The staff are very friendly, responding quickly despite public holidays. The coffee machine is easy to use and coffee tastes good. We had a baby Trolley, and for the first few steps of the building you have to carry it by hand. It was doable with some help from my friends but it might be difficult for me alone

La zona è residenziale e senza allontanarsi è possibile trovare vari ristoranti e bar. La camera è a 5 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano e ad 1 minuto dalle fermate dell'autobus linea 81 per andare nei luoghi piu conosciuti. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata molto carina e disponibile.Ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per gli spotamenti. Senza prendere i servizi di trasporto, in circa 20 minuti a piedi si arriva in tutti i posti piu belli Roma (colosseo,fontana di trevi, panteon, piazza navona..). Quando tronerò a Roma tornerò sicurmanete qui. Grazie

Easy enough to walk to the centre, but also near a bus stop if you'd rather not walk. Staff were lovely, kept our bags on the last day, helped us with transport ans always asked if we needed anything.

I thought the rooms were very basic but overall they were fine for what we needed which was just a bed for the night as we spent most of the days in Rome out and about.

It’s a beautiful part of Rome close to the Vatican, the Coliseum and many more attractions in Rome. If you’re not a fan of walking, there’s many bus lines that are easily accessible from the hotel/ABnB. Our host provided us so much information and was so quick to reply that it made our trip easy and memorable. He gave us “insider tips”to see sights not often listed in guide books. All in all we give this place and our hosts a 5*Star rating! Storage space… we were a little short. Maybe have some available converters or some newer outlets so one can plug 4 electronic devices into one outlet. Daniele said that they were going to upgrade and remove some things in the rooms.

The breakfast offered was basic, but we would let Daniele know the night before which croissants we wanted, coffee, juice etc and what time, and we would go into the very clean little kitchen and everything would be nicely prepared and laid out for us at a breakfast bar. The hosts we met, Michaela and Daniele, were friendly and helpful. The location was great being a short walk from either Lepanto or Ottoviano metro stations. We were given sightseeing tips and which buses to take which was helpful. In the local neighbourhood in Prati there were plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from at very reasonable prices, with no need to travel to more "tourist trap" areas. The area was clean and we felt totally safe walking around. The room we had was spotless, simple and compact with two double beds and ensuite bathroom, but it perfectly served its purpose. It was also good that, unlike some hotels, there were actually hooks on the wall and in the bathroom to hang things up. Our room was serviced daily, with fresh towels too, making it feel like a hotel experience but also made to feel as welcome as if we were guests in someone's home. Bravo Daniele! There was nothing we didn't like. Any queries we had were very quickly answered, and although the small desk wasn't constantly manned, Daniele was easily contactable via WhatsApp. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave.
