- Aude-Mélanie (10/5): Je recommande et reviendrai chez vous dès que possible - Check-in dès 13H (au lieu de 15H, j'étais très en avance), chambre accordée directement, chambre propre et silencieuse, décoration de l'hôtel très agréable (entre le haut standing et le cocooning), petit-déjeuner très complet avec des espaces où on peut se retrouver un peu seule, j'ai pu laisser ma valise à la bagagerie lors de mon check-out. Dernier point et pas des moindres : le personnel a été extrêmement gentil et aux petits soins ! Un vrai plaisir de A à Z RAS, tout était parfait de A à Z

Challenging if there's big luggage. Not allowed to consume own food at common area. Poor room furnishings - lack of furniture (cabinet, wardrobe) and no kettle.

- Elisabeth (10/5): - Für mich war der kurze Aufenthalt traumatisch, nicht wegen der Qualität des Hotels, sondern weil mein Mann im Zimmer verstorben ist. Das Personal war unsagbar professionell, hilfreich, unterstützend, voller Anteilnahme. Alle - vom Manager bis zum Bartender waren auf dezente Art mitfühlend. Ich bedanke mich , hab es schon direkt ans Hotel gemacht.
- Cathleen Kuntzsch 3333 (8/5): Hotel in super Lage mit großartigem Frühstück - Die Lage war super, sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war großartig, sehr vielfältig mit veganen Produkten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Schön waren auch deutsche Sender im TV. Die Straße, zu der ich mein Fenster hatte, war sehr schmal. Ich blickte auf einen Bürokomplex (?) und konnte mich nicht frei bewegen, ohne den Vorhang zuzumachen, da man direkt in mein Zimmer schauen konnte. Das fand ich unangenehm, aber sicher kaum zu ändern. Auf der Straße war eine Baustelle, die mich morgens 5:30 Uhr weckte (trotz geschlossener Fenster!). Besser gedämmte Fenster wären sicherlich sinnvoll.

Funcionários receptivos, educados. A localização é excelente perto de tudo pode ir a pé ao centro, inclusive bons restaurantes. Não ter frigobar no quarto

Minor notice: some popular local RTBF programme(s) on french are not working (i.e. La Due, Trois). Maybe just to check that out for the visitors who like to practice their french - for the next time Otherwise, everything works just great.

- Christopher (7/5): Für den Preis und die Lage voll in Ordnung, entspricht den Erwartungen - Sehr gute Lage! Das Gepäck konnte man noch am Tag des Checkout im Hotel lassen. Die Dusche sowie der Duschschlauch waren etwas unpraktisch. Wenn man das Zimmer auf die Straße hat, ist es auch laut, wenn man das Fenster offen hat.

Insofern konnte man das Fenster über Nacht nicht öffnen. Eine Klimaanlage war aber jahreszeitbedingt nicht einsetzbar. Man bot uns ein kostenfreies Upgrade. Das war gut, doch hätte ich hier bessere Informationen bei der Buchung erwartet. Auch ist mir die Preispolitik für das Sehr kleine Zimmer, zur lauten Straße ohne Klimaanlage nicht einleuchtend. Habe schon bessere Motel one Hotels besucht.

- Brigitte (9/5): J’ai beaucoup apprécié et surtout, j’ai bien dormi - L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le calme, le confort du lit, le savon et gel douche bio, sans l’ambiance qui était top, même mon chien a apprécié ce aspect. Le fait qu’on paie 20/jour pour les animaux domestiques alors qu’aucun service ne leur ai fourni. Il faudrait proposer au moins deux gamelles et un pouf pour le chien.
- Werner (8/5): - Frühtstück war sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotels zur Innenstadt war sehr gut. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Hauptstrasse. Leider war die dort vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn sehr laut. Und es gab viele Polizei-/Krankenwageneinsätze die ebenfalls viel Lärm verursachten.

Une bouteille d’eau par chambre par séjour… un peu pingre. Pas de quoi se faire un café ou un thé. Chambre assez petite mais jolie vue sur le canal. Locations de vélos, c’est pas très bon marché et c’est pas des vélos en très bon état.

- Özge (10/5): Bilmediğimiz bir ülkede ev sicakliginda bir konaklama - Daha önceden İskoçya’da yine em Motel One’da konaklamıştık çok memnun kalmıştık burada da aynı memnuniyeti yaşadık. Özel bir ihtiyacım için Resepsiyonist bütün işini bırakıp Koşturdu ve bana yardımcı oldu gerçekten çok nazikti. Merkeze uzak olmamakla beraber yokuşlu bir bölgedeydi yaklaşık 10 dakika kadar yürümek gerekiyor.

- Luuk (8/5): goed en mooi - Uitstekend hotel dicht bij centrum van Brussel op loopafstand. leuk het ontbijt in de bar/foyer, geeft een gezellige sfeer. uiterst schone kamer met uitzicht op straat die je nauwelijks hoorde. kwam ook vast doordat we 6 hoog zaten. Parkeren onder het hotel was ideaal met ruime plekken, mooi schoon en zelfs achtergrondmuziek! Rond half 9 was het erg druk in de ontbijtzaal en moeilijk een plek te vinden, dat kwam ook doordat het de dag na hemelvaartsdag was. en veel mensen ontbijten rond die tijd, 1 uur later was het al een stuk rustiger.

Personeel gaf goede uitleg en was zeer behulpzaam, housekeeping heeft op ons verzoek raam open gelaten en de lucht behandeling uitgezet. Daarna was het te doen.

Purtroppo c'è stata assegnata una camera ai piani bassi che si affacciava sulla via principale, dove è presente il passaggio del tram piuttosto rumoroso. Inoltre, proprio accanto all'hotel sono in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione di un edificio e la nostra camera si trovava in prossimità. Di conseguenza, al mattino siamo stati svegliati sia dal rumore dei lavori che dal rumore del tram.
