- Chris (7/5): Good value in a good location. - Everything you would expect for £55. No complaints. All good.

- Stephen (7/5): Not much to say really, it was perfect for my needs - I was looking for a basic room at a sensible price in which to stay whilst attending an RAF reunion. This hotel more than met my needs, providing everything I needed for a one night stay. For the price charged I would not have expected anything more, It is not luxury and may not be suitable for a longer stay but perfect for a night or two. Parklig is limited, we were lucky to find space, but there is not enough to match the number of rooms that they have.
- Stephan (4/5): Besser nur eine Nacht. - Sehr einfache Ausstattung!!
Wirklich nur für eine Nacht und dann weiter.
Kein Angebot für Essen & Frühstück.
Die Kneipe ist das Beste 🍻😀 Alles

- Stephen Anthony (9/5): Weston pool trip - Nice and clean, close to town! Easy to find, easy access even after the bar area is closed .
- Gavin (6/5): Weston on a budget. - The bar on the premises was very well stocked. The private entrance to the B&B portion of the building was very handy. Good location to the main attractions. Private parking at the B&B. There was lots of noise from the road outside, very noisy late night drunken guests, uncomfortable beds, and a very small single quilt to try and cover yourself at night. Water pressure in the shower was non existent.
- Jamie (5/5): -
- Nikki (9/5): Cost comfy convenient - Ground floor room Heavy door bangs loud
- Justin (9/5): Excellent find - A late booking, and very good value. Management were warm, welcoming, polite and helpful. Excellent real ale at the "Bear". We were also able to park in the Bear car park.
- Stephen (10/5): - Good pool table. Pleasant team
- ROBERT (8/5): Enjoyed the stay. I would book again to this hotel - Location to all amenities very good No parking
- Jade (5/5): - You just get left alone And it’s dog friendly When we come in there was some rubbish on the floor next to r bed

- Beverly (8/5): Does exactly what is advertised. Polite, helpful staff - Didn't know breakfast was available...for me, with my grandson, the location was.a little far from the pier (were told beforehand of location),walked once, no problems in using a taxi. For the price, no problems.
- Akappo (7/5): -
- ionut (10/5): - Everything was good That I had to leave.
- Lisa (5/5): No breakfast so poor all round. Quite expensive without it. - That's my quarm. It states B&B and there was no breakfast so i was quite cross about that. Shower was awful kept running really coldokay but i wouldnt stay again. B
- Kay (3/5): Find somewhere else if you want to be warm , have a shower and to sleep well because you won’t find it here ! - Nice building Room was freezing cold - couldn’t get the radiator to work . I was staying over for work ( I am a nurse and was working at the nearby hospital) I was so cold that I had to sleep in my clothes !
Shower was absolutely freezing with no hot water , even after 20 mins of running the water !
On the Saturday night , I was awoken by one of the guests banging on the doors outside , screaming for someone to let her in . This carried on - no one answered as there is no one managing the property at night . It was 3:30 am in the morning and I had to be at work at the local hospital at 7am ! I hardly slept and felt exhausted .
- Anderson (9/5): - It's close to the town centre
Abd beach There was nothing to dislike
- Prakhar (10/5): -
- Phil Aucott (9/5): - Staff and location were excellent. Room was basic but well presented and clean. Not always enough parking
- Knight (5/5): - Nice bar and good location Room wasn't up to much. The beds had a single thing duvet. No sheets so spent all night trying to keep duvet on me.
Turned tv on in the morning to have a cup of tea. Such a weak TV signal couldn't watch any channel.
- Tomasz (10/5): - Very nice
- Endicott (9/5): - Good value for price Bit loud on night time
- Dani (10/5): Great stay at an inn with personality! - I loved how close the inn was to both the beach and the town, made travelling with a younger child much easier!
There was also entertainment on downstairs for when you cant stay out too late with children that was fun, we certainly enjoyed it! It was also nice having a bar for when you come back and dont want to be trapped in your hotel room when you've had enough of the day out.
They were also very accomadating as i had made a mistake with our booking, but they eased my anxietys with a quick reply and solution! There isn't anything i can think of that i didn't like. The room and inn were brilliant for our needs on this particular holiday.
- Frew (3/5): -
- Deborah (5/5): - Position was excellent for my needs My first room smelt of dog and the bed was so soft when I sat on the edge i fell off
My second room was a single which was comfortable even though the bathroom was very small.
I couldn't get Internet in either room. Neither WiFi I or data roaming
- Katie (10/5): Really lovely place to stay, felt so relaxed and welcoming. - Welcomed with a fantastic owner, Matt. The place was very warm and welcoming. It was a lovely opened space room, clean and tidy. Good value for money. Any issues and they were brilliant to help sort them out, very friendly staff. I would recommend. So close to the beach and the railway which was excellent. Not a bad thing at all, but wish there was breakfast to start up the day. Nothing that I didn’t like!

- Juanita (10/5): - Close to the beach and friendly and easy check in Nothing
- Lucy (8/5): Good value for money - The staff were great. Beds very comfortable and room clean The shower wasn't great as the hot water took a long time to warm up and pressure was low but was still good for the price
- David (3/5): - Location No power flow shower was terrible no flow.cold wall light hanging off cold booked double only to get twin quilt was tok small for bed. When asked about double room was told allblocked off on system ckeaning to be done. Very poor place

- Philippa (10/5): Clean, comfortable, great location - Great location, comfy bed, parking available, excellent value, clean, had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

- Diadiuchenko (10/5): -
- BazzTEB (9/5): Great find in a great location! - The location was great - had a lovely warm welcome and was shown to a room overlooking the road, with a key for the side door so that you can come and go as you please without having to go through the main pub. Immediately on entering the room I was struck by how clean the room was. Yes it may not be all brand new however it was beyond immaculate - no dust or dog hair etc. There were towels, soap, tea and coffee kettle etc. my room was spacious and I found the bed comfy. You could hear a pin drop through the entire stay and I had the best sleep. Will stay again if I visit again. Nothing!
- Pinfield (1/5): -
- Abi (7/5): Good value for money and good location. - Close to centre. Reasonable priced bar. Nice addition with pool table and darts. Bedding could have been a bit more modern.
- Richard (10/5): Staff were wonderful everything was amazing - It was amazing Nothing
- John (8/5): -
- amanda (9/5): Great place to stay. Very welcoming -
- Robert (5/5): At £42, I wasn't expecting the world and I didn't get it. But, it's still ok to stay at. - No breakfast was included, as your question suggested, but I wasn't expecting any.
The bar downstairs was great. Reasonably priced drinks. Good bar staff.
Bed in room was comfy. The TV wouldn't tune into any main channels (BBC 1, 2, ITV 1, Channel 4, 5 etc). I could only get QVC 1(And 2), with a smattering of other channels that are no good to man nor beast on freeview. I did reinstall the channels no less than twice, with a total reset at one point, with little success. Back to the QVC channels again. Still, I bought a nice Juicer...
The showers still represent an annoying problem. You need to be a physics engineer, or a Quantum genius, to work out how to get a decent temperature out of them. At least 15 minutes until I could get from freezing, to scalding, to freezing again....then micro touches availed me with a modest temperature to wash in.

- Julie (8/5): A bargain - A no frills stay that delivered exactly what we expected. 2 adults, 2 children and a dog for one night while we travelled home and wanted to stay somewhere to break up the journey. The room was spacious and clean. The shower wasn’t great but it did work.

- Jacky (7/5): - Staff friendly and helpful. Room basic but comfortable. Had all the facilities I needed. My second stay here and WiFi signal in this room not as good as previous room. TV signal also not so good in this room.
- Susan (7/5): Was ideal for one night and lovely price that dogs could stay aswell - Nice friendly atmosphere The bedding looked very worn
- emmanuel (7/5): -
- Jacky (8/5): - It's basic rather than luxurious but the room was warm & clean with everything you need for an overnight stay. Had a hot shower and slept in a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Perfect location for visiting my mum in a local nursing home and minutes from the sea front. Quite a few stairs to access my room but my case was carried up for me on arrival.
- Jacky (8/5): - Friendly staff. Needed to stay in an extra day which was no problem. Comfy bed, good night's sleep, woken to the sound of seagulls Basic decor but everything that you want for a short stay.
- Ashley (7/5): -
- Richard (5/5): - Location Dirty
- Wane (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (4/5): Glad we only stayed 1 night as got very little sleep due to heat in the room and uncomfortable bed - The location was good as only a 5 min walk to sea front. It was pet friendly. Free car parking at back of hotel, only a few spaces though. It was like walking back into the 1970s. The room, furniture and bathroom were dated. The bed was very uncomfortable and creaked and groaned every time you turned over. The radiator was on full and we couldn't turn it down or off as the thermostat controls were broken. Had to have window open to try and cool the room down, but we overlooked a busy road junction and traffic noise kept us awake. No wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. Very basic furniture and not a very welcoming room. Shower had a curtain rather than a screen and a very high step up into the shower cubicle.
