Koichiro (6/5): 短期の滞在でしたら十分です - ロケーションは駅前で良く、アメニティーや夜泣きそば、プレゼントなどがあり楽しく滞在することができますコンビニや飲食店が近くで便利ですユニットバスが小さく、部屋の鍵がオートロックで無いなど少し古い施設の印象です

(10/5): Good place to stay and relax if you visit Nagano - -Hotel's location is just opposite JR Nagano Station, easy to find -Staffs can communicate in English and very polite -Relax zone on top floor is great with 2 free massage chairs plus a lot of manga to read (Only in Japanese) with drinking machine which provide free juice, water, coffee -Free Soba at night from 9-11 PM, staffs who made it also polite and friendly -Convenient store is located next to hotel -Room size is not so big (For me it ok but those who prefer large room might reconsider) -No public bath on-site -Air condition is still an old style (No remote control, just a turning button with LOW, MID,HIGH level)

Kevin (8/5): - Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff, interesting shampoo sample station in the lobby. Personally i likes the Minions one hahaha it was slightly inconvenient to have to go up to my room, pack out and head down to pickup amenities. But there was a great selection.

Kyoko (8/5): 目的に合ったロケーション➕充実アメニティ - 新幹線、ＪR在来線はもちろん、長野鉄道の駅も近く、さらに一階にコンビニがあるのはとても便利でした。また、シャンプーをたくさんの種類から選べたり、漫画がたくさんあったり、朝食ビュッフェにおやきなど信州の食べ物があったりと楽しめました。宿泊事前のやり取りでは、リクエストに快く応じてくださり、大変親切に対応していただきました。残念だったのが、空調が送風のみで大変室内が暑かったです。

Jose (3/5): Odor in the room - The location is great, right across from the train station. Friendly staff and a small game with dice and a small prize during check-in. That was nice. There was a smell in the room. Even an open window didn't help to ventilate the smell. Maybe it was the old, unserviced air conditioning. It was impossible to be in the room during the day. Just sleep with the window open and go away. This ruins the whole experience.

CAT Nekochan (4/5): リピートはなし - 安価に泊まれる駅から近い一応泊まれる 30分ほど早くチェックインしようとレセプションを訪れましたが部屋の準備が出来てないとの事でチェックイン出来ませんでした。チェックイン時間より前にいったので仕方ないのですが融通をきかせてくれても良かったんじゃないかと思います。典型的安ビジネスホテルですので壁が薄くマットレスも堅いので寝心地は悪いです。駅から徒歩圏内の安価なホテルが空いていなかったのでとりあえず宿泊しましたがリピートはしません。

George (6/5): - Located right next to the station and bus terminal made using this hotel as a base was really good to do Day trips out of. The local area was really good and the Familymart downstairs was handy for snacks. Also the staff were really good and friendly. A bit on the expensive side for what it is, Rooms were fine but the lifts and hallways smelt a bit odd. Rooms were a bit loud as the one i was in was right by the speakers on the street crossing, but still a good hotel.

Access to the building via escalator but presently being serviced but an elevator is available just ask. Tv has movies available for a charge but there are Japanese channels also available. Nothing.

Takashi (10/5): サービス満点！！ - とにかくスタッフが親切丁寧。ウェルカムドリンクはなんと5杯無料、眺望の良い10階のバーで地酒が堪能できます。更に夜鳴きそばも無料、レビューを書くと七味が貰えたり、朝食も付いておやきが食べられたり。とにかくお得すぎるホテル。チェックアウト後はフロントの人が外まで見送ってくれました。ロケーションも駅の目の前で最高！リノベーションされているものの、築年数は古く、痛みのある部分もありましたがキャストさんたちの接客の良さでカバー。唯一、朝食エリア空調が暑くて汗書く位だったのが残念でした。朝食に蕎麦がなかったのも残念。

Yoshie (3/5): - スタッフの方々は気持ちの良い接客をしていただきました。有り難うございます。バスタブとトイレが近すぎて身体も思うように拭けず…　狭かったです。初めての宿泊でしたが、窓の外を見ようとしたら隣のビルの壁でした。その割には９階にも関わらず話し声が聞こえたりして窓が開いてるのかと思ったくらい。　これで他の人と同じ料金かと思うとガッカリでした。色々と宿泊しましたが初体験です。前もってこの部屋で良いか聞いてもらいたかったです。

HISAYO (8/5): 部屋だけ惜しかったです - 長野駅が良く見える場所でコンビニ店も真下にありロケーションが良かったです。他国籍のフロントの方の日本語も対応も朝食もすごく良いホテルでした 5階の部屋でしたが、ベッドの頭付近の壁から掃除機をかけている時の様な音が部屋に入ったあたり頃から夜中酷く帰るまでしていました。
