Samantha (8/5): Excellent for groups & celebrations - The staff were amazing. The bar area is fantastic and has been renovated. Went for my partners 40th with friends. We decorated a space & spent a few hours before going out enjoying the facilities, the staff were very accommodating. Perfect choice for those wanting to have a space to party. The hotel has a restaurant the food was great value for money and for a quick bite. Also helpful in storing the birthday cake. Overall for the price its ideal for a base to explore. Some of the rooms are very dated however very clean. was told they are going to renovate. Guests above had left the shower door open and this caused some dripping from ceiling the staff were quick to sort

sharon (8/5): grateful its staff went to exceptional length toi get me to my room - friendlness of staff hotel was not at all suitable for me 5 steps by front door. lift not wide enough. i did state i needed ground floor or use of lift. this is not first time it happend to me.

Mary (5/5): This hotel is ok for 1 night very central in Blackpool and would stay again. - Definitely needs modernisation, we only had warm water in bathroom “hot tap” , was told breakfast was £7.99/£8 but when we went downstairs in the morning it was £9.99 for only 5 items. So we went to McD’s down the road for breakfast and saved about £20 for 4 adults Staff very pleasant and polite, plenty of tea n coffee in rooms, rooms are quite small and 1side of bed is right up against the wall which was a bit of a pain when ya need loo in middle of night, hubby had shower in morning and said he had problems with shower door Very central to Blackpool town centre, we parked on hounds hill shopping centre at £14 for 24hrs; literally 2 min walk from parking and 3min walk to winter gardens Could do with a toiletry shelf in shower, bath mat. Being able to keep window open, we had to use hubbys walking stick to hold window open an inch overnight.

The location was ideal we were going to a show at the viva Extreme levels of noise, could not sleep for the noise from banging to music to what sounded like someone hovering outside our room door coughing at 4am. Room was VERY small space needs updating to utilise better shower was old and rusty refused to use it definately not worth the price we paid

Tina (1/5): Absolutely horrible, definitely would stay here again! - Location, getting out of the place Everything not good at all, rooms not cleaned, the bin in room not been emptied before we actually went in shower door broken, advised breakfast but didn’t do it, no replies to emails. Light over bed an in bathroom didn’t work an were very old, shelf was falling off the wallTv not working, we reported this and a young girl tried to fix it herself as manager had gone to London then she left our room door open so anyone could have walked in I complained so they moved us to another room which also had faults the remote in that one didn’t work, again shower door broken, wooden block to hold windows open in October so I suspect the room was damp. Had to request a hairdryer which I think was the young girls in reception There was no draws to put things in, the room was too small for 2people, we were told the bar was open until 2am but it was shut at 10pm, it was daylight robbery for what they were charging. We were asked to give them a good review well I can assure you this is the best I can say about this hotel. Would I recommend……. Definitely NOT! Would I return definitely NOT! Would I advise others not to book there definitely YES!

Emma (1/5): Awful scary a nightmare - A nice bar area room was basic but clean staff were friendly I had booked this with my 8 year old son, a group of men decided to come back at 2am and smash the rooms up shouting swearing furniture flying until 4am awful experience and I have stayed many times in Blackpool. In the morning in check out the men were arguing and the police were called it was scary and intimidating. My son was extremely upset. I couldn’t speak to the owner as he was In a full blown argument over money owed for all the damage and calling the police.

Honestly, the managers couldn't do enough for the guests and already booked to go back next year for Rebellion. The hotel is also in a great location, literally 5 minute walk to Winter Gardens.
