- Gisele (5/5): A place to sleep - They didn’t give us breakfast. They said Booking.com doesn’t provide breakfast. The rooms are large Plumbing needs to be worked on The bathtub flooded Cupholder in the room broke there were no tissue boxes The bed is smaller than the frame which makes you hit it often Some of the mattresses are not comfortable And most of all they said breakfast is not included although the two rooms with breakfast online Last but they had the coffee and when I took a toast, someone who’s there checking in people made it clear that we didn’t pay for breakfast

- Dynette (8/5): Clean and very convenient. - Property is similar to a hostel with a common shared kitchen. Our room had a small fridge, bathroom and windows that opened out for fresh air. Very clean and secure, easy walk to main road for bus transport. There was no prior communication about how to enter the property. The bed feels like foam and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.

- Maricich (8/5): Good for the price, nothing extravagant - We loved the location, very walkable to most attractions, the buses and train, with great restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. We loved the view from the window toward the library. We loved the good size of the room and good sized bathroom. The woman cleaning rooms was very helpful and kind as well. The bed we had was extremely firm and quite uncomfortable. We prefer a firm bed but this was a bit too much. Also, the WiFi didn’t work well in our room. It worked well in the lobby, though.

- Matos (9/5): Good location, clean and excellent AC - The location was good. Walking distance to some tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants and markets near by. Even the train station is 10 minutes walk. The bedroom was clean and we had everything we needed, including a good AC.

Close to restaurants, cafes and markets. 20 minutes walk from several attractions such as the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. 10 minutes walk from the train terminal. The room was clean, and by the standards of hotels in Italy the size was quite decent. It offers breakfast for 8 euros, which we never had. But there are still quite a few cafes in the area that open early for a quick and very Italian breakfast. The area is quite quiet, but with everything a traveler can need.

Even the day we arrived early, they didn't want us waiting outside due to it being very hot & let us in early . Great location near the station , about a 10- 15 walk . Very quite , cafes & resteraunts close by even a jazz club ,also walking distance to Trevi Fountain . Enjoyed our stay & if back in Rome we would definitely stay again , thankyou so much team 😀
- alice (6/5): - The check-in process was very easy and communications was clear. Room was decent sized with good air conditioning. Location is also good near the Roma Terminal. We enjoyed that the room had a mini fridge that we used to keeps drinks and snacks. The only issue I had was the bathroom shower and the poor drainage. It was quite small as well. In addition, the front desk person who we only saw once because they are only available for limited hours, didn’t inform us of the amenities in the nearby kitchen and more information about the space. She was not informative at all.

I fall badly but it also easily be a hospital stay - As an older person they did not let people know how they check in works. And this they have to do. I am nearly 84 years and can not see well when dark. To complicated. Otherwise room was clean and the young Iranian girl who picked me up. I have lived in Rome for many years and know places close to this place. Otherwise very difficult

There is 10’ away bus and metro station and lots of good and cheap restaurants. The breakfast was very good and the manager was very kind with us,helpful and sociable. Highly recommended In the fridge there was food from the previous customers. the pillows and bed mattress were not that soft and comfortable and the temperature was high enough to sleep at night

The place is a convenient location to local restaurants, landmarks and meeting points. Lack of staff on site during check-in and check-out took getting used to. Communication about what was required during morning check-out could have been clearer. Staff response was adequate but somewhat delayed.

The breakfast was yummy and the room was very comfortable and clean. I wish there were tables to eat breakfast at outside the room and to socialize with other guests. Since the bed and breakfast is on the smaller side it is understandable that the tables are in the rooms.

- Renee (9/5): Convenient for historical sites and exactly what we needed for our short stay - We were only passing through Rome but appreciated the great location. We did a whistle-stop tour of the Fountain of Trevi, Roman Forum and Colosseum in 1.5 hours roughly so these are all walking distance. The bed was comfortable and we had a little kitchen bench with a sink and glasses, plus a little table - these were all nice touches. Plenty of plugs for charging. The breakfast was really handy being right next door - loved the juice and yoghurt, cakes etc. It was plentiful and we didn't feel rushed eating because we could eat in our room. It is just enough of a walk from the station (15 mins) but it was so hot in Rome. Leave enough time so you can walk leisurely from the hotel and take half an hour to pull your bag over Rome's cobblestones. The hot breakfast items such as eggs had gone cold and you had to warm your items up in the microwave; it would be great if these could be kept in warming dishes for a better eating experience. We arrived at night and the walk from the train station is a little rough in the dark. Lastly, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we did our little tour of Rome and picked them up around lunchtime to take the train onwards. We overheard the Italian cleaner bitching about us because our bags were still hanging around, maybe she doesn't realise that some tourists do understand Italian even if they don't look Italian!
- Alexander (9/5): Superb - It was a great stay! The room has all the needed appliances as well as a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The location is superb - near all the big sights in Rome. The Colosseum, Di Trevi, The Spanish Steps and Park Borghese are within walking distance from here. Highly recommend this place for 1-2 people who have come for a trip. The bathroom was a bit small and it was harder to move around inside. There wasn't a good view from the window but this was probably just our room.

- Kelly (6/5): - El hotel se veia mejor en las fotos, estaba viejo y no era tan comodo como se veia en las fotos, no hay una persona que este todo el tiempo por ser un b&b es en un edificio y es un apartamento grande con habitaciones, siempre olia muy rico cada vez que llegabamos y el desayuno estuvo bien, aunque habia que calentarlo en el microondas ya que lo traian de otra parte, al pagar nuestros impuestos lo hicimos con la chica del aseo que fue muy querida pero no tenian datafono y si o si debiamos pagar en efectivo, no hubo comunicación directa con nadie hasta el ultimo dia que el señor que llevaba el desayuno muy amablemente nos pidio el taxi, las instrucciones para acceder a la propiedad fueron faciles y estaba ubicado a 15 minutos de la fontana de trevi y a 20 del coliseo, fue facil caminar.

When we checked in, we realised it's almost like a dorm setup, with seperate rooms off a joint kitchen foyer area. The room was clean, shower wasn't great - not hot or strong. The television also doesn't work properly when changing channels. Safe provided, but we kept our valuables with us. No new towels provided for our 3 days there. Night before check out, a person we've never seen told us the information and asked for a higher city tax than what was on my documents/online for Rome, so again conflicting information. Lift didn't work half the time. Breakfast was a decent little spread of croissants, eggs and ham slices. Overall, a decent location, but for the price, better off spending more to go somewhere safer/more communication.

- Debra (10/5): Great mini break to Rome ! - The hotel was in a great location - a short walk to all the main sights, restaurants, metro, buses etc. The flat was warm and comfortable. There was air-conditioning and heating in the room. Plenty of hot water. Hairdryer in bathroom and shower gel and towels. Property safe in the room too at no extra charge. Breakfast was self service buffet from a side room that you took back to your room on trays. There was a sandwich press to toast rolls, croissants, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, tea, coffee, bread, cakes, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, meats and biscuits to choose from. The owner was very prompt to reply to any questions on WhatsApp and even sent me a copy of my passport as I needed my photo ID to enter the Colosseum. Also, we arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the hallway, which the cleaner put in our room when it was ready. On checking out by 10am, we had a message in the room to say we could leave our bags in the hall till we left for the airport and a spare fob was given to access the property. Nice touches like chocolates in a bowl and spare umbrellas if the weather turned. I would definitely return. Thank you 😊 There wasn't anything we didn't like. The room was very quirky, but added to the fun of our stay. The only down side was the property was hard to locate on arrival and the lift didn't always work if someone last using it did not shut the doors properly ( old fashioned lift). If you have any mobility issues maybe that would be a problem as there are 118 stairs to the 5th floor.

The room has lift access to the 5th floor so that was great with heavy suitcases. Close to nice restaurants and cafes. We were allowed early check in which was also very kind. Great communication and very friendly people. They even packed us an early breakfast before leaving for our flight. The room facilities were tired, including the shower. Not great value for the area.

It had plenty of space and enough beds for 4 people, so it would have been a great value if there were more than just the 2 of us. It is only a 10-12 minute walk from the main train station, so it’s conveniently located if you’re traveling by train. This is a bed & breakfast run out of an apartment in an older building equipped with a tiny elevator. The rooms are all on the 5th floor, which meant climbing a lot of stairs when the elevator was not available. We had almost no physical contact with the people running it - communication was via WhatsApp and notes left in our room. The mattress was uncomfortable and too springy for our taste.

- James (4/5): A little disappointing - Good location and staff were friendly Non manned residence, steps were broken throughout the 5 storey climb. Shower was small, rusty and could have been cleaner. The bed was not comfortable, it was just a drop down. Limited breakfast hours which meant we paid for breakfast and due to early start missed breakfast.
