Mould in lots of places. Airconditioning unit / filter filthy. Back of front door to the room , FILTHY. Walls dirty. Carpets stained/dirty. Asked for a cot when booking, didn't get one. When trying to talk to front of house staff. Rude. Like they weren't interested. Recommend? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Did message the hotel with my concerns. I have photos to send them too, but no response.

- tungtruong7 (10/5): Metro Hotel Miranda - I had a great stay at Metro Hotel Miranda. The location is excellent, right near major shopping centres and still within a reasonable distance to the Sydney CBD, which made getting around really convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. For the price, it offers great value, making it a solid choice whether you’re staying for business or a short trip. Overall, a reliable and affordable option in a very handy location. Would definitely stay again!

- Phil-Jason (8/5): Solid - The Metro Hotel Miranda is in a great location with everything you need right there with a Westfield mall across the road, the room I was in this time had been renovated since my stay last year, the Staff are super friendly. While the rooms are clean and the overall stay was great, there were only a few small things to mention, the light fixture in The bathroom was out of its place & the shower head needed to be replaced. That’s me being picky but otherwise will stay again and recommend to people looking for an affordable/clean place to stay.
