Die nahezu ständige Erreichbarkeit (nicht nur während des Aufenthaltes, sondern auch bereits vor unserer Reise) war richtig toll. Wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht und obwohl erst um 7:30 Uhr der Frühstücksraum geöffnet wurde, hat man für uns an zwei Tagen an denen wir um kurz nach 7 Uhr fort mussten, ein kleines Frühstück vorbeitetet. Das gesamte Team ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf die Restaurantempfehlungen ist definitiv Verlass, so wie auch auf den Flughafentransfer. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Thank you for making our stay in Rome this Christmas 2025 memorable. We were charged €6 for the bottled waters because the cleaner said "they refilled the refrigerators with new bottled waters when they cleaned the rooms" when in fact we were the ones who bought and replaced those bottled waters. Worse is, one bottle was already open so maybe it was the cleaner who opened it. 😅

Vatikan je 5 minut peš, ravno tako metro postaja, kar je bilo odlično izhodišče tudi za daljše relacije. Prostori apartmajev so svetli in lepo urejeni. Zajtrk je bil dober in espresso je bil vrhunski. Gostitelj Daniele je bil zelo gostoljuben ter vedno na razpolago in pomoč.

Besonders hilfreich war der direkte Kontakt/Unterstützung bei der Anreise zur Unterkunft, da am Anreisetag der Termini wegen Streik geschlossen war. Am Abreisetag konnten wir das Gepäck in der Unterkunft abstellen.

Professionele leiding, het verschil met een hotel is wellicht alleen de afwezigheid van een 24/7 receptie maar dat is geen enkel probleem. De ontvangst door Daniele was geweldig, zowel de begeleiding met Whatsapp naar de B&B als ook de tips en lijst met aanbevolen restaurants en het regelen van vervoer naar de luchthaven. De B&B is zeer gunstig gelegen vlak naast Vaticaanstad en de kamer heeft een FANTASTISCH uitzicht op de St. Pieter. Het Colosseum is met de metro in 20-25 minuten bereikbaar, Vaticaanstad is enkele honderden meters lopen en ook park Borghese en Trastevere liggen op loopafstand. Het ontbijt is goed met lekkere koffie. Eigenlijk niets.

Also, toilet seat was loose and wobbled.

• Gila (10/5): - Wunderbare Aussicht auf Petersdom, Vatikan und die ganze Stadt. Sehr nette Besitzer und toller Service.

Schon vor der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt – die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, immer hilfsbereit und hatten auf jede Frage eine schnelle Antwort. Vom Transfer über Restauranttipps wir konnten uns absolut verlassen Die Lage ist einfach genial – besser kann man Rom wirklich nicht entdecken. Alles war so nah, und trotzdem hatten wir das Gefühl, ein kleines Zuhause mitten in der Stadt zu haben. Das Frühstück war ein Genuss – alles, was das Herz begehrt, liebevoll angerichtet und perfekt, um in den Tag zu starten. Der Cappuccino war ein Highlight. Die süßen Mehlspeisen waren einfach herrlich. Und ja, zum Glück haben wir eine Münze in den Trevi-Brunnen geworfen … denn nach diesem Aufenthalt wissen wir: Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Von uns gibt's ein satte 12 von 10.
