The room i got was spacious, but the floor patchy with ages old dirt, the linen had hairs everywhere and the bathroom simply disqusting. Difficult to understand how this hotel can be part of Radisson and be rated 4* in the heart of Linz. Never again.

Lo unico es que cambiaria son las alfombras, el resto esta en muy buen estado. La ubicacion e muy adecuada. Esta cerca de la estacion y en el comienzo de la calle principal de la ciudad. Es ideal tomar el TRAM para trasladarse desde La estacin de tren porque para dentro de la estacion y solo cuesta 1,50 euros. Se detiene en la puerta del hotel. tengan en cuenta que en esta ciudad los domingos esta practicamente todo cerrado, inclusive los supermercados

• Cynthia (4/5): Poor service - We stayed for 2 nights. First day checked in around 3:00pm. My husband was sleeping and I was in the bathroom around 3:45pm. I heard someone knocked on the room door so I opened the bathroom sliding door a little bit to ask my husband to see who’s knocking. At the same time, I saw a woman just came inside our room so I closed the sliding door immediately as I was going to have a shower without my clothes on. My husband was awake and didn’t know what happened. Assuming it’s a housekeeper but why would she just came inside right after knocking the door without even wait for us to respond. She went close to the desk and said something then left! How rude of her. I went to the front desk after my shower to complain about how could their staff just came inside the guest room like a break in! They apologized and offered us free breakfast for one morning. That’s not the point. It’s how horrible the experience by someone came inside our room like that. And they never explained to us why their staff did that.

It is in a very convenient location in the city centre within a 10 walking distance to the train station and right beside the main tram line. Our room was very clean and the reception staff were friendly. We did not have any food in the hotel. The only negative I could point out is that the rooms did not have any charging points which are essential nowadays. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Sadly, neither were present in this recent visit. I would never recommend this property. I could go into detail with the numerous incidents which left a very bad taste in our mouths. The staff clearly do not care about their customers.

• Lisa (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber ich weiß nicht wie das sonst üblich ist in der Gastronomie aber als wer den Tisch verlassen hat und vom Personal sauber gemacht wurden, haben sie die Brösel einfach auf den Boden (Teppichboden) geschmissen.. das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber gemacht worden aber der Teppichboden braucht eine Grundreinigung - sehr viele Flecken und die Wände und Zimmerdecke wurden wohl auch schon von vielen Getränken verschmutzt worden. Das war für mich schon sehr grenzwertig muss ich sagen. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und schön. Am Gang zum Lift waren leider auch schon einige Lampen kaputt. In der Parkgarage hat ein Obdachloser übernachtet.

• Mary (8/5): Convenient but beige - The hotel is in a good position, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and at one end of the main route through Linz. Staff were polite and professional and check in was easy. For us the decor was a bit dated, very beige, very corporate. Disappointed that the breakfast price increased if waited until morning to make your decision, 18 euros compared to 24 euros in the morning. Too much of a hard sell. We did get complimentary drinks at the hotel cafe on arrival, which was nice.

• deividg111 (10/5): 10/10 - Excellent hotel, pleasant staff, beautiful room, relatively close to the center (about 1km to the Main Square) Neat and cozy room, with TV, safe, fridge/ mini bar (for a fee), possibility to make coffee/tea in the room, tablet with hotel services and city information. The hotel accepts dogs, so we are realy happy and grateful. Parking is for extra fee.
• nask1 (10/5): Nice standard hotel - No complaints. It has clean, comfortable standard rooms with good central air conditioning and a room fridge. The shower, like several we've seen in Europe, only had a half shower door, which is weird and makes it easy to splash, but it had nice hot water and good water pressure. The beds were fine. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant seemed popular. The staff were professional and helpful, and on-site parking in the garage was fairly reasonably priced. It's located right on the edge of the city center, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it definitely gets the job done.

• Verified traveler (10/5): A nice stay - This hotel was impossible to find using the hotels.com map link. The link took us out to the middle of nowhere (literally). We are thankful for the locals who got us back on track. The other confusion is that there is another similarly named hotel…. The hotel itself was comfortable, the staff are lovely and the traditional dinner was delicious. Would recommend.

• Chi Yuen (10/5): - The hotel is located conveniently near to a tram stop of all the 4 tram routes. It is also next to a casino, though I did not experience any noise or safety issue. However, all the shops and restaurants in the area around, including the one inside the hotel, close quite early. The hotel looks modernly furnished, and the room is spacious and comfortable. It is a satisfying stay.
• Daryl (8/5): Suitable for a couple nights - My room was very large, and the beds very comfy. Big windows too, so lots of light comes in. Service at the front desk leaves to be desired, just the minimum service. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed, reception said it had been closed for a long time. That photo shouldnt feature so prominently in their hotels.com description.
• Q5097JDpeterj (10/5): Truly superb customer service - upgraded to huge suite - Excellent hotel in the southern part of the city center. My room was huge, in a corner with excellent views. Amenities include refrigerator, aircon, tee/coffee etc. Free fruit and candy in the reception. Supermarkets, tram, and central train station are close by. In terms of customer service, this hotel is a gem. As a member of Radisson Rewards, I usually get a room upgrade if available. This time, i did not, but when I asked in the reception, the receptionist explained that it was not available. However, on closer look, she could move reservations around, and I got a huge suite with view of the city and a welcome bottle of champagne. That's what I call going an extra mile in customer service. Fantastic. Very highly recommended from my side 👌
• Ching (4/5): - I booked a King bed but was offered a standard room. The staff is rude to me when I check in. The room is kind of dirty, a dead fly in the sink. The hairdryer is not working.

• Stephen (8/5): - Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room's location meant it was completely quiet, which I value. Disappointed that there was no evening bar and restaurant. I used a local Italian restaurant in the evening once during my stay but the service and food were poor.

• JR-Rex (8/5): Great location good breakfast. - Fantastic breakfast spread with very good service. Very good bedding. Close to restaurants and shops The not so good - Shower leaked extensively onto floor. One receptionist was a bit rude. When we asked questions on our 2nd day she pretended that her English was not really good so she couldn’t help us much with our enquiries. To our amazement when checking out on our 4th day she was extremely fluent in English. Maybe she had a bad day earlier??
• Evan (6/5): - It’s a serviceable two star hotel. Comfortable but cheaply done rooms with minimal amenities. Area around hotel not great.
• Zebratour2 (4/5): A sad, rundown affair that needs a proper cleaning, a coat of paint and some love! - The whole hotel looks like it needs a new coat of paint, a proper cleaning and some love. It's a sad, scruffy and rundown affair, situated in a somewhat dodgy part of Linz and is certainly not a four star hotel. The less than friendly behaviour on part of the staff did nothing to change our impression of this hotel.
• Verified traveler (6/5): First impression could be better - It was ok but at arrival , in a reception I was asked for my date of birthday. The question was embarrassing in front of my work colleague. Other staff were nice but first impression could be better.
• Gautam (2/5): - The hotel did not uphold the booking as they had over booked. Also did not offer any refund, alternate accommodation. Their staff was least bothered and unprofessional and had no decision making ability.

• Elzbieta (2/5): - Bathroom had black Mold and it was not cleaned there were someone's hair in the bathtub. It looks Like No one cleans the bathtub. It was gross to take a shower in such moldy place.
• Jan (8/5): - Nice hotel and a good room. Location is in the center, on walking distance from the trainstation but not with suitcases (there is a tram). There are some hangout places in front with bratwurst and beer, which attract the ‘not so fortunate of society’ to put it mildly. My wife would not feel safe by herself going out at night. Access by train to Vienna and Salzburg is very good so it’s easy to make day trips. Breakfast amazingly expensive, go to the luxury version of McCafé or one of the bakeries in front of the hotel and you’ll spend much less.
• Kenneth (4/5): - Room was very outdated and showed A LOT of wear and tear. Head board was missing pieces of material and scratched up, carpet was badly stained with bleach, and the shower bar fell off while using it. Would not recommend this hotel.
• darren (8/5): Comfortable business trip stay - Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Good location to get out into the town. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

• Russell (10/5): - Location, location, location! Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner at Jackpot Cafe in lobby were all excellent. Even visited the bar once.

The price was not bad, but the overall rating was no better than a 2 star and therefore the overall result was not high.

• Verified traveler (6/5): has promise but lets down - The room is fine, clean, quiet. There are many retaurants nearby and it is not too far to the core. But the bed was very firm and very uncomfortable. It was thus a bed night's sleep. Further, the shower needs plumbing foxes. The knob was really sensitive- a minor adjustment changed the temperature dramatically. Further it would not hold temperature- from cold to scalding and back within 30 seconds without at random intervals.
• Alan (10/5): A great hotel - Spacious rooms with wonderful bathrooms. One of the best breakfasts of any hotel I have stayed in. Pleasant and helpful staff too. Quiet too considering it was just off the m a in street.
• Murray (10/5): great location - A lovely hotel. Clean, well kept, Location close to everything. A casino is close but i did not visit it.
