little slow, but hey you’re on holiday !
- Wishing4u (9/5): Fabulous Honeymoon. - The pristine beach was a stone's throw away. The bar, lounge and dining room are very open and spacious. Everything overlooks the beautiful ocean. We had a very spacious room overlooking the ocean. Big bathroom with everything you need. The staff were the the highlight! Super friendly and happy. Nothing was too hard for them as long as you were having a wonderful time. We snorkeled, jet skied, took trips to the village 'Yanuya', went on snorkeling trips to Castaway Island (yes, where they filmed Castaway with Tom Hanks) and other islands too. We even visited the two churches on the island and attended the service too! It was a wonderful honeymoon. Definitely worth visiting. We caught the South Sea Cruise liner to the island from Nadi (approx 2 hours) then jumped off to a smaller boat to the shore. The fruit tasted so fresh and sweet. Just like you would imagen tropical fruit would taste like in the tropics. April was a great month to travel, not too muggy or hot. The weather was consistent and warm. Our last night we experienced a touch of wild winds and rain but by the morning everything was perfect again. Just go and enjoy! I'm fussy with food so perhaps the kitchen could improve with steaks. But nonetheless a great holiday.

The food was….. decent mostly, some misses but considering how far out the island is they did amazing! We found the Indian restaurant to be the best ☺️ the staff were friendly and kind, in particular the boys down at the water sports who helped my autistic son feel comfortable on a jet ski (Dallas!) the pool with the view of the islands is awesome and has some nice shade throughout the day so it’s never full sun Just a few misses with the food, don’t recommend any of the pizzas. All in all though it was great!

Thank you! - To begin with, the hospitality was outstanding: the people, smiles, music, and dances created a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff, both Fijian and international, showed incredible care and kindness. We also appreciated how quickly our room issue at check-in was resolved. The location was another highlight: a beautiful, isolated island with stunning nature, clear turquoise water, coral reefs, and a lovely sandy beach. Dinner was exceptional, with delicious steaks, lamb, and vegetarian options, while breakfast offered a solid buffet with freshly cooked eggs. Lunch was a bit disappointing, although the menu was extensive, most of the main dishes didn’t suit our taste, with only a few standing out. The biggest issue was the bathroom smell! There was a strong sewage odor, which was quite unpleasant despite the room being otherwise clean.

The 3 hour snorkelling tour was amazing.....the fish and coral were beautiful. Taking a ride from the jet ski out to the drop off is free and definitely worthwhile. I accidentally left an international charger and cord there and was unable to get it back.

- RAVNEET (8/5): Lovely holiday with great snorkeling - Everything was beautiful. It was a nice intimate property. Great reef easily accessible from the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Leila from kids club and Paula the pool bartender! The selection at breakfast was wonderful and generous, loved that there was a 4 hr window to eat if you wanted to sleep in. Wish they had more than one pool. The pool got cloudy on our last couple of days which was not ideal.

We did not have access out the front of our rooms to the beach. We were the last villa and was a bit of a trek to get onto the beach. The was not cleaned till early afternoon, and one day it wasn’t cleaned until we spoke to staff at 3:30 in the afternoon

- Stacey (10/5): Unbelievable - Most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Exceeded all my expectations. The staff are out of this world never experienced service like it. Snorkelling off the island is spectacular. Food was lovely, the Indian restaurant was unbelievable. Breakfast and other buffet dinners were lovely. We didn't go all-inclusive and I didn't think it was expensive for a 5-night stay. There wasn't anything not to like. I will 100% be back!

- Heidi (10/5): Absolutely magical and we will come again in the future. - That the resort has the feel of true Fiji. Pristine beaches, exceptional customer service. A very welcoming feel. The pools including our private pool need additional safety rails to get in and out of the pools. The tile is slippery and the steps are too far apart.

Das Personal war einzigartig und die Begrüßungs- und Verabschiedungszeremonie habe ich einzigartig gefunden und noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Alle sind sehr herzlich und bemüht. Auch die Küche war echt super lecker!!

I was traveling in 4 different resorts in Fiji 🇫🇯 and this was the last one and also first time in this resort and i cane tell was the best one !!!!! From all of them I will choose this

- Manfred (10/5): Traumhaft herzlich! - Lasst eure Seele berühren von der Herzlichkeit, Fröhlichkeit und Fürsorge des Personals! Das Herz geht auf, wenn zur Begrüßung, aber vorallem zum Abschied gesungen wird, mit tollen Stimmen, Gefühl und Lebensfreude! Wir hatten ganz viel Regen und trotzdem wurde uns nie langweilig, frischten unser Tischtenniskönnen wieder auf, nahmen an Angeboten wie Flechten, Kochen, Kava Zeremonie teil und genossen jeden Tag das abwechslungsreiche, tolle Frühstücksbuffet und liebevoll hergerichtete Abendessen! Es gibt eine große Auswahl auf der Speisekarte, 2x pro Woche zusätzlich Buffet. Ausserdem kann man auch bei Regen schwimmen und schnorcheln, im Wasser wird man sowieso nass:))! Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des Services, Rezeption, Housekeeper, Köche!

- st (7/5): 马马虎虎 - 各方面都普普通通，一分价钱一分货吧。 自助餐不好吃，单点味道还行但是上菜速度极慢，有一天晚餐从下单到上菜整整一个小时。点单也不及时招呼了半天才来。自来水应该是海水淡化的，每天状态不同，味道是很腻带咸味那种，洗澡人感觉是黏黏的。
- Elena (9/5): A perfect mix of relaxation and fun in paradise — we would happily return. - We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island. The island itself is small and incredibly beautiful, with stunning views in every direction. The snorkeling right from the shore was amazing — colorful corals, plenty of tropical fish, and even stingrays and reef sharks. The sandy beach is lovely, and there are plenty of activities to book if you want more adventure. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the restaurants were great, and we enjoyed having tennis, table tennis, a pool table, and a beautiful pool to relax by. Some furnishings and outdoor areas could benefit from a refresh, but for this price point, the overall experience feels fair and well aligned with expectations.

- Matthew (7/5): Great location but a tired resort with noting to do in the evening - The view, the reef, the beach guys taking us to the reef, pool beds were good. Restaurant staff and the band were fantastic Pool shades need replacing, drain smell in bathroom, lack of entertainment and theme nights also the cost of drinks and food, top prices for low quality, typical of lack of competition. Suggest lower the prices to encourage people to stay in the bar and create an atmosphere as there was nothing else to do. Check out was an over complicated process resulting in a $750 holding payment and then the total charge for extras which I then had to pay before leaving, hopefully my deposit won’t also be charged, hardly what I would expect from The Sheraton
- Andrew (10/5): Magical - This was a special vacation where I proposed to my now-fiance. The staff were super friendly, both beforehand while I was setting things up via email (a special private dinner on the Helipad), and during. There was a small issue with our initial room but they more than made up for it with free upgrades and other benefits. The views are stunning and there's lots to do whether you want to stay in the resort full-time or go out on day-trips to other islands etc. Perhaps more variety in terms of food would have been nice, but not a big issue for us.

- Olga (4/5): Никому не рекомендую! - Красивый вид на соседние острова. Грязная, не ухоженная территория. Убитые номера. Матрасы на лежаках грязные. Водоросли на пляже никто не убирал. По приезду никто не встретил. Хотя во всех других отелях персонал сразу выходил на встречу и устраивали шоу. За два дня кофе на завтраке так и не попили. Все время заканчивался кофе. У отеля точно нет хорошего управленца. Пытались сходить на другой пляж, пока у отеля был отлив -там просто свалка отходов. А финальной точкой испортившей впечатление стала кража. У друзей украли деньги из номера и отель ничего не предпринял. Хотя персонал живет тут же на острове и точно можно было найти вора. И да, трансфер на лодке по 200$ на человека это что-то. Причем ты его сам должен искать и бронировать. Отель ничем не помог. За эти деньги мы просто переехали в Мариотт и чудесно отдохнули.

The dinners could have had more vegetables on the side of the main course as sometimes the entre' wasn't filling enough. Appreciated being towed out to the reef for snorkeling. Water was plenteous. Room and bed were quite comfortable. No pickleball court. Lines could be put inside the tennis court and a different net added for game options. Our room card didn't let us in the workout room. We were not feeling well so we didn't pursue it.

Food was a little overpriced for the portions. There is no other option other than the other resort on the island that has an even more expensive menu.

The journey itself was a highlight, with a scenic cruise and smooth boat transfer to the island, and the location is absolutely stunning. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Even as locals, we were treated no differently and received the same high level of care and hospitality as every guest. The management team and staff were professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The resort is very kid-friendly, making it ideal for families while still offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Our stay was extra special as it was my birthday. The team surprised me with a beautiful, energetic birthday song, a thoughtful birthday card and message on the bed, and a delicious birthday cake prepared by the talented pastry chef, which we truly appreciated. The farewell ceremony was incredibly touching and left a lasting impression on us. Overall, a memorable and heartfelt experience. We would highly recommend Sheraton Tokoriki Island to anyone looking for a special island getaway in Fiji 🌴 Nothing
- John (5/5): love Fiji, (this was our 5th visit) but will look elsewhere for next time. - friendly staff, room was good; we paid for beachfront, but the access involved a scramble down a steep slope to the water. the outside spa pool was great. the snorkelling day trip was really worthwhile, beautiful islands and clear blue water. We had the last bure in the row- there was noise from a nearby pump. scramble to the beach was difficult for my wife. The food was a bit generic hotel food, not much that was Pacific island fare. I developed gastroenteritis 2 days in which lasted 2.5 days of our 5 day stay. Staff suggested it was a change in the weather that made me sick! Food handling questionable - food was left out on surfaces for the buffet, one meal was served with totally raw chicken, pizza and burgers covered in US- style cheese. The pool bar has constant sports playing on a big screen- not an exotic island experience.
