• Sandra (7/5): Für den Städtetrip eine super Wahl - Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer Schönes Farbspiel und tolle Einrichtung. Etwas umständlich, beim Frühstück muss eine Person des Personals quasi die ganz Zeit anwesend sein um den Kaffee zu kochen und gekühlte Sachen zu reichen. Ich würde ein kleines Büffet bereitstellen und eine Selbstbedienungsmaschine für den Kaffee, dann braucht es weniger Betreuung und der Gast kann in Ruhe frühstücken.

• Graham (4/5): Felt a bit ripped off - The bed was comfortable and the TV had a good signal Had to pay extra for my wife as they claimed I had only paid for one guest and they charged 10 euro for breakfast per day, which was a poor coffee with a nice croissant but nothing more. no drink making facilities in room, no glasses in bathroom, even had to request clean towels

Directions could be a little easier. Walk across street from airport (the street with McDonalds) to the corner and cross the street from there. About 1/2 block (before little restaurant) on the right you’ll find the door with Hotel Marte sign. Hit the button and then when you hear the click PUSH DOOR IN to open. Amazing staff.

You have to buzz in at the external door and go up the lift to the first floor to reach reception. Also, breakfast is a waste of time, not worth it, a croissant and an espresso coffee and very little else. Better off going around the corner to a cafe.

Great location for exploring the city and very convenient for the train - Small hotel, only a few rooms, but nicely appointed and extremely comfortable beds. Very clean and well presented. The hotel is very close to the metro and Milano Centrale station. The room was very spacious, and we were even able to request a baby crib. The bidet leaked when used, but it wasn’t a major issue since we only stayed for one night and were able to turn it off.

Walls were so thin that I literally heard every movement in the room next door. It was as if there was a thin sheet of plastic separating the two rooms. Up all night with noisy neighbors!

Ocupa apenas um andar de um edifício numa ruazinha bem tranquila, o que garante silêncio e acesso fácil. Quarto confortável e limpo. Atendimento cordial da equipe.

Pokój, który dostałam, nie był posprzątany po poprzednim gościu (śmieci w koszu, łóżko niepościelone). Gdy to zgłosiłam, usłyszałam, że niestety nie ma innego pokoju i mam anulować rezerwację.

• Claudia (8/5): Comfortable and convenient stay next to Milano Centrale! - This hotel is comfortable and has all the basics! I found my stay to be very convenient and provided for a quiet night's rest prior to an early morning train in Milano Centrale. The biggest perk about this hotel is it's location: within walking distance to Milano Centrale and right across the street from the Centrale Fs metro station (green line). If you're expecting an early train, you cannot beat this place! The breakfast in the morning is extra but is also nice. It consists mainly of juice +/- coffee and a cornetto (filled with pistachio cream, Nutella, etc--they let you choose!) It is not most abundant breakfast offering, but it's convenient. Accessing this apartment is a little tricky as it's hidden. It's not a big chain so there is no giant sign or lobby on the street like the IH hotel next door. In fact, I passed the hotel about 2 times with my rolling suitcase without even knowing it! The hotel actually appears to take up a few floors in a tall building with other businesses. So the name of the hotel mainly appears on the list of businesses at the ground floor call box, but not as a sign. If you walk past a restaurant and the IH hotel, you've gone too far!

Reception attiva fino alle ore 23, cosa ormai rara! La stanza era poco insonorizzata, per cui già dalle prime ore del mattino era molto difficile dormire a causa dei netturbini che pulivano la via sottostante. Servirebbero dei vetri più spessi alle finestre.

There was no buffet style breakfast instead it was served in the room - one cup of coffee + one choice of croissants + one juice. And that’s about it! No less no more!

• Monica (10/5): Buen hotel acorde al precio y lugar. - Hotel pequeño, comparte edificio con otro hotel. Es seguro, te entregan llaves para entrar al edificio en horario fuera de atención. El recepcionista fue muy amable, llegué con un problema médico y nos ofreció lugar donde realizar la video llamada y un café además. La habitación era muy pequeña, lo justo para 3 personas y el baño tb era pequeño, pero las camas eran cómodas. Tomé opción desayuno x error, xq no pude usar el servicio. Muy cerca del terminal de trenes y seguro, aunque no regresábamos tan tarde, pero fuimos antes de las 06.00 am al terminal y no tuvimos ningún problema. Nos tocó semana de olimpiadas de invierno, x lo que los precios fueron elevados. En general, buen hotel.

• HOANG PHAT (9/5): One of the Place to stay in Milan - The design and Room Scale is excellent. We also have a direct view to Milan Central Train Station. The Bed is really good too. Especially the Interior, lighting and all the corner in the room are well design. If they also provide a tiny pantry corner would be better but this is bery minor anyway

• Matsuzaki (7/5): 駅近、スタッフが親切で快適なホテル - 五輪観戦で４泊しました。ミラノ中央駅の目の前で、列車、地下鉄、メトロすべてに便利でした。フロントのスタッフもとても親切で、チェックイン前に部屋を準備してくれました。 カードキーもふたり分用意していいただき、使い方も丁寧に案内してくれました。部屋から中央駅のプロジェクションマッピングも眺められる近さです。ベッド、バスルームも清潔で快適、冷蔵庫もありました。 駅からとても近いのに、ホテルの看板がありませんでした。（あるはずの場所の隣に大きなホテルがあり、惑わされました）雑居ビルのワンフロアの表示しかなくて、入口がわからず迷いました。駅側から見ると、「ESCO HOTEL」と窓に貼ってあります。これを、「AV HOTEL」に直したらいかがでしょう？ バスルームになぜかタバコの匂いが回ってきます。どこから来るのか不明ですが、少し不快でした。
