• Ebin (1/5): Bad - They have amble parking space At this so-called "resort" I had an extremely disappointing experience. The room was not clean and bathroom was very unhygienic. There were stains everywhere, making it very unpleasant. I had hoped to get a good night's sleep, but unfortunately, the bed was very old and uncomfortable. I honestly don't understand how they can call this place a resort. It felt more like a poorly maintained lodge or a 1-star hotel, definitely not what I expected from a resort. In a nut shell it's a below average cheap hotel not a resort.

Sheets were stained . No hot water in the geyser. No hand towels provided. The door locking system is not reliable! Breakfast was good but service could be better.

This property is no value for money and my - The location and the view of the property were good enough. The food was decent, breakfast being the best of the lot. The Superior rooms should be renamed to Inferior rooms… Superior rooms have zero privacy, no view, faulty water lines, non-working wifi.. and there are these small insects (flies) which creep in from every hole and your drink/food are at risk. in the morning when you wake up, the dead insects are everywhere especially the bathroom which looks like an open mass grave of these insects

• Ajay (1/5): Hello , Never ever book this property online , strictly check in person and then book. - Hello , Never ever book this property online , strictly check in person and then take appropriate action otherwise big disappointment or can land you in hospital. Their rooms, bathrooms, rooms accessories, curtains, sofa, chairs, wardrobes, coffee tables all are like lodge or substandard. Bathroom's poor hygiene, bad smells, not maintained floor can land you in hospital and screwed up your vacation. Towels which they give are faded, worn out, dirty, infectious. House Staff what they have is neither professionals nor familiar with hospitality industry, some bunch of fools who does not have any experience with customer interactions and neither understand the abc of hotels & services, must have hired some random people who work in low wages. They have three category rooms, a villa, a Superior Double and standard rooms, all are poor in quality and hygiene and infectious and smelling, just size difference. my whole purpose of writing this review, is that check your rooms in person before pay or book, do not go with their images or their front physical look, that will fool you. Thanks if you feel this was useful and had have helped you. This is 4 star rated property on google page but in reality , worst experience you are going to witness, total nightmare Nothing except front look , surrounding

• Mrunmayee (5/5): Passable - The overall property is at good location, easily accessible. The villas are good for family stay. The 2 person bedrooms are not upto the mark. They all face towards sunlight all day long. Size of the room is very small. The villas are good but too expensive. Service is also okay not great.

Good view point for sunrise and sunset. 2 kms away from the Madikere KSRTC Bus stand. Food was expensive as compared to outside restaurants. Either you take buffet or a la carte, both will almost cost the same.

Geyser in our room was not working. There were no musical or any other activities within the resort. Food was very costly.

• Akshay (5/5): Passable - Dine-in staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Both options of South Indian and Continental available which is really noteworthy. Rooms' bldg location doesn't seem part of the scenic part of the property as seen in pics while booking. Taxi provided through them is not very welcoming. They charge higher and won't even take you to the location properly.

I booked for Deluxe room, it didnt reach the expectation and room/bathroom is not hygiene, . Laundry and maintenance of the deluxe rooms..

• Deep (2/5): Good location but terrible customer service - No AC after being charged almost 5 star rates per night. Even though property is well maintained the absence of AC’s makes it a deal breaker and lack of 24x7 room service. Maybe good for old couples who want to go there and sleep only.

• Aby (8/5): Hotel literally on the highway - stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. overall experience was good. coming to pros and cons Pros Neat rooms and well constructed Near highway Wonderful ambiance in evening and early morning Close to town Staff were courteous Rooms and surroundings look just like the picture put up by expedia Cons Food was disappointing and occasionally below average No travel desk and they manage to get a cab for you and charge you INR 300 for going a distance of 1.5km No recreational activities being a new property No shops near by so if you get hungry other than meal times then tough luck No newspaper ( sounds silly I know but I need one in the morning ) If people in the next villa are loud you can hear everything
