Se come me sei un po' selvatico e sai accontentarti anche di dormire in un sacco a pelo su una panchina, puoi soggiornare qui. D'altro canto spendendo 45 euro a notte non puoi pretendere il Grand Hotel. Come membro Genius, avevo la colazione gratis, che è stata abbondante 1 capsula di caffè a testa.

Dopo aver pagato regolarmente la tariffa su Booking, durante il check in mi è stata chiesta un ulteriore somma di 34,00€, motivando la richiesta per le pulizie e quant’altro. Después de esta situación, queríamos higienizarnos la temperatura era de 40°, y no había elementos de higiene. Lo cual salimos a comprar. Se presentó aproximadamente a las 19 hs para hacer efectivo el pago. Reclamamos los elementos de higiene y trajo . En las fotos se contaba con cafetera ,no había capsulas. No había catre para las valijas . La cama somier no era comoda .

So i found myself waiting outside for about an hour waiting to be met and checked in , even after having given my arrival time . There is no breakfast served for a fee or otherwise as suggested on hotels.com. I was there over a weekend - very noisy from the nearby square and street below.
• Judith (5/5): Good location. - The apartment is very centrally located for all the main attractions of Lecce We selected this apartment specifically because it advertised private car parking at 15 euros a day - it doesn't and we had to park in a public carpark (very good and secure) at 25 euros a day. Breakfast in the room consisted of a long life croissant and an espresso coffee eaten on the bed. Good thing there was an excellent coffee shop nearby.
• Gros (1/5): I would not recommend this apartment even to my enemies. - That was in the center of the city I didn't like anything about this apartment or the host. Although I had paid for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), when I arrived at the apartment and met the host, she told me that we only have only 3 breakfasts. After endless discussions, "he had the nerve to give us the 4th breakfast". Although it says that the apartment has a kitchenette, the host does not let you use it. In the room you have no closet to put your clothes, there is no table, only 1 bed and 1 single chair. The apartment needs complete renovations. One of the nights I woke up with the host in the middle of the room. He knocked on the door once and then entered without waiting for an answer from us... I have never experienced something like this before in my life, for the host to invade the space allocated to us... I would not recommend this apartment even to my enemies.
• Juan (10/5): Best place in Lecce - Air conditioning is central, that was great. Angelo is friendly and solves any issue in minutes. The place is fantastic. I worked in the kitchen all afternoon, peacefully and without any noise from the city center. The bathroom is big and comfortable and the room has different lighting options, ideal for creating moods and moments. Everything was perfect!
• Stephen (10/5): - This is part one of two reviews as we had two bookings for this one accommodation.  This place is in the lower half of Lecce old town,  so there is no nearby parking and is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. You need to give the place a call in advance to give an idea as to arrival time,  as it isn't a hotel and there is no reception.  Once called Angelo can be there in 5 or 10 minutes to let you in.  There are about 8 steps from the outside door to the lift,  so be aware of you have mobility issues. The lift is small and can just about take 2 people and a case.  The room itself is one of 3, and the photos in the description are very accurate.  It was very clean and spacious,  having large double doors allowing good ventilation. Even if the curtains are quite thin so don't block out the light.  The shower room was long and thin but had space for the shower,  toilet,  bidet and sink.  All clean and functional.  The bed itself was a good size,  and had a memory foam mattress.  It was slightly soft for me,  but it was comfortable and I slept well.  Make sure you put out the hanger to have to room cleaned,  and ask Angelo for the breakfast details.

We stayed a total of 6 nights and thought the location was fanatic.  In the old town close to the major square.  Pretty much pedestrianised, though there are a few cars but they give way to people.  Everywhere was in walking distance,  and if you weren't distracted by the lots of little shops then from here to the outer walls is only about 15 minutes.  The accommodation is close to the main bus routes,  upto 4 minutes walk to catch the bus to the bus station,  then from there many places are able to be reached by bus,  from beaches to Brindisi Airport.  So to summarise,  this place is close to everything,  restaurants,  bars, shops and public transport. So perfect for either the city break or as a base to explore the local area.

• Asimina (2/5): I consider this place a scam for all the reasons i mentioned above. - Honestly the only positive thing about the acommondation is the location that it is the core of the center. Absolutely nothing else!! First of all I couldnt use the kitchen which is part of the facilities that the accomondation offers with the excuse that i had to book the entire apartment to use it which is nowhere written and makes 0 sense as well. Secondly the water in the bathroom gets cold after 10 minutes maximum and I actually learnt that from previous references so i was prepared to take very quick showers for not getting cold. The flash in the toilet almost didnt work. I also stayed without toilet paper the second day and it took two days to the owner to bring me even though I asked for it from the first day. Instead he came in the apartment to check if i used the kitchen (since he didnt allow me to use it) and also to move my food from kitchen to my room where he entered without informing me. The guy was also overall rude and not helpful at all. I felt very uncomfortable staying there and I really dont recommend the place.
• CHOMPLOY (10/5): - Perfect location. Near the Piazza San Oronzo. Right at the shopping street. Cute room. Host Angelo is very responsive to all question and request. Saturday night can be a bit loud as there are huge crowd walking and gathering for Christmas activities at the nearby square. Super convenient to find many food and restaurant options. I also some minimart and small supermarket if you need to get the food supply. Very close by and within walking distance to many important histotic site, churches, museums, and Roman ruins and artisan stores for shopping. For the room I would add the blind curtain as there isn't one. Only lightweight curtain that light can get through in the morning. Some guests may prefer to have a pitch black room for better sleeping. Not everyone get up early due to jetlag from travelling. The bed is on the soft side for me. I would suggest memory foam bed for better support for back. I feel like I'm sinking into the bed. Pillows are comfortable. I would add a small plug-in night light on the common area. The elevator is good for1-2 travellers with 1 large luggage. There are some steps between the main door bldg and elevator platform level. I wish I could use the shared kitchen in Winter but the facility is not in service during this time. However, you could borrow a small hot water kettle if you need to make a hot tea drink. Overall the experience is highly satisfied. You cannot go wrong with this unbeatable location
• Andersson (10/5): Exceptional - The location! Literally just around the corner from the square with the Roman Amphitheater. This B&B is a perfect base for exploring Lecce's historical centre. Parking was available just a short 5 min walk away. The room could have had some more power outlets. I have alot of stuff to charge.

Hotels.com has been worthless getting it back as well. I am sad about it all.

• Sherrie (7/5): Angelo and his brother were nice and very responsive when we had problems. Unfortunately, the not being able to connect - Everything was clean. We needed an elevator and the one in the building worked fine. Angelo and his brother were very welcoming and responded immediately when we had questions/ problems. The water pressure was not good at all. After trying multiple, multiple times, only one device (an iPad) from the eight people in our group was able to connect to Wi-Fi. None of our phones would connect. The first 2 days there, we paid for breakfast, but finally everything was straightened out and we had no problems the other 4 days. (breakfast - coffee and pastry at cafe around corner) Several in our group had some water leaking problems during showers, one very bad episode where it came into a bedroom. The last day, we had water around toilet. We had a very small, square shower and my husband could not bend over to pick up soap if dropped. I could slowly contort my body down to pick up soap. ("Shelf" in shower was open metal would not hold soap.) Kitchen had 4 plastic chairs so really there wasn't a common meeting space for our group. There is only enough utensils for 2 people. The kitchen is not set up well to cook in so don't plan to cook a meal in it. Also, it took a long time for stove to bring water to a boil when we did cook pasta.

• Tiago (2/5): Very poor - The only positive thing about this stay was the location, which is very central within the old town of Lecce. The apartment was not that great, the bathroom is weird and makes a lot of noise, also not quite clean. The bed is uncomfortable and makes plastic sounds when you move. The worst was not having hot water in the shower for more than 10 minutes. Only one of us could take a shower and then the water didn't warm up again. The staff is rude and not very polite, dismissing our concerns.

• Coppi (7/5): I stayed there with my husband and my daughter. We enjoyed walking around and it was a nice stay after all. It was the w - It was right next to the center (the square) of Lecce and sorrounded by stores, bars, restaurants. The restroom was a little and needed to be fixed a bit.
• Mathias (7/5): Good - It was easy to arrange the check-in with Angelo. The location is very good and central. there was a bad smell in the bath room and there was no breakfast even though we paid extra for it
• Bertan (7/5): Good enough but be aware of the noise from the street. - Location. We had to wait for the host to arrive to get in. They could have put the keys in a locker like other B&B’s do, like their upstairs neighbors. We think there was air conditioning but if there was it was centralized and was not very effective. Location is good and bad. There was street performance at night and the sound isolation is weak, so if you are not able to sleep with noise from outside, then you better have ear plugs. Also, toiletries were lacking; no soap, no shampoo, no towel to lay on the floor after shower.
• SALVATORE (6/5): - Ceckin svolto al telefono, camera assegnata non quella prevista con balcone ma una interna con lettini pieghevoli sistemati in camera , nel bagno presente sempre un cattivo odore.
• Piermatteo (6/5): - La struttura è in una posizione ottima, è questo vale il soggiorno. Il bagno è sacrificato e datato, andrebbe ristrutturato. In generale il rapporto qualità prezzo è corretto.
• AUBERT (8/5): Parfait pour visiter ! - Hôte très accueillant et réactif. La chambre était parfaitement propre, au calme et dans un secteur parfait pour visiter Lecce. Seul bémol sur le petit déjeuner à prendre à l'extérieur et un peu léger.
• Lucy (10/5): Good! - Nice place to stay for a week, probably not longer, good breakfast arrangments, a bit too much noise from the street BUT what a heck it is Italy!
• Chiayun (4/5): Good location - Perfect location, but all others are very basic. Right in the center of piazza Sant’Oronzo, everything is walkable distance. Need to contact owner at least one hour prior!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Si può fare di più - Non abbiamo soggiornato direttamente presso la struttura the apartment poiché già occupata a nostra insaputa data la disponibilità sul sito ma siamo stati spostati in in altra struttura vicina ben collocata stile classico carina
• ANA PAULA (8/5): Avaliação - O hotel está localizado em uma área muito boa! Bem no centro! O quarto era confortavel e espaçoso. O serviço em geral muito bom! O wi fi pegou bem! Senti falta da limpeza diaria feita no banheiro como é feito em hoteis comuns! No mais eu voltaria sim!
• Marco (6/5): Comodo perché in centro ma..... - Abbiamo scelto il b&b per la sua ottima posizione e perchè c'era scritto che aveva il parcheggio.In realtà non ha un parcheggio e se si capita in periodi intensi si perde un po di tempo per trovarlo.Per la colazione il gestore da un biglietto da usufruire in un bar vicino.Gestore cortese e ambiente pulito ma non vale i 90 euro spesi.
• rini (8/5): スタッフが親切 - 朝食が近くのバールでいただけて良かったし、部屋も快適でした。細かいことも、聞いてくださる良いスタッフでした。
• Giulio (8/5): Soggiorno incantevole nel centro di Lecce - La struttura era in Over booking, quindi siamo stati trasferiti nel B&B Chiesa Greca, sempre in zona centrale. Stanza molto bella e ben arredata, decisamente pulita. Colazione presso un bar poco distante. Nel complesso molto consigliato.
• marco (10/5): B&B in centro a Lecce, in piazza S. Oronzo(centro) - Check in fatto alle 13.00 ma causa mancanza lenzuola è stata posticipata, non male dato che ci hanno fatto depositare i bagagli abbiamo fatto un giro in città. Stanza accogliente e ben dislocata, molto luminosa (2finestre) e a discapito di queste un po' rumorosa data la posizione in centro città, comunque molto accettabile il compromesso. Manca la TV ma in questa splendida città non serve a nulla. Alloggio comodo per andare ovunque, a disposizione anche il pass per parcheggiare sotto caso ed in qualsiasi posto in Lecce città... Ottimo affare, ci ritorneremo di sicuro

• francesco (8/5): Bella struttura - La mia ragazza ed io ci siamo trovati molto bene nel b&b di Alessandro. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato, tutti i comfort necessari e ottima location. Consigliato per un soggiorno a Lecce
• Verified traveler (8/5): kleines B&B, zentral, sehr umfassender Komfort - Das B&B ist klein und privat geführt. Der Service ist sehr nett und umfassend, Das Servicepersonal spricht englisch und italienisch. Das Zimmer, das Bad und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Für das Frühstück erhält man einen Voucher für eine nahe gelegene Kaffeebar. Empfehlenswert ist das B&B auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das B&B liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof entfernt. Allerdings kann es bei Feierlichkeiten in der Stadt auch laut sein, da die Fußgängerzone direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde das B&B empfehlen.
